Im not sure about the rest of You but Im all about texting. I have some social anxiety so the thought of stumbling over my words makes me hesitant about phone calls. Kash & Liv allows two extremely easy customer focused options # 1 - You can text your order (475) 295 - 0983 and make preferences during that text such as for myself Im diabetic. I need less syrup in my drinks. Not for one second did I feel like an annoyance for asking for a customized amount of pumps in my latte. #2 - you are able to pay via Venmo - no need for cash or a card - super easy! If you prefer cash or debit / credit during your call or text you could inquire about those payment options. Coffees available in both hot & iced options. Now let's get to the important part my delicious Iced Brown Butter Toasted Carmel latte. This flavor is sooo smooth and delicious. The syrup is custom crafted and homemade. I will be a repeat customer to try the other flavors. I am a coffee lover to the max so I opted for the quart size. While this size did not fit in my cup holder I was completely comfortable holding it while driving. Next time I will buy one of their cups available for purchase, or bring my own to transfer the coffee to. Or there is a 14oz option available or cup holder friendly side. However, I would like to make a friendly suggestion regarding menu changes & prices. After placing our orders and submitting payment I was presented with the receipt which showed one of the items was charged $3 more than what was indicated on the menu. When brought to the attention of the cashier I was told that some of the menu items have been increased in price. While I can readily understand that in this fragile economy, I feel that there are better ways to deal with that. 1. Indicate the changes on all the menus by attaching a note to them showing the new prices until new menus are printed. 2. Create a list near the checkouts so the cashiers can inform the diners of the recent increase if one of them was chosen. 3. Place a sign near the check-out with a list of those changes. 4. Place placards on the tables indicating the changes. Any one of those would clarify the situation, which would: 1. Inform the diners that a price for French Toast is reasonable at $11.50 but might not be so for some diners at $14.50 and would therefore have some influence on choosing it. 2. Preventing the line from backing up while the cashier gets approval from the manager to amend the check (which occurred in my case). The cashiers can also be instructed to ask the customer to return to his table while this is sorted out and a refund will be brought there. These are helpful suggestions and will not in any way prevent me from returning for the wonderful atmosphere and food.
