I was looking for a great espresso and found it! I had done some research online to fine this…read moreplace as I was traveling into Nyack, I happen to come on Tuesday when they were closed. I was so disappointed and started looking for another coffee spot in Nyack and I saw a woman with a large coffee to go and asked her where she got it and explained that I had come for Salonniere Coffee Bar but it's closed. Lo and behold is was the owner of Salonniere and she took pity on me and opened up the shop just for me and made me a delicious Cappuccino! Thank you so much! It really made my day and renewed my faith in people!

They have pour over coffee, which is a great thing for high end coffee shops to have. I had their Ethiopian coffee bean, prepared perfectly by a gentleman that was passionate about their coffee. The coffee was also top-notch, so smooth and exactly what I needey. Kean, who was working behind the counter, really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. He even asked where I was from and surprised me with a free sample of their famous hash browned potatoes (which were incredible, by the way!). It's little touches like this that make such a difference. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a great breakfast with a personal touch. Whatever it was, I wasn't in a rush and this bagel was worth waiting for. Bacon egg and cheese with avocado hot sauce ketchup on an everything flagel toasted. Phenomenal. Coffee was also pretty good and the sandwich was huge. I'll probably go back there in the morning to be honest. Bacon is nice and crispy, staff was very friendly and wide awake.
