First of all I was shocked to see a 2 star rating for this Fantastic Dunkin location..then I read…read morethem..the most recent is a year old, then 2023, then 2019..I have been coming here for a few years now..recently, I have notice a completely new staff working there since their beautiful renovation...and I must say, this new staff is absolutely Fantastic!!! The young man that usally works the counter is one of the friendliest, respectful, and professional young men I have encountered in a long time...His name is Junior..I take him for a Manager or Shift leader by the way he commands the operations and by the respect given to him by the rest of the staff (who are all great and hard working as well). If Junior is not the Manger, I'd be suprised and he needs to be. Whether im getting my single black ice coffee or getting multiple "boxes of joe" and boxes of treats, I am treated exactly the same...Fantastic! Honestly, I uses to come into this particular location on occasion if I was going to the bank or the mall (as I have two D&D location in closer proximity to my home), but in the past 9 months, this has become my "Go to" Spot and its 100% because of Juinor and his team. I suspect maybe new ownership or management is the cause of the great new staff turnover but I am speculating..Honestly, I dont care about the reason..just the results. BTW..The donuts are always fresh available and the coffee is always perfect. (Which is true of most locations), but at this one, you get it with a pleasant greeting, a smile and assembly line speed and proficiency. In closing..This is not the same D&D location of old, come in and check it out for the first time or give them a second look..you will not be disappointed. ENJOY!

Absolutely disgusting. Wont be buying donuts here anymore because the person at the counter shouldn't be working in food service. Train your employees better and do more food safety inspections.

One day, very nice lady taking my order was very observant & made my iced coffee differently, & I liked it better because I like it extra sweet. It was very thoughtful how she noticed that I always add extra sugar. So this time she made it with liquid sugar and I haven't been able to have iced coffee any other way. When you're on line, they recognized who you are and that you're a regular and they are very quick and happy to help. My top Dunkin spot. It's very clean, can tell staff take pride in what they do.

I first thought they mixed up the syrups and gave me hazelnut (i have an allergy to it so it tastes awful to me). Unfortunately that wasn't the case, the oat milk that they had put in my drink went bad. Not sure how a food and coffee shop accidentally gives a customer expired milk but I will for sure never be going back to this location. Employees need to pay better attention to dates and management needs to keep track of their supplies. Very disappointed.

Found Common Grounds on Yelp and knew it was my kind of place! The shop is modern, clean, and bright. The staff was friendly and professional. They roast their own beans. My father in law and I went with Americanos and my wife had their cold brew. The Americano was robust yet smooth and my wife enjoyed the cold brew. Definitely glad we got to try Common Grounds!
