This DD is so busy at night time it's crazy. Came here to study and it was hard to find a table even at 11pm so maybe some early if that's what you're looking for. I appreciate that they are open late and have outlets for people to study and also an area for people to hang out.

This Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins location had gone through drastic renovations - I was pleasantly surprised at how large and spacious it was, with plenty of seating and very bright lighting. The huge plus is that this place is open 24 hours, so you will see many students coming here to study/grab dessert (just keep in mind that the place can get extremely packed and very loud!). The staff were very friendly and I enjoyed my cup of Gold Medal Ribbon ice cream, a vanilla and chocolate ice cream with a caramel ribbon swirled in. We didn't have any issue in relaxing and chit-chatting a bit before going on our way. Parking is a bit of a pain, as the lot gets filled up quick; however, you can park in the adjacent Panera plaza. +open 24 hours +Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins combo +limited parking

I usually love this location because the line moves so fast and the service is great, BUT this morning I got a breakfast sandwich with egg whites, veggies, and hair apparently. DO NOT EAT HERE. Clearly they are not paying attention and being mindful. Absolutely disgusting biting into a hair half way through the sandwich. Stay away.

This is truly one of the better Dunkin' Donuts that I have ever stepped foot in. During my initial visit, I did not get the chance to walk around to see the entire dining area, however I did notice the increasing amount of traffic in the parking lot, plus outer seating area. It most definitely felt like the hang out spot for many, which was frustrating trying to locate a parking spot. It wasn't until my 2nd visit when I actually got the chance to to walk around and see more of the inner dining area, which was quite mind-blowing. The first thing I took notice of was the many different age groups of customers in general because of what it consists of. It is attached to a Baskin-Robbins just like many others throughout Chicago and Chicagoland, plus it just so happens to have a study room w/ free WiFi access which many Dunkin' Donuts locations do not have. With the free WiFi alone that is enough to bring in an array of customers. All I have to say is that 'Starbucks' ain't got nothing on this Dunkin' Donuts location, plus it is open 24 hours! In closing, I ordered 1/2 of a dozen donuts for my clients, plus an iced hazelnut coffee for myself. Not a bad overall experience both times, but as stated take note of when you visit because it does get quite congested in the parking lot, so if you see a parking spot latch on to it before you end up driving around in circles trying to locate one because of how congested it is. This Dunkin' is a joke. They get mad at me for holding up the line at the drive thru because THEY messed up my order. I swear to God every time I tell them my order, they charge me correctly but never make the right drink. I get so much attitude for correcting them and they never apologize for their mistakes. I always get a Medium Decaf Iced Caramel Latte w/almond milk. They always make a medium plain latte w/whole milk. I really don't understand. Like you're charging me correctly everyday when I come here but you have idiots making my drink and then getting mad & rolling their eyes when I hold up the drive thru. Not my problem! Get my drink right! There's been plenty of times where I was late to work because I failed to taste test my drink and had to bring it back due to it being wrong. I don't just drink coffee to be cool and have a cup in my hand. I need the energy. Today the lady clearly made my drink w whole milk (and trust me I know the difference between whole milk vs. almond milk in coffee), I told her this is whole milk and there's no caramel. She goes "no it's almond milk w caramel". She also confirmed w the person making my drink. I was like ok...... whatever. I drive off cause I'm in a rush. Taste it while slowly pulling my car forward, boom. Whole milk, no caramel. Why lie as if I'm not going to taste it? Honestly I'm so annoyed that this is an everyday occurrence. I'm very close to boycotting Dunkin' altogether. This is ridiculous.

They have a study room now!

Yesterday was the first or second 70 degree day of 2026, so the weather was perfect and the seasonal re-opening of the DQ a mile away was to our advantage because the crowd was a bit quieter here and we were able to find a street spot. I think my daughter was overwhelmed when we walked in; there are lots of choices. She could barely contain herself, but I guess that's to be expected of a two year old. I got her a kiddie scoop of decadent chocolate, which she liked but may have been a bit too chocolatey for her. Or maybe she just wanted to taste a bit of mine and was done with the chocolate. I got a single scoop of the caramel ice cream. I'm not really sure if the sizes were different or if it was the size of the cup because they seemed the same. Both ice creams were so flavorful, really rich. It's a dangerous place to stop that's for sure. But next time I'm getting a scoop of each! As with almost all the South Park businesses, there's no dedicated parking. You'll look for street parking. South Park is across the street so I imagine some days at the wading pool with a stop for ice cream afterward are in our future. There's seating both in and outside; we sat outside and it was really pleasant. They have pre-portioned ice cream in a cooler inside as well as ice cream cakes, and a water dispenser as well. They have a little cart that I've seen at various functions around town as well, if you're out and about and happen upon them. You can also rent the cart for your own event! The staff were helpful, the store was neat and tidy. This is a wonderful small business in Park Ridge and we're so lucky to have them here!

No, I didn't eat all three at once; it took a few hours. I think I liked the crème brûlée one the best. The custard was great and the sugar coating was outstanding. I ordered from the counter and service was pretty quick. The place was very lively and quite busy on a Sunday morning. Anyway, so I saw someone else get the chicken and waffles, and I said, I gots to get me some of those. So I did. So the donuts were 5 stars easily. Each one was great. The coconut and the pistachio donuts were not very big, but still an average sized donut. The crème brûlée was bigger. The chicken and waffles consisted of 2 rather large fried chicken tenders on a fairly big waffle. There was a light syrup coating the chicken. Very large portion for $13. My only complaint was it tasted like the chicken was fried in old oil that perhaps needed to be changed. I'm sure they go through a lot of fried chicken, fried potatoes and other fried fishes, but the chicken was darker than it should be and tasted like old oil. I noticed another person next to me who got fried potatoes, and they too, were very dark. Still, the chicken was good, and I consider this to be minor and maybe doesn't happen on a less busy day. I would go back if I'm in the Niles/Skokie area again, because there are other donuts and breakfast items I'd like to try. The price is very reasonable for the portions you get.

Disappointed by the doughnuts, seems like the recipe was tweaked to make them fluffier/less dense for more profit, as if they weren't expensive enough already. Plus they were a weird yellow color inside, donuts dough isn't supposed to be yellow. HINT: if you consistently sell out of old fashioned donuts by 10 a.m., why don't you make more of them and less of the ones you have lingering in the case? Really stupid metrics employed here. We won't be back. :-(
