This review is base off of the mobile order app, we went ahead and order to get our points before heading to this location. Took longer when we got there but weren't any rush since we were on a road trip. Staff was really friendly and since I used to work in these establishment, completely understand the rush. Food came out hot and crunchy, got the maple bacon snacks with some stuffed everything mini bagel bites with a large sweet tea. I know the reviews on this location is low but during my time they were wonderful. I get it the prices are a bit higher but it's also in the area where people stop for rest, eat or get gas. Prices are much higher than other Dunkin locations and they don't get the order correct. I had to go back and get the rest of my order. It cost me $ 4 more than in other locations for same order. They are in my hometown but will not get my business anymore! I'll get my iced tea from McDonalds or go without. The refresher drink price on menu is apparently for drink with green tea if you want lemonade, it is $ 1.00 no matter the size drink. Unprofessional and very slow moving. Whether you walk into the store and they don't acknowledge you for 10 minutes despite seeing you or waiting in the painfully slow drive through line I am not sure which is worse. Instead of making the entire line of cars wait for one persons donut to finish baking, have them pull up into a spot and walk it out to them once ready to keep the line efficient and quick. Do not order their cold brew- it tastes no different than the their iced coffee except made the day prior. I noticed the coffee beans were expired while standing waiting for my mobile order as well to top it off. This location needs new management and revamping. Not only are the staff frequently rude, discourteous, or short with customers, the average wait ROUTINELY exceeds ten minutes - even when it is not otherwise busy. Has gone down hill SO MUCH in the last year. Every time I go here my order is constantly messed up or I was charged for something I didn't even order. This last time was my final draw. I specifically asked for a receipt this time because I knew it would be messed up (from past experience), and they charged me for 2 coffees I didn't order, and they completely didn't even give me the sandwiches I had actually ordered. I stopped in for a medium cappuccino and waited more than 15 minutes for my drink. After watching a long line of people who came in well after me get their coffees and lattes, I inquired about mine. The server told me that the espresso machine was tied up for the drive thru lane customers. This is not the first time I've waited an exorbitant length of time for my beverage at the location. The staff has extremely poor situational awareness when the same people are standing and waiting for an excessive period of time and they don't ask if you're being helped. One of the worst experiences I've ever encountered!!! What a nightmare!!! First, the guy behind the counter, who is probably just a high school student, decided to join his buddies who were sitting in the corner table next to the restrooms, for a bite of fries with ketchup after serving the customer in front of me. My seven year old daughter and I were standing behind the counter waiting for our order to be taken. She really wanted a chocolate shake, hence instead of leaving the premises after seeing such behavior I approached the boy and asked if he was still working. His response was priceless, "Just a moment." Last time I checked, when one is clocked in, socializing with friends and taking a bite of food is not something you do. Regardless, the worst is yet to be told. When he finally returned behind the counter and took my daughter's order, he couldn't even properly scoop the ice cream into the blender. To be fair, the tug of ice cream was just replaced so the ice cream was difficult to scoop. When he was finally able to dig out a scoop, to prevent the ice cream from falling out, he put his fingers on the ice cream-not kidding-and put it in the blender. I thought my eyes were deceiving me, but no, as soon as he scooped the second ice cream he put his fingers on the ice cream AGAIN!!!! That was the last straw, no gloves, unsanitary, god knows where else his fingers had been, and with the flu outbreak-NO THANK YOU. Definitely not coming here again. Coffee - everyone thinks it's complicated and all sciencey. It's not. Take hot water and pour it through ground up beans. Ok, maybe steam some milk and add some coffee brewed under pressure once in a while. Add some sickly sweet stuff here and there. This DD manages to f' all that up. They forget to add stuff to the order. It's absolutely absurd. Now I order a cappuccino with a turbo shot. Not complicated but they alway forget the shot. How? They have machines and sh!t to do it. They have a computerized point of sale system to tell them the order? This is my argument against $15/hr minimum wage. Figure out how to do your job, then maybe we can have a national discussion. So if I keep coming back, that should lend credit to the establishment. The service is fast and the people are nice, but my food orders are hit or miss. A drink and 2 bagels not toasted. 3 times we confirmed for the bagels to not be toasted because they're not going to be eaten until later in the morning and what do I get-- toasted bagels. I just went in with coupons for 3.99 half dozen donuts and a $2 medium iced coffee and because she was having a hard time scanning my coupons she accused me of having already used the coupon and only punched in the one for the donuts. They coupons did not work because they were crumpled in my wallet. We are upstanding citizens and I am disappointed at the customer service over .69 cents. They were not busy all when we came in but ended up with 2 people behind us. Update, I called... asked to speak with manager and the same girl said I am the one the helped you. She argued that I at least got the donut coupon...had to have words with her for a long while finally demanding customer service and an apology for the accusation of trying to steal .69. My family and I have tried to support this business through the change of owners and wrong drink orders and donuts but this may be the final straw. The average wait time in the drive thru is 15-20 minutes, yet they have at least 5-9 employees working? Sorry but that many people and you can't keep a flow going? An employee of this DD walked up to the drive thru window from the parking lot (in uniform) this morning getting between my 79 year old Mom and the employee at the window as her food was being handed to her. He wore his mask around his neck not covering his mouth and nose. She said "excuse me but you're being very rude". To which he replied "bite me". She was obviously flabbergasted and called me right away. Sadly she got no names but said the clerk at the window seemed just as upset as she was. Came in a little before 9am on a Saturday and I have *never* seen a Dunkin so packed this time of morning on a Saturday. The drivethru line was all the way wrapped around and out the entrance to the shopping center. Thinking I'd avoid the chaos of the drivethru, I went inside. The line inside was doubled back onto itself taking up the majority of the inside. I used the restroom thinking it would dissipate, but no it was actually longer when I came back out. Still, I hadn't enjoyed a Dunkin coffee in quite some time, so I waited...and waited. I'm thinking they were having some sort of complication with the computer this morning. About 20 minutes from walking into the door to placing my order. I asked for a sausage egg and cheese croissant with 2 pcs of sausage, 2 egg and cheese wake up wraps, a medium hot coffee with caramel flavor and cream and sugar, and a large iced coffee the maple pecan seasonal flavor also with cream and sugar. Received the hot coffee within seconds of getting to the gate, the food about a minute later, and then the iced coffee a minute after that. Food order came out perfect. Nothing incorrect, nothing burnt, just right. Hot coffee was also perfect! Iced coffee, like any time I have ever been to any Dunkin anywhere, required a little stirring at the bottom with the straw. Nothing I didn't expect. But the flavor and sweetness was right at the right level. Another perfect part. Gentleman at the register was clearly tired, and mildly unhappy about the masses of people, but was not unpleasant. Young man who handed me the coffees was very pleasant! All in all, not an unpleasant visit, in my opinion, especially considering they were swamped with a constant flow of customers from start to finish.
