Theres is always an issue with this location. I appreciate they are open 24 hrs but that's is truly the only positive thing. Coming here in the morning before or after my workout at the 24 hr fitness (between 4:45-6am) and every day I feel the guy at the register is trying to start my morning wrong. Takes 10 minutes to get my order done..... and there's NO OTHER ORDERS OR PATRONS IN LINE. He's slow. He also frequently "forgets" the order. Come on. The one by my job knows my order the minute they see me. I'm a creature of habit. Even worse. Even at other times my order gets screwed up. I've been handed the wrong drink in drive thru at least twice. Then they tend to be sold out of items or out of stock of flavors that others are still carrying. If it wasn't for the fact this was near my gym our supermarket, I'd never come to this location. read more

I been here a couple of times the staff very friendly. It a nice size place with lounge chairs and tables plenty of parking, and it's right next door to the B.P gas station. On busy days you do have to wait a little. I like to come here sometimes to gather my thoughts, while having a nice hot cappuccino. read more

I have come to this location twice and both times I have had horrible service. I thought after two months they would get their act together. The first time, the person tried to charge me for someone else's order. I advised that was not my order and they showed a bad attitude as if I messed up their day. I advised I would go somewhere else. I didn't get my order. Today, I asked for a hot mocha latte and they made a cold one. Then, after waiting for a new one, I asked if it had whipped cream. Again, I received an answer with an attitude. I went outside to get the store information and the manager in question followed me outside. She said I took a picture of her. i went to visit a buds dad who had back surgery at the hospital nearby and while waiting for my ride back to work i was right in front of dd and a bagel toasted with a hot chocolate looks like a plan. a small spaced dd with some seating via the typical dd decor. the full menu board which is standard dd local and nationwide. the donuts , muffins, munchins, looks limited in variety but the popular ones seem available. nothing special or grand here which is what you should expect but for me personally it was the perfect place to read my newspaper, use the free wifi and wait for my ride who as always is late.(thanks bro nunu). read more

It's good to omit the drive thru at times to see how your food is prepared. Loud employees, some unmasked, young man with his hands in his beard giggling and fiddling with your food. Wrong order even after taking the receipt! The excuse of being short-staffed and 'no manager today' is crazy. You are ALL managers of the business to which you are employed. I took my refund and left. The owner of this business needs to train his /her staff and view the cameras. This branch of Dunkin Donuts is doing the brand a disservice. They are the worse Dunkin' I have every been to. The staff is rude. The service is horrible! For a Dunkin that has been here for a short time I would rather drive to Boston road and Conner street than return to this location. They need to be trained on how to be more customer friendly. I looked forward to get my morning chicken waffle sandwich. I was very disappointed that I was given the wrong sandwich. I did not notice until I arrived at work. I was given a bacon and egg chicken waffle sandwich. There is no way that I would have mistakenly ordered that. This has to be the most ghetto staff you can possibly imagine. The owners to this location need to spend more time supervising their staff before that business runs into the floor. I had someone at the drive through window this morning 12/11/18 around 9am with the ugliest attitude. You place an order and get to the next window hand you prepared oatmeal in no bag?? You ask about the drink they didnt give you and get an attitude when you ask them. Honey learn how to speak and say something as simple as were working on the other drink, people cant read minds and you've already made me late because you can't pull up everything at the same time. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF WITH DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOR! I would give this location zero stars if I could! I visited this DD location on Saturday morning with my father. I waited in the Drive thru line for over 30 MINUTES (which is absolutely ridiculous to begin with). While waiting in line, my father (who was in the front Passenger seat) reached over to my Driver's side for something and accidentally hit the steering wheel horn which caused it to beep (It was purely an accident). When we finally pulled up to the Drive Thru window to retrieve our order, I noticed something had flown into my vehicle which was followed by a "Thump" sound. I was shocked and appalled to see that a chocolate glazed munchkin had been thrown into my car from the drive-thru window and, what was even worse, the staff was laughing at what just happened. I pulled into a parking space and went inside the store. I asked who threw the donut and everyone (the staff) was quiet and pretended as though they were unaware as to what just happened. I then proceeded to ask for the Manager and Lydia (who was one of the staff members that was laughing just minutes ago) said that she was the Manager. Lydia was not remorseful at all. In fact, she gave off an attitude as if it was no big deal. What if the munchkin would have hit me in my face?!? It surely came close! If this is how Dunkin Donuts trains their employees to behave and conduct business, I will not give this company another dime. The staff was absolutely rude and unprofessional to say the least. Dunkin Donuts should really do a better job with their hiring process. I have been a Dunkin Donuts customer for many years and I've NEVER experienced such horrific customer service and treatment as I did on Saturday. I just went here to get breakfast, OH MY LANTA!! The WORST customer service I've experienced at any dunkin location. As I stood in line for 10 minutes, I noticed that one particular cashier was being very attitudey with customers. I was begging not to have to deal with her. BUT, I was outta luck. As she called "NEXT" I gave her my order for coffee, and my fiancé picked up ice cream... she doesn't bother to ask if that's all I need.. she yells the price at me... I wish I could give these bastards 0 stars. This is one of the worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. Sad part is that they are the closest one to my house. I have not one- not two- but THREE bad experiences here. Everytime I go, all of the employees and even the manager(s) ALWAYS have an attitude. One time I ordered an iced coffee and the lady handed it to me very rudely. I clearly asked her for whip cream on it & she gave me no whip cream. So I told her that I wanted whip cream. She then snatched the cup out of my hand and put literally one or two small pumps of whip cream on top with no caramel added on to the whip cream (as every DD restaurant does).
