I stopped at this Dunkin's location post my YogaSix class for a refreshing iced coffee and I was pleasantly surprised with how clean this location was. I made a mobile order and within five minutes my order was ready to go. I got an iced coffee with the new strawberry cold foam. The workers were very efficient and greeted me upon entering and offered anything else I needed after picking up my drink. This location wasn't too busy which I loved and there was some inside seating but it seems most people use this location as a pick up and go. There was also plenty of parking outside and I'll definitely be returning. I wouldn't suggest this location as a remote work from home please just because it is a bit loud in there. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts is located at the far end corner of a very large strip mall. We were only interested in ordering a decaf latte. I had a lot of points on my app and was struggling to convert them to apply to the total cost of the coffee. The young lady working there was very helpful in guiding me through the process and successfully applying my points. Before writing this review, I read several other reviews that were quite negative, criticizing the service and the quality of the donuts. Since we did not order any donuts, I can't comment on that aspect. However, I found the negative reviews disappointing, as our experience was quite positive. My boyfriend and I went in just to get snacking bacon and it took 20mins until I realized it was being handled by a black lady with a raspy voice who was eating our food, swearing and being unprofessional , and coughing on our food. Understandably, after waiting for 30 minutes we asked for a refund which no one in the establishment could figure out how to do. So we never received a refund and wasted 30 minutes of our time. Just walked into the Dunkin' Donuts as soon as we walk in the girl behind the counter, grab her phone and started sending messages without even caring that I walk into the place. I stood up by the cashier a couple of minutes while she was texting on the phone, then she just looked at me and said....want something to drink.?? We order croissants. They were out of croissants. We are the bagels. They only had sesame and cinnamon bagels. We order a chocolate milk. She started doing a milk with water when we asked that we wanted milk. She looked at us like crazy people. Holy crap, the experience I just had here was so beyond awful and weird that it doesn't feel real. Go in to order, no one in line before us and about 5 people working behind the counter. Ask if they have Asiago bagels, the two women beyond the cash register looked at each other first and answered us like we were stupid: "Uh yea, we don't have that...". So we order and are charged for two toasted everything bagels with cream cheese, a jelly donut, and a coffee. The cashier immediately tells us they don't have jelly donuts. After charging us for one. So we say we'll just do the jelly donut bites. It's already been weird so far. The women behind the counter are yelling at each other and being short and rude to customers, really uncomfortable atmosphere. We watch one of the women read the food order and start to prepare everything bagel minis. She calls out a minute later--NO JOKE--"Toasted Everything Bagel" and quietly adds on "minis". We were the only ones ordering so it was undoubtedly us. We tell her we ordered bagels, not minis, and she just shrugged and walked away. Didn't start making a new order or trying to fix the situation because guess what! They didn't have everything bagels! She just read the food order and decided 'Eh, I'll just put something in the toaster'. And the whispering of 'minis' at the end was SO weird, I don't know how else to describe it. Then the coffee comes out. Filled only two/thirds full and burnt. We would've been fine waiting for a new fresh pot, but that would've been WAY too much effort for this crew at Dunkin'. At which point the cashier and cook freak out and says we asked for jelly and bagel bites, they just did what we ordered. My boyfriend says to look at the receipt because that's clearly not true. At this point, they go get the manager who starts spazzing and going on about how 'this isn't her job'. Um....a manager is the one who issues refunds. This is literally your job. What a freak show of a morning. The inside was filthy, phones and door dash were ringing off the hook, everyone hated each other and their work and had no shame in hiding it. No telling how disgusting the other parts of this store are that we can't see. I ate one bagel mini and it was undercooked, like the dough was raw and thawed improperly. It's obvious this Dunkin' crew is incapable of doing any part of their job. I hope corporate clears house and removes Toi and everyone working at 12:45 pm on January 15th. Whenever I come here there is always complications with my mobile order. I order about 15 minutes before we leave and try to go before dropping off my grandkids at their school and many days, there are items they are simply "out of". Recently they were out of cups in most sizes and only had small ones available. If you made a mobile order and they are unavailable to provide them, workers are unable to assist and the app is confusing to receive refunds. Worst Dunkin ever!! Had to take someone to the hospital so I dropped them off and ordered online. Once I got there I realized the parking is terrible!!!! Then the order...Two pancake wraps were fine. I ordered 2 drinks. One large hot chocolate with a shot of espresso and one medium toasted white chocolate latte. They were both were filled more than an inch from the top. They said they do that when drinks have whipped cream, but there was no whipped cream in them. I asked them to be topped off and when they opened the medium latte they remembered that they had no toasted white chocolate so they said they put caramel instead. So I leave and head back to the hospital. The medium latte was cold and had no coffee flavor. The large hot chocolate was barely warm and had absolutely no sweetness at all and no chocolate flavor. I don't even know what it was. When we got to the hospital we tried to mix our drinks together to get some warmth and sweetness to both. We ended up throwing them both out. It was ridiculous!! Side note, they weren't cold due to timing because when I walked in to get them they had just finished the wraps and handed them to me so the order wasn't sitting there for a long time waiting for me to get there. read more

My son and I come here on Tuesdays Father and son day. It's not the best food or healthiest but hey hot chocolate and croissant never killed and one. They are always fast and friendly which is nice. It would be great and economically to their advantage to start a menu of healthy alternatives. Jump on the gluten free band wagon already. More bacon products too come on now. I have gone to this location occasionally - will never go back again! I understand that places are understaffed, and I am patient. While waiting on line an employee asked in order who wants a drink so she could make them - which I thought was very nice. When the gentleman behind received his drink and asked her to put a sandwich order in - she did it. Then the lady behind him got her drink and asked to put her order in. I have no idea if she was going to do it or not since I spoke up. I said in an annoyed tone (not yelling) "hold on, can you put my order in before theirs" and she quickly snapped backed I am not taking anyone's orders. I said you took his order (guy behind me). She said well I did not ask him - he asked me. Then she started raising her voice saying "say another word and you will not be allowed back in her again" - she said it several times. Then she sarcastically said as I was walking out the door "have a bless day." It was an older lady dark hair and glasses - not friendly at all and knows nothing about customer service. Restaurants depend on customer service! It was very nice she was taking the drink orders, but she should have said the guy behind me that she could not take his food order. She took his because she knew him! So, this location does not seem to want new customers or customers that are not regulars! This is and has been my local Dunkin' for 25 years. I haven't been there in awhile, but decided to stop there today on my daughter's request. I walked in and I was the only one in line. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches on croissants. The two ladies, one being a shift leader and the other a cashier told me they didn't have croissants. I asked what other types of bread they had, and a male employee started looking for bread types and found a full container of croissants. The "shift leader" didn't make a remark and walked into the office, while the cashier rung me up for my order when I got into the car and my daughter and I started eating our sandwiches, the sausage and egg were still cold and had ice remnants on them. We were running late for a movie and chose not to go into the store to complain, not that that would have probably done us any justice with the way the "shift leader" responded in the first place. It's tough to find good service unless your corporation is ran like Chick-fil-A. Maybe the male should be the shift leader. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts could not possibly be in a worse place, in a worse strip mall, and in the worst parking lot and to boot it is so tiny! Coming here in the morning before 10 AM as an absolute nightmare and extremely difficult to get in and out of. I don't mean getting in and out of the parking lot(which again is awful) I mean getting in and out of the store it's so tiny that you barely have any room to order and then wait for your food or drinks. They don't have as large of a selection of donuts as most Dunkin' Donuts and in the afternoons the donuts are pretty stale. We don't get any kind of fancy-frilly drinks here so mistakes are not normally an issue we have here. I haven't ordered hot food from here because it's hard to wait in the store and they tend to be super slow. The employees are very nice and try hard to get through the line, but there is only so much you can do when your store is tiny and you only have 2 workers! Update- my wife went back in to exchange my drink that was horrible. The colada was overly bitter and insanely sweet (like the dumped 1 bag of sugar in it). My wife asked if they could remake it and the employee said that is what it's suppose to taste like. My wife was like no we get this all the time and this is not right. The employee argued 2 more times and I'm sorry but that's just ridiculous if a customer says this drink is wrong remake it. There was one sip out of it, and we were just in there! This location is impossibly slow during the morning rush hour and the line often runs out the door. Sometimes they're understaffed and sometimes their use of staff is just confounding. They have two registers yet very rarely use both, so a long order holds everyone up. No stars for this DD at 2506 PGA Blvd. PBG FL. Was my favorite; Many changes; especially service. Down to 2 people in the am now. One cooking and one at the front for orders. So slow; they used to move a mountain of people in no time; now I wait up to 15 minutes for my usual one cup of coffee. I've been going here daily for years - no more for me. They have even changed the standard products. No more half and half for the coffee. Filled up an XL coffee with half the cup of the new cream and my coffee was still some sort of ugly brown mess. All the regular customers are complaining. They have no bulk butter. If you want butter on anything, they have to open 4 or 5 of the tiny to-go tubs and spread it "one at a time". Complaints go now where; they offered to mix the new cream with some milk, then maybe it wouldn't be so "bad". They say the new owner can serve and use whatever product he wants. Can't believe it. What a shame to sacrifice service and well established products for profit. They've lost me for sure; there are plenty of other DD's to visit where they offer the well established service and products the world expects from "all" locations. This location is definitely not following the "running on Dunkin" creed. read more
