The service here sucks. The food and pastry's aren't testy. I got donuts and found the cashier hair in it. The location doesn't look clean.

The food here is just what you'd expect at any other DD. So, that's the upside. Here's the downside; the service here is just bad. Both employees were on their cell phones the whole time. One was squatting behind the counter on her cell. The other employee, the one helping me, had his cell on the counter next to him and kept looking at it in between assisting me. They were out of almost everything by 11:48am. No plain bagels, no bagel twists, no marble frosted, no French curler. It seemed everything I asked for was out. But the employee had no suggestions for me at all. I finally settled on a toasted plain croissant with cream cheese on the side. As I was driving away I noticed there was no knife or napkins so I had to swing back. Luckily, I was still in the parking lot. Also, no greeting whatsoever. No hello, no thank you, no good bye. I love how this store has drastically improved over the past months. Despite reading the reviews, I decided to pay a visit to the store to check if there's been any improvement at all in the store. But to my surprise, the service has improved, their stocking has improved and also the way they handle customers has improved. They finally have the infamous lemon loaf which I crave at all times. Do not go here for any espresso drinks. Their espresso tastes super bitter and had a chemical like taste. I told management this like 2 weeks ago and had not gone back. This is a relatively new DD located in an old building previously known as a White Hen and a 7-11. Very bizarre when a 7-11 has to cash it in. Succession looks to be paying off for DD. I generally order a Hot Toddy, Irish Coffee or a Bailey's Mudslide. However, the ingredients to make these specialties are rarely available, so a regular coffee will have to do. But that's OK! If your a "Drive-Thru" enthusiast, the Warrenville DD is Nirvana! Staff excels in communication skills. "Holy Shit", they speak articulate and intelligible! You actually can have a conversation because they understand that listening is a skill as well! Not to mention, there're probably wired-up on a cup of java and a sugar buzz as a perk! I walked in I ordered a large fv ice coffee they gave me something else it was so bitter and clearly not what I had asked for. Employees seemed to have been talking very inappropriately about their manager being drunk. Who is supervising this place?! This location has nice and friendly employees. That's there the one star comes into play. I ordered a medium mocha latte and got a cup half filled with foam. I should have known when I was handed my cup and it was so light. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. I was hoping it was just a freak accident. There are a couple super friendly staff and a few not so friendly but i can never get my drink the same someone forgets the whipcream and sprinkles in my signature caramel craze latte with almond milk. I feel like i now have to check it and half the time ask for it. They told me u have to say signature so now i do and same problem. Idk why they can't just make it the same. Recently, ordering through the drive thru the lady has to tell me to wait, I then wait for up to 3 minutes for her to take my order. Once I get to the window it takes the cashier almost another 3 minutes to take my payment, get my coffee and leave. Today, three cars (including myself) left the drive thru line due to being so slow. I really want to like this location because I live in Warrenville and this is the closest and most convenient location but unfortunately I have been dissapointed with this location. I usually get a latte and if I recall correctly, their latte machine has been broken twice now this year alone. Also I remember a time when I showed up a few minutes past 6am and the location was not opened yet even though the sign on the door states they open at 6am. There is a serious staff training issue at this DD. The drive thru at this location is consistently SLOW. Its not like at McDonalds when the Expedition takes 5 minutes at the pick up window b/c they supersized everything including their dessert. It can take a few minutes at DD just to process a credit card hand someone a coffee. Also, I've had issues ordering. Don't like creamer, but somehow it always ends up in my coffee at this location. The coffee doesn't really taste like DD coffee either. It always tastes a little different. I would recommend steering clear of this location. Absolutely the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to! And just today i had my worst experience there. I go there because I work close and it's very convenient, but if I can ever avoid going to this place I will! Today when I walked in, one of the employees had their friend there who was in booty shorts sitting on the counter where your food is given to you. After I ordered my bagel and walk down to the counter where they hand you your food this girl did not move! She sat on the counter with her foot up on the counter while my food was handed to me. Today I had a bad experience with this location. Second time I order coffee and its not filled to the top. I asked the cashier who helped me if she could fix it and she said no because the type of cup, blah blah. I told her, that every else Ive gone, including one of the other workers there, has filled it to the top. We got into an argument and said my business isnt needed. To top it off as I was leaving, she kept bad mouthing me, saying she was going to get paid regarless. I've been coming to this DD for over 2 years, at least 4 times a week. Everything is usually good and I'm happy when I leave....except when I have the older lady that works there. Please don't put her on the drive thru if a he can't get and order for 2 eassssy coffee order correct. 2 iced coffee, black sugar only. To which she's always saying large, and either just saying black or adding cream. Really?! EVERY TIME I get her (inside too) she's screws up the order. Even when she's seen me the day before, I order the same damn thing every time, and still gets it wrong. A drive thru at 7am on a Saturday with a full line of cars is not the place to have her.
