They don't answer there phone! Got my order all wrong! Yet they still don't answer my phone call.

The absolute worst tasting donut that was absent of the alledged creme fill center....and if that is not bad enough...it left a horrible taste in your mouth....what a disappointment.. There are a couple of family owned bakeries that are privately owned I would advise you visit...but as for as a corporate one...STAY AWAY from Dunkin....there is reason they left donuts of their name...cause they don't have any worth a darn...by the way ita a waste of money to stop in at any Dunkins. read more

I waited 10 minutes and a 4 car drive through without moving before I parked and went inside. I waited another 5 minutes before any of the employees even turned around to greet me at the counter. I ordered a single donut and a large matcha latte with sugar and less ice. I waited another 5 minutes before I was handed the donut and the wrong drink. Unfortunately I did not have time to request another drink or a refund, as of that time I was there for 20 minutes and late for work. Not ideal. read more

I visit this Dunkin from time to time in the early morning after they open as I am headed to work . Although I rather go inside so I have more time to study the menu I usually just go through the drive thru . The staff is friendly and although the menu seems cluttered and hard to read I usually pick something quickly and pull up to the window . The staff is friendly and helpful , you can watch most of the drink process through the window while you are waiting . I would have to say I don't like the "hot drinks " . They are never hot and barley lukewarm and that is directly after I pull away from the window. I am not sure if it's because it's so early and the drink machines aren't warmed up yet due to staff not getting there super early to make sure it is ,or if that is the norm . I stopped buying hot drinks from Dunkin because of it as I feel my money is going down the drain . Shouldn't have to stick it in the microwave to warm it up right after buying it : I usually stick to the iced drinks as they tend to taste better . I don't have any reviews on the donuts as I don't buy them , I've heard they get them frozen and that would make sense as they definitely don't have a donut maker there . Hash brown rounds are good and cheap ( you just get a handful of them which may or may not be enough depending on how hungry you are , but they are cheap enough . read more

Just as good as any Dunkin donuts. They make weak coffee until you give it back and have them remake it. I've been to some DD that take me having to return the cup several times for it to be strong enough... meaning they put too much cream in the cup. This place only took one time of returning the cup for it to be the perfect cup. The red velvet latte... not sweet at all. Didnt really taste like red velvet and it was supeeeerrr weak. I would encourage the Dunkin Donuts enterprise to re-evaluate their mission. The last several times we have gone they have been out of the majority of their donuts...no glaze, no old fashion, etc etc. How does that happen? We keep thinking the time of day makes a difference but it has not....early, mid morning, afternoon.....we have been disappointed each time we have visited. I had always gone to the other Millard location. It has a weird setup inside, no real comfy seating areas, frequent turnover in staff and tables not often cleaned. I love Dunkin's iced coffee and this location is down the street from my job making it super convenient. More often than not the breakfast sandwiches I get here are a little off (english muffin too toasted, almost burnt .. no more of the correct bread for their featured sandwich, etc.) or the donut I want to try is out but the staff is very friendly so it isn't too terrible. If they get the other parts better it would be great, but I'll never shake my love of their coffee. And their rewards program is super great, definitely sign up for DD perks. read more

That. Is. It. (Warning: long, venting rant ahead:) I have given this location SO MANY tries, and they have struck out every. single. time! I REALLY tried to make this place work for me since it's only a minute away from home and I prefer DD to any other fast food place for breakfast. But I really can't take it anymore. The food and coffee are comparable quality-wise to other DD's around town: Fast food breakfast sandwiches, tasty hashbrown bites, good donuts, and cheap, but good tasting, brewed coffee The problem is entirely with the service. It's bad. It's bad by fast food standards, which is pathetic. Workers here are usually polite; I will give that much. But every time at the drive-through, I have to repeat my order over, and over, and over before it's read back to me correctly. And I'm not ordering breakfast for an office building. There is one person in the car (or two if I'm with my fiancee), and I'm reading numbers off off a combo menu. And then I wait....and wait....and wait.... and I'm the only one in line. But the worst for me is, once I get my order, it has always been wrong. I'm talking about 10 trips to this store, and not one SINGLE time have I gotten a correct order. What has been wrong? You name it: coffee made wrong, coffee wrong size, wrong number of coffees, missing hashbrowns, missing SANDWICHES, wrong donuts, wrong sandwiches. At least twice when we checked the bag, it was a completely different than what our order was. For a completely different number of people than were even in our car. Whose meal was this? Whose food did they get instead? When I first tried this place, it had just opened, so I attributed the mistakes to them needing time to find their mojo. However, after this much time has passed, the workers, while nice enough, still just seemed completely lost and disorganized. Always get order correctly, coffee is always hot. Just wish common sense would be in the management vocabulary. Really like fritters, always out with reason 'well we only make 6 and they are gone by 6:30am' how about making 12 - 18 and run out at 9 or 10 o'clock. Common sense please. It's really not that hard. I grew up eating at dunkin donuts, my mom worked here for about 13-14 years. I like it better compared to krispy kreme since its not drowned in diabetes and they are bigger. My favorite items are the blueberry muffins, chicken salad, egg and cheese crosanwich, glazed and jelly donuts. I'm not a coffee person but the coffee coolattas are just too good to pass up. Ugh. This place is right on my way to work, I wish it was acceptable. There are a few problems with this place: 1. Service is SLOOWWWWWWWW. At 7:45am, people are trying to get to work, and they do get busy, but it shouldn't take the car ahead of me 4 minutes at the window, when all i see passed out is a single beverage. If it happened once, fine. But its a regular thing. 2. They are ALWAYS OUT OF EVERYTHING on their donut board. I don't even know why they have a static menu. Either they haven't made it for the day, or they're sold out. At least have a digital sign or something where you can dark out the donuts that are no longer available so I don't have to have a 5 minute conversation with the speaker. I always have a back and forth of: Me: "I'll have these two donuts" Them: "We're out of those donuts, would you like this?" Me: "No, how about this..." New location and first time customer. Stopped in for 6 donuts and two muffins and you would have thought that I was asking for a 100 donuts. The kid behind the counter was so slow and so lost and no one else was there to help him. Poor boy just can't multi task. Took nearly ten minutes to get my order and get it paid for. Not impressed at all. Coffee at McDonalds is cheaper and better. Donuts at HyVee are as good with less hassle. read more

First time ever going to DD and honestly not the best first impression! I ordered at hot Carmel Latte and a cream filled long john. I was told they could not make my latte hot as their 'milk steamer thing' (her words) was broken but she could make it iced. Umm.... it was cold out this morning, to say the least, I'll just have a coffee with cream & sugar, and the long john. 'We are out of those'. Ok, so I wasn't there when they opened but it was barely 830am.... I'll have a dozen glazed (might as well treat my co-workers). I may (or may not) give them another try. I go to Dunkin donuts 5 to 6 times a week. But this morning they want to tell me for the first time ever they can't take a fifty dollar bill because they don't accept anything over a twenty. Never had this problem at my regular store but go to one on the other side of town and they were rude about it. I will never visit this one ever again. read more

This location was the worst one I've been in. When I approached the counter to place my order I was not greeted - by anyone. On the other side of the counter was a boy just staring at me - he never did greet me or ask for my order. Once I ordered (a coffee and two donuts) it took 12 minutes to get it ready. I finally had to ask the acting manager to hand me the order (it was lying on the counter - no one would hand it to me). This place was rude, slow, and the last place you'll want to visit. read more
