A newer location of DD, getting in and out can be tricky, depending on which direction you're coming from on Dempster. The place offers the same menu as other DD locations, including espresso and coffee beverages, teas, fraps, breakfast sandwiches, toasts, and wraps, bagels, muffins, and donuts. We ordered a couple of lattes and donuts; they were totally fine. The space, however, is extremely loud, as the acoustics are way off and everything echoes; also, the staff here seem to drop items or equipment all the time, adding to the volume. That was probably the rudest customer service I've ever experienced at a Dunkin before. While ordering through the drive through I changed my mind about a drink maybe 5 seconds after I ordered and asked for something different. Keep in mind I was still at the speaker and not even done ordering the rest of the drinks. Then when I asked what the candy bar flavor was the guy on the intercom seemed very annoyed and responded "candy bar" and I said ok that's vague what kind of candy bar? He said "candy bar" like ok. Then at the window I got scolded by the man saying "how many drink do you expect us to throw away for you?" The man clearly was unhappy with his job and decided to take it out on the customers. I kindly said no thank you and drove off. They will not be receiving any money from me with that service. Save yourself the stress and drive a mile down the road to the other Dunkin. You will receive FAR better service and not get yelled at by the staff. read more

It was around midnight, just a few minutes ago. I stopped by to order coffee in drive thru. I waited for quite some time in the cold with my car window down in the drive-through and asking for help, but no one acknowledged me or took my order. When I finally pulled up to the window, I noticed few cars ahead, so I waited in line. and when reached window, I asked why no one had responded, the employee was rude. He complained that he was the only one working and didn't have time to tell me to hold on or let me know I was in line. He also said, in a rude manner, that he was not obligated to take my order, even if I was waiting in the drive-through in the cold When I asked him to be polite and respectful, he said he didn't care and began arguing with me. I told him I would report his behavior to the manager, and he responded that he was already on notice, was leaving the job, and didn't care. His attitude was completely unprofessional. Why Dunkin' cause it was there after we left Lutheran General Hospital my wife wanted a cup of Dunkin. We both got a donut. I got the Apple fritter & my wife got the blueberry donut. To begin w/I'm not a huge fan of Dunkin anyway. This Dunkin was built brand new & replaced a Bakers Square (wahhhh). I'm sorry to say you can't replace a Bakers Square w/Dunkin. To me Dunkin provides a very mediocre donut especially w/all the places like Stan's, Do Rite & Firecake to name a few. I visited this brand new Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins.  It's a conveniently located, large and airy location and everything here including the large parking lot is newly constructed having replaced an old and rundown Bakers Square location.   I had a large coffee with cream ($3.09) and a Bavarian creme donut ($1.59).  They like to put the cream in themselves, and it might have been a tad on the heavy handed side, so next time ask them to go light if you're not sure.  The coffee was very good, like the DD of old. It seems it's not always so at some DD's these days.   The donut was very fresh at 9:30am but seemed on the smallish side for $1.59, but that's the trend these days isn't it ha. Their space is clean, comfortable, bright, and airy.  They also had a lot of staff on hand and I counted 8.  Also a steady stream of customers at mid-morning.  You're now the biggest and the best DD in the vicinity, so welcome to the neighborhood! read more

Been here many times, place the same coffee order, always taste different. And on top of that, if there is a line in the drive thru, there is a reason. They are super slow. You would think if they are that slow they can at least spend the time on quality. read more

The food is usually OK although sometimes the bagel sandwiches are burnt. My complaint today is I usually order a cup of ice water. They were starting to charge $.50 for a big cup and now today they charged me a dollar for a small little cup of sink water. That's not fair. read more

This Dunkin is the worst! I cannot tell you the amount of times I have ordered on the app and they messed up my order. MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR FOOD EVERY TIME! They will rush you through the drive through missing half or more of the items you ordered. Their staff is often times rude and acts like you made the mistake. Today I had to argue with the person working in the drive through first I was missing an coffee and two doughnuts. She hands me the coffee and says bye. I was still missing my doughnuts and had to show her the app a second time to get my doughnuts that were missing. She acted like I was in the wrong and seemed very annoyed. I once had another experience where I ordered two coffee rolls (cinnamon rolls) on the app and proceeded to the drive through. They were out of the coffee rolls and just decided it was ok to put two random cheaper doughnuts in my bag as a substitute without telling me. Coffee rolls cost 2x the normal doughnut. When I came inside to get the coffee rolls they told me they were out and they gave me two doughnuts instead. I told them I would rather had the option of receiving a choice of substitutes or a refund. The manager refused the refund and handed me two more doughnuts I didn't want. I was really saddened to see they put another dunkin doughnuts location within 1/4-1/2 miles from two other locations. I would have rather another business gone in here. Sure it's conveniently close but the community would have better been served by something else. The other locations won't mess up your orders so maybe you are best supporting those locations instead. This is a new Dunkin and I thought I'd try it out today. I went to the drive thru and I feel the service was so-so; nobody pays attention to your order and I just felt rushed. When I paid, a lady had given me the coffees I ordered and I asked if the one coffee was sweetened; she just said "yes" but it was not sweetened. She was rather rude and just in a hurry to move on to the next customer. I went to a third window to pick up my food and that was fine. When I got home, I tried my coffee and it was as if it was all coffee and as they say "it tasted like mud." I stirred it with a spoon to bring the flavor to the top and it was still horrible. This is a new Dunkin' Donuts that just opened up with a drive thru. I think it's pretty good I got my coffee from there the other day and it was the best drink I've gotten in a while from any Dunkin. They could have a little bit of a faster service but I don't mind too much if my coffee is going to be good in the end! read more

when i stop by on my way to work my order is 10 glazed munchkins and an order of hash browns. i have received every variation of this combination: 10 jelly/plain/anything other than glazed with cold/rubbery hash browns . when the order is right it's fine but when it's not it's frustrating and disappointing. read more

too many bad experiences to just not review. Ordered tonight and instead of contacting me they canceled the entire order because they ran out of the donuts? They NEVER have boston cream donuts in stock no matter what time of day it is. I try not to order online because one time I ordered for pick up as a guest account and they had none of the donuts available during the middle of the day like what? So I said just cancel my whole order. The incompetent employee said I have to call to request a refund since they can't do anything. I called the call center which was not even in the US and they couldn't understand my situation. They said someone would call back and never did even when I followed up. So I called the store and let them know and the manager said to come in. He was never in when I was available so one of his associates reached out to get the story again. I have receipts and everything, and they even offered to give me my order of a dozen donuts instead of the refund and I said that would be ok, but nothing ever came of it. I am exhausted from constantly reaching out to them. This happened in November of 2023 and I have emailed Eliza back asking for an update since she said she was going to email her supervisor. This is the worst dunkin location in the area and I will gladly drive 5 more minutes to go to the other pleasant Dunkins. They always have boston cream donuts in stock, it's just a shame the delivery apps default to this trash location right away and I'm unable to change it to the one 5 minutes further. Very disappointed in how management did not care to resolve the situation, I'm sure if Eliza was manager I would have had my refund already but instead of course there is someone who puts in bare minimum effort in charge. This location has lost my business. With multiple other dunkin' locations a stone's throw away, you'd think a new business like this one would be trying to gain customer loyalty. But apparently not. Their staff is always confused, orders have been frequently wrong. I've seen other patrons having to argue to get their correct order as well. They have no clue how to honor and use the Dunkin' rewards app. And today they refused to honor a deal that they sent out in a mailer themselves. The manager that runs the window is rude and argumentative. No way to run a business. I'll be giving my money to the other location on Dempster just a few blocks away where the staff are kind, service is fast and reliable and management actually cares about their customers. read more
