I use their Drive Thru practically everyday. They are very nice..but why does the coffee taste different everyday, when you ask for the same order. I am updating my review on this establishment because I am now coming here every Tuesday morning at 9:00am because there is a weekly meeting of Veterans from all branches of the service. A wonderful group of men and women that have served Country, who have updates on Veterans affairs, benefits and many guest speakers. Over a 100 Vets every week, and the DD staff handles the crowd efficiently, they serve out the coffee and food orders very quickly The store is exceptionally clean, well stocked with necessities such as napkins, sugar, straws, etc. 5 stars! read more

This location never gets our orders right. On top of that, they charge upwards of $7 for sandwiches with bacon, but they only put a single slice on it. It's also supposed to come with cheese, which they also left off. As far as I'm concerned, that's ripping off customers. I already reported them to Dunkin' corporate as well. If you order from this location, check that they gave you everything you paid for. You'll almost certainly find things missing. read more

We have typically had great service in the dine-in, and have frequented this Dunkin quite a bit. Love the ample seating and the Baskin-Robbins attached to the Dunkin. On a recent visit, the girl that checked me out apparently forgot the second half of our order. When I went up to inquire about our food, she swore she put them on the counter. Yeah, no. We were sitting directly across from the counter, and never saw her or anyone else put a bag out after we picked up our drinks. They remade the food, but her crappy attitude and lying about the order didn't sit well. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins location had gone through drastic renovations - I was pleasantly surprised at how large and spacious it was, with plenty of seating and very bright lighting. The huge plus is that this place is open 24 hours, so you will see many students coming here to study/grab dessert (just keep in mind that the place can get extremely packed and very loud!). The staff were very friendly and I enjoyed my cup of Gold Medal Ribbon ice cream, a vanilla and chocolate ice cream with a caramel ribbon swirled in. We didn't have any issue in relaxing and chit-chatting a bit before going on our way. I usually love this location because the line moves so fast and the service is great, BUT this morning I got a breakfast sandwich with egg whites, veggies, and hair apparently. DO NOT EAT HERE. This is truly one of the better Dunkin' Donuts that I have ever stepped foot in. During my initial visit, I did not get the chance to walk around to see the entire dining area, however I did notice the increasing amount of traffic in the parking lot, plus outer seating area. It most definitely felt like the hang out spot for many, which was frustrating trying to locate a parking spot. It wasn't until my 2nd visit when I actually got the chance to to walk around and see more of the inner dining area, which was quite mind-blowing. The first thing I took notice of was the many different age groups of customers in general because of what it consists of. It is attached to a Baskin-Robbins just like many others throughout Chicago and Chicagoland, plus it just so happens to have a study room w/ free WiFi access which many Dunkin' Donuts locations do not have. With the free WiFi alone that is enough to bring in an array of customers. All I have to say is that 'Starbucks' ain't got nothing on this Dunkin' Donuts location, plus it is open 24 hours! In closing, I ordered 1/2 of a dozen donuts for my clients, plus an iced hazelnut coffee for myself. Not a bad overall experience both times, but as stated take note of when you visit because it does get quite congested in the parking lot, so if you see a parking spot latch on to it before you end up driving around in circles trying to locate one because of how congested it is. This Dunkin' is a joke. They get mad at me for holding up the line at the drive thru because THEY messed up my order. I swear to God every time I tell them my order, they charge me correctly but never make the right drink. I get so much attitude for correcting them and they never apologize for their mistakes. I always get a Medium Decaf Iced Caramel Latte w/almond milk. They always make a medium plain latte w/whole milk. I really don't understand. Like you're charging me correctly everyday when I come here but you have idiots making my drink and then getting mad & rolling their eyes when I hold up the drive thru. Not my problem! Get my drink right! There's been plenty of times where I was late to work because I failed to taste test my drink and had to bring it back due to it being wrong. I don't just drink coffee to be cool and have a cup in my hand. I need the energy. Today the lady clearly made my drink w whole milk (and trust me I know the difference between whole milk vs. almond milk in coffee), I told her this is whole milk and there's no caramel. She goes "no it's almond milk w caramel". She also confirmed w the person making my drink. I was like ok...... whatever. I drive off cause I'm in a rush. Very spacious location and good for groups. There's a lot of seating. At night, they close one half of the seating area. I came here for an ice cream cake. I like that they now make smaller cake sizes. The cake that serves 4 is perfect for our family. We also purchased numerical candles here, and the lady gave one for free! The problem is not the business, but the students who come here to study and the people who use this place to hang out. I can't help but laugh at the reviews where people are complaining about the manager asking them to move to the study room. Yes you did buy a 99 cent coffee but it doesn't mean you can sit there for 4 hours when families come in and don't have anywhere to sit. Complainers, just listen to yourself! You're going to a place that allows you to study and is letting you use their WifI, but you're angry because they are asking you to move to the study room so families can use the main lobby. Think of it in terms of a gas station that YOU OWN, say there are 6 pumps and 6 cars pull up at each pump. Each car pumps one gallon of gas and then uses that spot as a parking space for the next 6 hours. Would you (as the owner) not go out to the pumps and tell them to move their car so other customers can use it? It's a business! Not your personal library! The owner/manager did try to solve the situation/ They completely remolded the place and they even MADE A STUDY ROOM for students who want to study. I just counted, and it has well over 60 seats, but you got 1 to 2 people per table, so it defeats the purpose of having bigger tables. They get so many students coming here now that even the study room gets filled up and that's when students flood in to the main lobby. I saw a family get ice cream and walk around to find a place to sit and eventually gave up and left. That's bad for DD because now that family will expect this to happen every night and probably will just go to Dairy Queen down the road. Anytime seats open up in the study room, the manager comes out and asks students from the main lobby to move to the study room... only to have those students give her attitude. But it's their store?? and their business. If you have an issue with how they run things, then just don't come. It's that simple. ANYWAYS, if you're coming here for your coffee or ice cream, you'll have a pleasant experience (it's Dunkin Donuts, so don't expect top of the line service). I have yet to find a better looking dunkin donuts then this one, hence the 5 stars. It has a cooler feeling compared to other DD. They are flawed though, sometimes they don't have enough workers and I will find myself waiting 15 minutes for a scoop of ice cream. They do seem to give priority to the drive thru as it's 5 times busier then the registers inside. But then again, I have yet to see a better DD, so I'll give this one 5 stars. Terrible customer service. We usually come here only because of convenience, but ALMOST ALWAYS there's something wrong. A flavor shot is missing, our order is short a hash brown, the drink we ordered is a completely different drink. And that's fine, mistakes are a natural part of fast food, but it's the way you HANDLE YOUR MISTAKES that determines whether or not you're a good establishment. The man who took our order got irritated when we told him the order was wrong. Its frustrating, and I understand that it is a night shift, but he was so irritated and just made us feel so ashamed for THEM GETTING THE WRONG ORDER. I literally downloaded and am writing my first review in DD right now. She is very rude, disrespectful, and mean, and racist. I came in with my mom and she ordered three beverages. My mother is not from here and her English isn't perfect but she can understand and speak it, just like mothers of other first generations. However the Indian employee looks at my mom like she is speaking an unknown language and frown her face as if she saw a roach. She then kept asking what? What did you order? So one medium or small? Say that again. (Sigh) repeat your order. You want donut or what? (Another sigh). She shakes her head like she's so done with my mom and her voice was very sharp and annoyed. As she looks at my mom as if she were a roach and treats her like a garbage, my mother's face turned red and her voice got quieter and quieter as her hands were shaking. She was hurt. And you humiliated her. Holding my mother's hand, I told her "one medium ice latte, one medium ice mocha, one medium frozen chocolate please" with a calm voice and smile, oppressing my desire to call the manager. However, she asks me again and again and again and again. And I answered again and again and again, trying to not raise my voice up and keeping that smile patiently. And when I looked at the receipt, I found out something unnormal: she ordered wrong ones. I told the employee on the other side to fix it. The other employee went to the Indian employee and asked what happened. The Indian employee just murmured the excuses. I heard she saying "I thought.." "She said..." "No I didn't" but I never heard a single word of apology. My mother was looking at the floor, and told me quietly in a bitter voice, " let's go take a seat." We were both crying inward, unable to do anything about the injustice. Furthermore, the Indian lady gave me a small mocha instead of the medium I ordered and chocolate in the frozen chocolate drink was sank on the bottom, unmixed with pure white milk which seems like they were never mixed. I would never forget how you insulted my mother. I feel attacked and harassed and I can not describe my mother's feelings and how you humiliated her. I would never come here again. Never. Not to sound rude but when I pay for a large I expect to receive a larges worth of product, especially on a specialty drink that comes at a higher price point. My iced caramel macchiato was given to me like it had been spilled or made as a medium and extra ice was added. Missing a good inch or inch and a half of liquid compared to the amount I'm used to getting from other DDs. They would not top off my drink either and the drive thru person scoffed at me when I said it wasn't full. Big location, big problem. I'll tell you straight away, this is a two star because of the space in the establishment - it's 24 hours and includes a quiet-studying area. Management is terrible for lack of better words. I entered the studying area to find my buddy being scolded for moving the table 1 foot closer to the wall for access to the wall outlets. The manager came by multiple times to harass others about buying things (Please put signs if this is a problem so I'm not bothered every 20 minutes). I overheard her saying you cannot use the studying area for more than 40 minutes at a time without buying anything. UPDATE 10/16/17: Getting close to a one star here. The people they put on drive through almost always have bad English and poor listening skills. I hate chocolate doughnuts and almost always end up with one somehow instead of the vanilla I ordered. The girl behind the counter asks me if I want sugar and cream in my coffee. I tell her, "Yes, but do you have sugar and cream out here?" She responds with a puzzled stare. No need for bewilderment, lass, because every time I say yes to cream and sugar, at any D&D in any Universe, even if I ask for light on the sugar, the sugar and cream is served up with a drop of coffee. As is the case, I'd rather measure out my own dairy and sweetener, thank you very much. She says, "We have sugar out there, but no cream." I say, "That's fine. Just cream then." This is a pretty big ass D&D Baskin Robins. A whole bunch of space, with a couple of very big ass round tables. On this particular Saturday morning, sprinkled at various two person tables, are some college girls stuffing their faces in text books. Coffee next to their lap tops. The least they can buy in return for a place to study and use of free wi-fi. At the larger booths I see and hear foreign folk, laughing and talking like the world was their oyster. Hard working, money making folk, living the American Dream. Dangerous. Type of folk that might take a shot at you while you're naked in a bath house minding your own business. Don't want to take my eyes off of them when I sit and eat my sausage and egg sandwich. "Sausage and egg and medium coffee." That was snappy. I grab my snack and walk over to the condiment counter, uncap the coffee and take a look at my cup of cream with a dribble bit of coffee. Typical. read more

But when I get them, the muffins and donuts are tasty. My one caveat: although I like their coffee, I hate the coffee when I made it at home from their beans. Good from the drive-thru, totally awful made at home. And yes, this is where the Niles police hang-out. And the local hang-out for teens on Saturday night. I never provide reviews. This is my very first one, so READ it. I was just sitting at dunkin' donuts located on 7039 west dempster st, Niles, IL. I had purchased coffee and donut along with my friend. Just sitting and being a good customer, and the owner "Asra", came up to us and spoke to us, not in a very friendly way, to go to the study room because somehow we were preventing her from gaining more business. We as in 2 paying, and loyal customers. We did not move as there are no signs, also it is not in any sort of written form, if we were to let her make random arbitrary rules today, what will she ask us to do tomorrow? She circled back after 2 minutes and spoke to us in a surprisingly rude manner. She told us "buying 2 cups of coffee and a few donuts aren't going to do anything for my business". She then said "You need to leave or I will call the police". My friend and I are still here, completely unwilling to move. We say, let her call the police. It is DUNKIN DONUTS. We are PAYING customers, who are not out of conduct and we are simply doing our homework. We have been coming to this dunkin donuts since 10 years. She then kept coming back and harassing us with derogatory remarks in order for us to become so uncomfortable that we were inclined to leave. This is a rather new-looking Dunkin Donuts/Baskin-Robbins storefront on Dempster. We stopped in here on a Sunday afternoon with the kids for some ice cream .There's an 88-cent special on soft serve going on, plus I wanted to get an iced coffee for myself. OK, they may be great at the drive thru like Kathy R says, but at the expense of customers who come inside. I stood for about 2 minutes before someone came up to the counter to take my order. The girl with the headset taking orders seemed totally focused on the drive thru customers. I could tell she was waving to another employee to take over the front counter, as other people started to line up behind me. I think he ignored her and went in back. Finally I got my iced coffee drink and it was pretty nasty - acidic-tasting. I'm used to Starbucks or Gloria Jean's iced drinks and this one fell way short of my expectations. It took 2 packets of sugar and 1 packet of Splenda and 3 creams before it even became palatable. For some reason, I need almost none at all for Gloria Jean's and maybe 1 packet of sugar for Starbucks, but this is ridiculous. The kids liked their soft serve ice cream cones, which are actually quite large given the 88 cent price. However, I would not recommend the scoopable 31 flavors, which come in at more than $2 for a single scoop these days. Way overpriced for the serving size I saw other people get. It's pretty inside, but I won't be coming back anytime soon given their service and inferior iced coffee products. read more

My job involves doing what ever it takes to keep customers happy. Because of that it takes a lot to impress me. After greeting me, the manager and staff frequently asked if I needed assistance picking a ice cream cake, with out being annoying. They offered to write on the cake, and helped me choose a drink. After paying, the manager even threw in some donuts before asking if I needed help putting things in my car. (I only had 1 big bag).
