Right off the bat, I had to wait 5 minutes for my mobile when it was sitting on the counter. I can't just climb over the counter and grab it, I had to wait for one of the workers to acknowledge my existence. I ordered a hot chocolate and typically I don't check inside because at other location they make it correctly but I wish I had. Years ago they actually made the donuts on site, I remember walking in and sometimes you could smell the fresh donuts baking. That was the best time to come in and if you were lucky one of the fresh batches was your favorite kind of donuts. Unfortunately that was a long time ago and since then the donuts are overpriced and just ok. The varieties are basic and the taste is average. Might as well pick up donuts at 7/11 or a grocery store. With that said, some people really enjoy their coffee. Although, I'm not much of a coffee drinker myself. Another item of note is they do have ice cream, so you do have some other sweet tooth options as well. As for the service, it's been good when I visit; which isn't often. read more

I often go here at night, around 12ish. It's always the same guy, he seems overworked, sleepy and unresponsive lol. I often let go of this stuff but the past 3 times I've been here, I just had enough. I drove into the drive-thru booth, stayed there for a few minutes, nothing on the order radio, said hello a few times then there he is, the unresponsive guy lol. Last week, I ordered an Iced decaf with 2 Splenda, he handed me a drink with cream, he changed it though when I told him I didn't want cream, he replaced it, I said my goodbye and thanks, no response lol. It tastes like shi. Last night I went in again, ordered the same thing. He handed me a regular hot coffee. "No. You have to wait around the back." Uhm.. Hm. Isn't the purpose of the drive-through to be going through a one-stop shop??. Isn't the purpose to NOT have to put your car in park? I fight. Each. (Sound familiar?) "Yes but you can come inside." "Fine. I want a cappuccino blast" I order. When I come up to the window to pay, the lady gives my card back. Guess what happens next. She tells me to pull my car up to a different back door to wait for them to finish making my drink. Great. So... you can't wait a minute for me to decide on my order, but you'd make me wait 5 minutes in your parking lot for you to finish my drink? =) I park far away. Far. Far away. I let them walk to my car. Next time I'll park in the taco bell lot. Or put the car in reverse as they walk towards me with my order. Never come here. Never. I hate them. Or... Who writes these bad reviews?? I am guilty of usually writing reviews when service is super bad - but this place was great. I went through the drive through and owner greeted us and took our order and even upgraded our drink size free. Worst Dunkin' Donuts in the area by far! If I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered an iced Carmel latte and an iced vanilla coffee with extra cream. All the Carmel in the latte, and all the cream in the universe in the vanilla iced coffee. But no vanilla whatsoever. Then I ordered a box of 50 count mixed munchkins. I get to work to find out that it's all one kind. The entire staff must be deaf and blind cause they can not complete one simple order without failing. I'm giving this 4 stars only because of the really sweet lady who works the inside register. She's always so nice when I come in! The lady at the register at the drive thru, is less than pleasant. This is the worst dunkin donuts i have ever been to. i used to go here beacuase i only have a half hour for lunch break at work and this is the closest one. I sure love my iced mocha skim milk latte no sugar no whipped cream but not from here. i have been here 4 times and they have messed my order up 3 times. this last time i order my latte and it came with whipped cream and sugar after i had specified not to. I gave it back and said i ordered no sugar or whipped cream please. they made me a new one without the whipped cream but added sugar to it in front of my eyes!!! at this point i had to get back to work so i just took it. OK I love Dunkin. I can only believe that since they all sell the same stuff that comes from the same place that location and service would be important factors for them. The drive thru service at this location is awful. I often place my order at the microphone and them have to repeat it at the window. English is not the first language of most if the people that work there so there is a huge communication problem. I sometimes find myself going out if my way to go to another location if I am in a hurry because I know that even driving further will be faster than getting my order straight at this place. To bad. This is, hands-down, the best Dunkin' Donuts in the area. The coffee is always fresh, and the service is quick and friendly. I'm not surprised to see the consistently long drive-thru line: their customers know that if they stop here, they will be on their way in no time. I'm thrilled to have this store as my most convenient coffee stop, though I am no stranger to every "DD" in the area (yum). Zain is a particularly kind employee. Terrible service! I used to go there every morning to get a coffee and a roll on my way to work. I try not to now unless I'm in a rush. In fact I drive the opposite direction and go to the Dempster location instead . You tell them what you want and they repeat your order with what you did not want. It's a donut shop, and I'm not super picky about my donuts, I'll admit. Just that the staff has always been super friendly when I've gone, and I really appreciate that. The biggest problem is the parking lot, which they share with the Taco Bell next door with one entrance/exit right next to an intersection... can be annoying to get in and out of. read more

I am a drive thru girl. Every morning I go through the drive thru and order the same thing. And every morning they get it wrong. The repeat the order incorrectly , then when i arrive at the window, the coffee is worng. It inevitably has no sweetner or has a shot of hazelnut - which i am allergic to - I can smell it in the cup before drinking it! I let the staff know DAILY - I wish there was another drive thru that is on my route to work. The satff are rude and dont care, and they are consistant ot scewing up orders. So sad. read more

This review is far overdue. I'll start by saying I freakin love dunkin donuts and I can't go a day without going at least once. I live 3 blocks from this location and went there at least once a day and in many situations 2-3 times a day. Over a span of 10 years living in the neighborhood I have dropped thousands of dollars at this location. It was always nice cause in the summer they have a nice place to sit in the back and up until the last day I went the staff was generally friendly with the exception of the expected misorders etc. Back in October of 2015 I came here for what would be the last time. I came to the drive thru in the middle of the day and saw that there was no line in the drive thru and there was no one inside. As I was pulling into the drive thru I noticed to large suvs with people pull in and a large group get out of their cars. I made a point of quickly putting in my simple order of a med coffee before they even walked through the door so that I wouldn't have to wait for 1-2 orders ahead of me. I was wrong to think that me getting to the drive up window before the door was even opened for the group of ~20 would make sure I wouldn't have to wait. Now mind you I knew the people who worked here as I saw them 1-3 times a day for several years. I know the woman who worked that shift is Pakistani and by the fact that she greeted everyone who walked in and starting speaking with them in what I assume was Urdu she purposely proceeded to take AND fulfill the order of every single person as I sat there in the drive thru watching this all unfold. There was second employee there at the time and rather than making sure my simple order was fulfilled they both made me sit there in the drive thru for 20 minutes. I'm a very patient person and I've even come to the help of these employees when people were being rude to them or complaining and can't tell you how upset and offended I was at this incident. I normally would have just driven away but I really wanted to wait so I could get a receipt so I can make my voice heard to corporate. The newer employee saw that I was getting visibly upset. Once every one of those orders was taken the new employee came to the window with a frightened look on her face and said "I'm sorry about that but can you tell me again what you ordered." (obviously you'd forget the first order placed when you made that person who arrived first wait 20-25 minutes before you finally completed their order) She apologized again and didn't give me a receipt and saw I was just waiting there. After looking at me with that same frightened look knowing that they messed up for another minute she said "Oh did you want your receipt" I said yes and left after she handed it to me. She clearly didn't want to give me the receipt because that's normally what employees at dunkin will do if they know something was a negative customer experience. My friend who also used to come with me 1-2 times a day and likewise spent thousands of dollars at this location. My family who also came here and spent thousands of dollars and anyone I come across gets this story from me and assure me they will never frequent this location ever again. I instead go to a different less convenient location which I made sure wasn't owned by the same franchisee and spend my thousands a year there instead. You'll still go on making money but you won't make anymore from me or the people I know. read more

I live very close to this dunkin location but I always tend to regret coming here. On at least 3 instances, I unfortunately ran into the same inconsiderate employee. She would take your order at the drive thru and would then forget what it is at the window... Each time. She would still get some orders wrong and one time charged me more than I ordered.
