I was verbally assaulted By the manager on duty on 10/29 at 7:30am. To be screamed at is NEVER acceptable, I get mornings are tough but the bare minimum is to not be screamed at. I WAS a paying customer, but I was let down. Cary was also very scary -00/10 creepy looking human. I do not ever to see that face again. To be yelled at and told to "come inside to handle this professionally" while screaming at me is ridiculous since you are the only one screaming and you WORK HERE. I know it's only Dunkin' and expectations are only for the coffee to be hot, and the food to be what you want and fresh. I was greeted by Savannah, who was charming and polite, took my order and got my coffee, not and tasty. So far so good. Picking up my food was a different story. I observed the staff there arguing and complaining about their work, slamming food around to the point that my hash browns were a mass of potato instead of six pieces. To boot, my sandwich was wrong. When I took it back to get it fixed the staff member was rude and slammed stuff around and threw the replacement onto the counter without a word. My five star rating is given as a result of our experience with the older staff during weekday mornings, however, I can understand why this location would receive low ratings at other times. Usually we go in to order on weekday mornings, and find the experienced staff to be excellent, however, this is not always true of the younger staff. As a matter of fact, we stay clear of this location on weekends, and actually use the Cumberland Farms down the street. The older staff have a great work ethic, and are always doing something, however, I can not say the same of the younger staff. read more

The worst experiences ever! I live nearby so I come here regularly throughout the day. In the beginning it was just okay, sometimes they get my hot foods wrong as well as coffee, but I'm patient and I'll wait. For the past 2 months, they hired a new person there, a young high school teen boy. Each time I order in the drive-thru, he tells me either the sandwich is out of season or the machine is down and cannot toast anything as it is illegal to give me cold foods because it will make me sick. Each time, I don't complain, by the time I get to the drive-thru, I see him playing on his phone. I've personally went into the store immedately after being refused by that same teen, I go and order the same exact food (that was told to me that it was out of season or I couldn't get (these are NEVER the holiday or seasonal special foods. Sometimes, it's an ice coffee or their common everyday sandwiches), I order immediately and they make it right away. I'm greeted by someone else by the counter when I order. At first, I thought to myself, no point to complain, he's probably in high school, normal lazy typical teen. But this keeps happening! I don't know what to do. Even though this dunkin donut location is closer to where I live, I've been avoiding it and driving down 2 minutes further to the other dunkin donuts on 459 Boston Rd. Billerica, location. The 459 Boston Rd, always deliver, not only on service, but I've always received my food, hot and ready, with a smile and with no complaints. I do hope a manager or someone sees this post as I've spoken with several of my family members/neighbors and they told me the exact same thing. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. When I went to Dunkin' donuts at this location it was immediate rudeness. The workers were pushy, they kept rushing me, and had a very bad tone. When I ordered my food they told me they ran out of the item I asked for. I went to ask for something else and they told me "why do you have to order so much food can you just leave already" I was disgusted by this and very upset it seemed fat shaming in a way. After the rude comment I tell the worker "excuse me!" He says in return "nothing just hurry up with your order" I was astonished by what happened and was too offended that I had to leave. After I left I came back the next day at a different time in the drive through hoping the same rude worker wasn't there. The same worker wasn't there but I was still in for some more drama. As I came up to the drive through speaker the worker goes "what do you want" in such a bitchy tone. I was furious by how rude these people are. I still put in my order and go up to the window to collect my food. As I grab my order the worker asked "do you need napkins". I didn't quite hear what they said so I asked them to repeat it. After I asked the worker to repeat what he said he states "get the fuck up outta here" I couldn't believe what just happened such rudeness is insane, and the fact that this came from two different people is terrifying I can only imagine many rude employees work there. This has always been the Dunkin' Donuts I go to, past few weeks I've gone I always over hear complaints between co workers. Overheard the manager complaining about people ordering to many sandwiches in the drink thru. Which I then saw a Facebook post with a customer and someone who worked there arguing on Facebook. When I don't have both my kids I'll go in, I went in today and the two men at the counter were nothing but great and seemed to be the only ones paying attention to the customers. But while waiting in line we all over heard how a male employee walked out because one of them wouldn't cover them. Followed by multiple employees swearing, at the time there were three kids in the store. The woman and child in front of me walked out. All my other experiences with everyone being unpleasant and dramatic was whatever, but it has gotten to the point they are swearing in front of all their customers. This location does not deserve one star. I just sat in their drive-through behind one car for nearly 15 minutes. When that woman finally got to the Window she sat there for over 10 minutes waiting for about one dozen drinks & several bags of food. The person working the window should have told her to pull off to the side so the other row of customers that were all behind her could move along with their day. I finally get to the window and the young man behind the counter, behind the glass is standing there on his cell phone. So I waved to him and he walked over and opened the glass and told me, " don't be waving me down like that - who you think you are?". I expressed my dissatisfaction for the wait and he said, "not my fault dog". He then went to scan my phone and laughed out loud and said extremely loud "insufficient funds". I informed him that I had just put $10 on the app and there was more than enough for my coffee. Told him I put $10 on it the night before and only got one coffee, showed him my phone after refreshing the app where it said "balance $7.63." He was incredibly rude went on to insult me a few more times, so I gave him back the coffee and told him to have a nice day. I drove away and went to the Dunkin' Donuts in Burlington , I walked in and when I was getting my coffee the woman said "you have no money on your app", I went back and looked at the transaction history and this location that I just had this issue with after I left that kid charged $7.63 down to the penny off of my card. I went on my lunch break, which usually ends up being between 8-9pm at night. Ahhh, the perks of working until 1am! Throw an 18 month old and a 5 year old who just completed her first week of kindergarten into the mix, and I am one tired lady. Coffee is my saving grace. I usually just go to the Dunks at the Gulf station close to route 3 since it's closer to work and the staff is generally nice and 9 times out of 10 my coffee is A+, but they were out of pumpkin muffins and I was dying for one. So I pull up to the drive thru and was "greeted" by someone who clearly did not want to be there. DD Employee: "Hi" Me: "Can I have a medium coconut iced coffee, extra caramel swirl, no sugar, please?" DDE: "And?" Me: "A pumpkin muffin?" DDE: "And?" (I started to feel like Jesse and Chester from Dude Where's My Car) Me: "That's it." DDE: "Ok" He gave me my iced coffee in a styrofoam cup, which I thought was cool because usually you have to ask and then get charged. I pay and go off on my merry way (keep in mind it's dark so I can't see inside the cup). I get back to work and there's literally an inch between the coffee and the top of the cup. My guess is the styrofoam cup was used as a ploy to hide that. Then I take a sip and it's a regular iced coffee with no sugar. No coconut. No caramel. Sad sad sad. I usually don't do actual sugar in my coffee but I grabbed a few packets from the break room and made my way back to my desk. But at least I have my mufffin, right? I was moments away from my first pumpkin muffin of the season. Coffee didn't hold a candle to this moment. NOPE. I open and it's freaking blueberry. And then, I shook the sugar packets to get all the sugar down to the bottom and one was open and spilled all over the place. Not completely Dunkin Donuts' fault (although partially because had they made my order correctly, I would have no need for sugar), but I decided to throw it in there because my colleagues got a kick out of it. read more

Good food. Bad service. I ordered three hash browns and only received two. When I told the worker this, she was very rude and told me I had to pay for another order of hash browns. I know they are not that much money but it was a very annoying experience considering the fact that the line was very long. I had already payed for three hash browns and now I had to go back in like to pay for an extra order that I should not have needed to buy. Big shocker, there were none up front but the guy at the register "found some in the back", okay. This is probably the worst dunkin donuts I have ever been to. They never, and I mean never get my order right, the bagels are always burnt, the eggs taste like soap, and the coffee always tastes watered down. The drive thru window staff are not friendly at all except for one younger man who works there who is always nice and the only reason I gave this place an extra star. The only reason I have been here numerous times is because unfortunately its the only one near where I live which is a big bummer. I really wish this place would clean up its act! read more

The customer service at this Dunkin is no worse than any other...frankly they are all terrible. The employees (with just a few exceptions) are all rude. Today the lady that waited on me barely acknowledged my existence and when she handed me the receipt I said "thank you" and she then grunted at me. Unreal. This is just par for the course though.
