Though latte quality can vary by barista (it looks like they use a doser-style grinder and Simonelli espresso machine), I have only had top notch lattes from East Main. One suggestion for the establishment: put a trash can next to the door so patrons can discard rubbish as they leave.

Mind you know one was in line before or behind me at Starbucks, but when i got done my shopping i picked up my awaiting coffee's and then saw this Barista see me and put my sandwich in?!?! Then she seemed annoyed when it was done and told me. Again this is my only bad experience and potentially she was having a bad day, but unacceptable.
