My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru to Place our order and when we got to the window, a short Indian lady who is in her 50's, who seemed to be either a manager or someone that is in charge , was yelling so loud at the young female black teenage employee right in front of us because she happened to make one mistake in our order which was absolutely no big deal and so minor. I've never seen anyone yell at anyone like that before, we were both so shocked and we felt so horrible for the poor employee and probably other employees who have to be treated like that. This definitely should be looked into further by someone higher up. 1. Very unprofessional and 2. Horrible treatment to another person. DO NOT GO HERE! May 25th 2023 at 2:45pm went in and a short light skinned skinny lady has a bad attitude, she is rude to her employees and rude to the customers. I walked inside to make a purchase and she stood at the register and I had to guess if she was there to take care of me or if she was entering something for someone else. As I stood there she stares at me without saying one word, I went for a cake, I picked one out and put it on the counter and she asked to LOOK at the price, me not realizing the cake was facing me I turned the box around, well she needed to rip off the cardboard piece that had the price and description, if she says she needs to look at it, we'll LOOK at it. She reached for the cake at the same time I was pushing it towards her and then she mumbled something under her breath, I asked her "what did you say?" She said "nothing ma'am" you're bold enough to mumble something, be bold to say it so I can hear you! That rude attitude made me take my business elsewhere. I turned away and left her standing there with her cake and I said "forget it". If I am a paying customer and an employee is rude and I have to be a mind reader, might as well do her job for her. Don't go to this place, it will certainly ruin your day. This was the last straw because I've gone other times and while waiting in line she yells at her employees in a very demanding way, while customers are right there listening and watching. $7.00 for hashbrowns, a spicy sausage breakfast sandwich, and a Simply Orange bottle of OJ?! Yikes! It's been a while since I've done a fast food breakfast but I felt seriously ripped off. Let's start with the breakfast sandwich. Super greasy and not in a good way. It leaked through its wrapper and dripped onto my work pants. It was extremely messy to eat. The sausage was good, but the egg and cheese were awful- rubbery is probably the best adjective I can think of at the moment. I choked down half of the sandwich before I gave up on it entirely. The hashbrowns were disappointing. I remember when you'd get nine per order. Now it's six. They are smaller than I remember and were slightly warmed, nowhere near hot and fresh. This location is a pain to get to if you're coming off of 59. The drive thru line can get insanely long, but it seems to be that way at any location. If ordering inside, I've never had to wait too long for my order. The customer service is lousy either way, though. read more

I have been going to this DD for a few years and I think today was the last time. I don't know why I never wrote a review before on this location! I will start out by saying the female manager is extremely nice. I have never had a problem with her. There is also another woman there who is so pleasant! I have never seen her have attitude with anyone (not sure what her name is but she is the one with tattoos). Those two ladies are why this location is even getting 2 stars. Other employees I have encountered there have been flat out RUDE! There is a older gentleman who works the drive thru sometimes and he can't even be bothered to say good morning, he just tells you your total hands you your things and closes the window. When ever I've had to come back because my order is wrong the people making the food act like it's MY FAULT but I've been ordering the same things for years. I understand they are probably timed on how quickly they process food orders etc. but sometimes it's flat out ridiculous. I always order cream cheese on the side when I get bagels because more times than not I will only get about half of the amount of cream cheese there should be on there (compared to the container they give you). Today was the last straw. It sounds so petty but I swear it's not complicated. There was only 1 car ahead of me in line and no one behind me. I only ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese on the side and a chocolate long john for me and 2 other people. I was greeted at the window (I appreciate that), and then paid, took my bag and left. I have a tight schedule and trust my order was right. Nope, the 2 bagels had cream cheese on them not on the side and there was hardly any! I just don't have the time for inconsistent food that I order ALL THE TIME. Sadly, this location is the closest to all the places I need to be on a daily basis. Ok, this one is a little tough to get to, as you have to turn off of 59, pass the gas staion but not the fire station, go over the river and through the woods, and finally you end up at the drive through. Once you do, though, it's usually pretty worth it. I've been here for coffee and ice cream- sometimes at the same time- but never the donuts. I'm a little round myself, so the less sweet and sticky round donut treats I take in, the better off I'll be. Just a few weeks ago, I had a break from work and so I made a run on them for iced coffee for me and about a dozen co-workers. Liliana and DJ quickly and expertly handled my order like it was no problem. I was only there about 10 minutes, ordering, traying and taking my order out to my car, just in time to get back to work. This location is so close to my house, I can walk to it. But I refuse to patronize them. Every time I go here, I have been treated like crap. The woman that took our order was rude and she gave me the smallest scoop of ice cream in my sundae. They also have kids' scoops - it's hard to believe that a scoop of ice cream could be this small. I've come here a countless number of times and each time there is a issue. Last time while ordering a 12 box of donuts I got an ugly look from one employee. This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever visited. I ordered two large carmel iced coffees and not only was I given one large and one medium and charged for two larges, but the coffee's ice was already completely melted and the coffee was warm. The taste was completely off-putting and the flavors were incorrect. I waited in a huge line for my coffees before work and was told that's how they made them. The second time, I decided to give this Dunkin another try. Even worse then before. I ordered again two large carmel iced coffees and there was no ice at all. The coffees were bland and tasted old as if I had been given a coffee that sat out all night. I kindly asked for new ones or at least some fresh ice and was told no without any explanation. Never go to this Dunkin Donuts, obviously the owner does not care about their customers and does not know how to manage their team well. Extremely disappointed. Will not be going again. Also, I work in the area and will not be recommending this establisment to any of my customers or co-workers. Shape up or get out of the coffee business. read more

My wife and I were staying at a nearby hotel for a week. This DD was the closest for me to get my daily afternoon iced coffee. The first few visits were very pleasant and the counter employee made my drink the way I like it - light ice, extra skim and mocha. The last day I was there, an Asian woman was on duty - apparently the only person there. I ordered my iced coffee in the usual way - light ice, etc. To my great surprise she refused to make the drink with light ice. I asked to speak with the manager. She said she was the manager. To sum it up she was very rude and uncooperative. I have been to many DD's in MI, OH, TN, GA, FL, TX and IN and no one has ever refused my request for light ice, etc. I ended up going to another DD further south on Rte. 59 where the employee was very courteous and had no problem making my drink with light ice. read more

Stopped for my favorites; chocolate enrobed and a jelly filled. I stopped about 8:45am, after the morning rush so the selection looked thin. The jelly filled looked like a hockey puck; like someone had sat on it. It is tough to get jelly into a hockey puck. What you want is a little fruit in every bite. Not so here. The donut itself tasted as compressed as it looked. The chocolate enrobed (choc icing) was up to the normal standards. By the way, what has happened to the fritter. The people that used to work here were so nice! Now that's not the case!!! I've gotten used to the rudeness and wrong orders but today was enough. The extremely rude cashier Giselle S. ( eye rolls, attitude ) boyfriend decided to come in and start yelling and cussing at her apparently for going out and getting drunk. They start pushing on each other so the only guy thats working holding the girl back as she is throwing things at him while yelling for him to do something about it. They continue yelling as she breaks loose to go after him as the other woman that works there is trying to get him out. He leaves then she goes back behind the counter cussing and yelling in English then switches to Spanish once she's reprimanded . Mind you there's a family with their young children in there who leave right after they sat down with their order saying they didn't feel safe and an elderly couple sitting and staring in disbelief.
