This Dunkin has always been a great location, they are quick and friendly. There is a pretty large parking lot and tables inside to sit and dine in if wanted. The store itself has always been clean & fully stocked. Their donuts are always fresh and delicious. It was 89 degrees and I was craving something refreshing and light so I picked up a lemonade.. it was very watered down and not that flavorful but it sure was refreshing. Next time I will get a flavored one rather than the plain but it still hit the spot on a super super hot day. If you haven't been to this location before- I would recommend it because they have never gotten my order wrong and like I mentioned earlier, their products are always very fresh. I've only been here a few times. However, the few times that I have, the service has been fast, friendly and welcoming. The staff are patient, polite and down right cool. Between ordering and picking up the food they have consistently called out one ticket number and handed.me the wrong food. For the 4th time it has happend. Also I pay for food I don't get. I called once and asked for the manager. He put the phone down and 4 minuets later, he hung up. I went back a few weeks later to try again, he appologized profusely and offered me a free coffee. Since this review they have really stepped up there game. Customer service has definitely improved leaps an bounds , there are two guys that usually work th same shift together an they are by far the best baristas I have come across in any coffee shop. Granted it is dunkin donuts but they are efficient , pleasant , and they always remember what we like to drink. Very impressed with the way they turned things around.
