The search was on I needed to find 15-20 gift cards or gift certificates at a low denomination. My previous ventures turned out too expensive. The least amount available was $5 from Starbucks, Trader Joe's, and Cold Stone, even mcD's does not carry the paper certificate booklets. In all honesty, this place deserves one star because almost every single person who works here is genuinely incapable of doing their job. I don't even know how it's possible to be so terrible at putting the right sandwich in an oven or counting out the right amount of Munchkins but congrats to them, they've achieved it. This location is also home to Togo's and Baskin Robbins. I believe this is a flagship location for the chain as you'll find a lot of company meetings here. The building is new and enjoys a modern design with drive-thru. There's plenty of room in the dining/retail sales area. It is uncluttered and has high ceilings. The bathroom is clean and modern, but loaded with scratched-in grafitti on the privacy dividers. I used to be a regular lunch diner at this Togo's Deli. However, a number of staff changes caused me to abandon it. Togo's offers sub sandwiches one notch above Subway. Food is not the strong point of this restaurant. After settling into my Togo's groove, I used to order the same combo meal every time I dined in. However, the price rung up on the cash register was always different. If they had actual numbers on keys to inupt sales, they would have really been in trouble! For several weeks before I stopped dining there, they wouldn't have the food I ordered. Sometimes it took three or four tries to get a sandwich for which the ingredients were stocked. This place began it's downhill spiral about two years ago when Ken, the manager moved on. Donuts, coffee & bagel ok. Service not so good on this visit. We ordered coffee, box of donuts & one plain bagel. Paid for the order. After that the cashier went to get bagel which she toasted without asking us . Associate was politely advised we did not wish to have our bagel toasted... I came here to study since probably late 2012 and I am truly disappointed. This Dunkin Donuts was built and became popular thanks to the young crowd that went here to study or socialize. The Owner, Ray, is a businessman who only cares about money. I've overheard multiple conversations that he had with students where he speaks rudely and mentions things that will make you shake your head. This guy is something else. I understand and partially agree with what the other reviews are saying but read what I have to say. When the nicer section was completely empty he still wanted me to go to the study room, didn't make much sense to me. I completely understand if the place was crowded and I probably would've ended up getting up and moving myself. I understand you built a study room, but have you been in there? It's disgusting! 1) Terrible chairs and tables 2) No Air Conditioner makes it feel like you're in a Sauna.... Every time I go here, they don't put 2 gloves on to make my food. I always watch to make sure they don't touch my food with their bare hands, but they do anyways! Disgusting. She yelled at me when I asked if I could use the party room for my study group to use since there were no tables available and I had already gotten permission to use it by the district manager... she was extremely agonistic and unprofessional she cussed at me multiple times. If I could rate this a 0 I would. The manager that works here (white middle aged woman) is one of the rudest managers I've seen. This dunkin has a big room where a lot of students come to study and she is constantly running around telling people they need to buy something else besides a coffee if they want to stay. She harasses the students telling them they can't park in the parking lot and then tells them they have to move. I walked in tonight and the study room was closed and I sat at the only big tables available in the main room. After 30 minutes while I was studying, she came over and told me to move to a tiny table and I told her my stuff wouldn't fit and she said I HAD to move. I've been to other dunkins and not once has a manager ran around constantly bugging the students. I like this one for the study room but she is making it impossible to comfortably drink coffee and study. How I see it is if she doesn't want any students here why don't they put a sign outside that says "no studying here"? read more

The coffee here used to be good but now it seems with their price increase there is an inverse affect on quality. The coffee has been consistently like drinking water with cream in it. This is the go-to DD/BR in the area because they're always open. You can get menu items that other locations have run out of throughout the day. It's always busy but the drive-thru is quick. It's hit or miss with ice cream depending on who you get... if they want to give you a generous scoop or a stingey scoop. Sometimes, if you ask for something that's a little difficult to scoop like Peanut Butter chocolate, they'll say they don't have any.... or give it to you in a cup and hand you the cone. Tried to pick up a delivery order tonight on a delivery app. Drive thru was crowded and not moving after 5 minutes of sitting there. So I went inside to find 3 people in the pick-up line that looked angry as heck. After waiting in line for 10 minutes no one noticed me. So I tried to ask one of the 2 employees working there if they had my order ready. Neither responded or acknowledged me. They were obviously very busy and I also noticed 5 people in a group standing in another line for at least 15 minutes. Finally after practically yelling at one employee, he said he has no delivery orders, but then found the slip with my order. He started to make my order but then said he didn't have the right ice cream. By this time, I had been there a half hour and my customers wanted to cancel. Again, he ignored me and was rude to me. I decided to cancel it after almost an hour at this place. I lost money because of the incompetence and lack of help that is hired at this location. Thanks NO thanks. I've come to this location several times, and each time service was always pretty good to decent. I've ordered many items from here, but the hot breakfast especially the bagels always taste so stale. The first time I bought it, i thought it was a one time issue and didn't complain. Then, this past weekend I stopped by at this location, and the bagel was yet again stale. The place is very big and nice but I would not recommend you go there unless if that lady, who claims as the "owner" of the store, isn't there. She is so rude to the customers and even her employees! This has got to be the nicest Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to in the States. The space is MASSIVE. I mean.. you can actually sit with your friends, family, colleagues and have your coffee without feeling like you need to get up out of your seat for the next person. They had options for seating like a great big round table that could fit up to 7 people to small intimate booths for max 4. They also had a separate room where it was like walking into a library. There were students in there doing their homework, and no music was playing in that room. If i'm back in Morton Grove, I'd definitely stop by with my friends to just chill. read more
