We live in New Market and frequent this D & D often. We've have always received courteous service. They can get busy during normal busy hours but they are efficient and have never gotten my order wrong. I think they don't know that a strawberry banana smoothie comes with banana... not just the gross strawberry syrup and chunks of ice. This is one of the worst Dunkins I've ever been to. Both employees that I interacted with today were straight up rude. They talk to you like you're stupid. The girl taking my order had a snotty attitude and then when I got to the window to pay, the guy took my money but was obviously not pleased to see me. Very disrespectful. And then while they were getting my order ready, the guy was texting on his phone and flirting with the other employees. When he handed me my order, I said 'thank you' and he said 'thank you' back but more in a mocking way rather than being polite. Not acceptable and I hope it gets fixed. Just plain rude. P.s. So, disappointed in Dunkin! I have been a loyal customer for years, even over the Starbucks craze. On October 28, 2021, I filed a complaint with Dunkin corporate because of how I was treated at the New Market, MD location. I was in line in the drive thru when I pulled up to place my coffee order - large hot coffee with skim milk and 4 splendas. The girl working the microphone not only repeated my coffee order multiple times, but asked me 4 times how many splendas in between repeating the order ... on the 4th time asking, I finally raised my voice and stated "FOUR" .. she then proceeded to get snotty with me and said "Ok, 4, I've got it .. you don't have to ..." and so I drove ahead in line towards the window ... when I got to the window, I asked for a manager. The lady who was standing at the window stated she was the manager and I told her what happened and she justified her employee's bad attitude and poor performance towards a customer by stating something like "it's hard to hear" ... I informed her that she heard me just fine as she repeated my order to me multiple times and just kept asking for how many splendas. The problem isn't that she kept asking (actually, it is - if her attention span isn't better than that, then get her off the drive-thru), but it's her attitude towards a customer that she provoked by her poor performance, and then even that of the so-called "manager" who justified the employee's action/tone with a customer. I am a regular at Dunkin Donuts and have never received such poor service and even worse attitude from an employee. Then, I filed a complaint with Corporate that day ... they responded stating they would notify the store and someone would be in touch within 2 business days and if not, to get back in touch. Two business days later, I contacted corporate again to inform them that no one responded ... then, even corporate didn't respond, so I contacted them again and nothing. Then, I contacted Dunkin via Facebook messenger to try and get some resolution to their employee/manager performance and treatment of a customer - this is not customer service I would expect Dunkin would want to have as their reputation. Well, Dunkin responded via Facebook messenger stating they would contact the owner of the store and someone would be in touch ... Nope, not one word from anyone at Dunkin - I've even reached out two more times via Facebook Messenger and not even the common courtesy from them OR from corporate customer service to respond to a long-time customer. Folks, this is how they feel about their customers - they don't give two craps about their customers! Recommend you go anywhere but Dunkin Donuts - go to Starbucks, Peets, Einsteins, anywhere ... and certainly, do not support the New Market, MD location - their staff is rude, from the low peons to the manager. At the very least, the owner should fire the manager and the employee. Dunkin Corporate has proved their Customer Service is lacking and they don't care about their customers at all! read more

I've gone to the New Market Dunkin Donut every morning since it opened and been through many, many crew changes. I realize that getting good help is extremely difficult these days, but this new crew is the worst. Twice given me shots in my coffee when I clearly said what I wanted and they repeated it. Donuts...just wrong. Maybe if they put their cell phones down for a minutes they might get an order correct. How in the world does America run on Dunkin? If you are an American who likes dark roast coffee then you can't run on Dunkin. I'm not a fast food fan and not a regular at Dunkin but occasionally stop by for some donuts for my kids. And it doesn't matter which location I have visited - I have NEVER, EVER had a hot, fresh cup of dark roast coffee. I simply don't understand why they even offer it because 1. they are out, 2. you have to wait while they brew some and - mostly, 3. they give you a slightly-more-than-warm, aged (read, bitter) cup of coffee. It's almost comical given that I've tried this in multiple locations and even multiple states and the result has always been dissapointing. Probably best to give up on the dark roast - the stores don't support it. read more

Worst service ever!! Massive chaos with people showing no sense of urgency in helping you and way too many cooks in the kitchen-all inefficient. This isn't the first time I've had bad service but between the language barrier that resulted in getting my simple order wrong and it taking 15 minutes to get two coffees and a donut, I will never go to this location again. The one in Urbana seems to have the same problems. Add on to all of this that the guy who made my son's coffee wiped his nose before he made it and that the general look of this place is pretty dirty and you have a real problem, Dunkin'. read more

First when we pulled up to order the guy asked us twice rudely and loudly asked what we wanted to order. Then when we pulled up to the window they had completely forgot our order, we were the only car in the drive thru line. We had to wait for our drinks to be made and my cotton candy coolata was just ice and the ice coffee was supposed to have two cream and sugar and was purely sweetener. I drove thru this Dunkin' early on a Saturday (Sept 15) morning. I bought a half dozen donuts and two large caramel macchiatos, then paid for the car behind me. My transaction was $15.39 and the order behind mine was $12.88. I looked in my rear view mirror as I was driving away to see the car behind me handing money to the cashier and her take it. Didn't I already pay for that order? So where did the extra money that I already paid go? To make my experience worse was the coffee. When I got to my destination, I pulled the coffees out of the carrier and noticed they didn't feel right so I took the lids off. They were barely 3/4 full. One looked like it MIGHT have had whipped cream on top that dissolved, but it shouldn't have disappeared in 5 minutes. They were only lukewarm. I tried calling the restaurant 5 times with no answer. I left a message explaining my concerns with my number, however no one felt my concerns were important enough to address. There aren't other coffee choices in New Market, but I am choosing to never visit this Dunkin' again. read more

I am in my car a lot, and I frequent many Duncan Donuts. My favorite one is the one in New Market, MD. The people are efficient, fast and extremely friendly. I would really prefer to give this place a no stars, as many other people complained about getting your coffee order incorrect, I had the exact same situation. Time after time I tried to order an iced coffee with very little cream and two Splenda's... Not hard right? Twice in the last week I've had to drive to work with no sugar in my coffee, very little ice, when I asked him to remake the drink the three people inside were very confused at this.
