Love their food, service and ambiance. Their Williamsburg Nova sandwich is the best I've found in Florida.

It appears management has either stopped caring or simply doesn't care anymore. This place was absolutely disgusting and dirty--from the floors and drink stations to the bathrooms. The overall cleanliness was completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, the food wasn't any better. My bagel was so hard it was difficult to chew, the tomatoes looked like they died last week, and the nova seemed like it came straight from the bottom of the barrel. Very disappointing experience all around. There are far too many other places to choose from, and I certainly will not be coming back here. read more

My wife wanted a couple of bagels to take home for the week so we stopped in here for lunch. I had an Onion bagel toasted with Nova spread. It was good and satisfying. All the fixin's for a great Egg Cream; some half and half, couple squirts of U bet chocolate syrup, mix them all up and seltzer from the fountain machine ... Voila! We had a good lunch here. I'd wanted to get a couple bagels to go and we stopped to eat in first. My husband got an onion bagel toasted with nova cream cheese. He said he liked it. I had a bagel dog. The bagel wrap had a bit of everything seasoning. The hot dog inside was well done. A bit too well done. But okay. We shared a chocolate egg cream. They have all the ingredients -- syrup, milk or half n half, and even seltzer (in the soda dispensing machine). They have a lot of different coffees, milks, syrups, and sodas from which to choose. They have indoor seating and a few tables outside on the sidewalk. You order and pay inside and they bring your food to you. Most of the other patrons seemed to be enjoying their breakfast all day menu items. It was nice that they're open until 3 pm on a Sunday. I'm glad we came to try them. Yes, the bagels are good and is the reason for 2 stars. One time I had an egg sandwich and asked if they butter the bagel and they charged me over a dollar for doing that. Another time I had a bagel with cream cheese, and you can barely barely see the cream cheese on the bagel. I think all they did was whisper the word cream cheese on top. This place is the absolute worst! Every time I've ordered from this place, especially if I order the hashbrowns they are always cold and stale! Wow, something so simple yet so difficult to achieve! This is the last time I order from this particular location. I ordered through Grubhub, and they won't give me a refund on the poor food quality! What on earth are you guys doing? 1 bagel with egg, sausage and avocado... Avocado looked like a color I've never seen. Fake eggs, and sausage was microwaved. No grill or griddle mark. Straight from freezer to microwave. Take the "BROOKLYN" out of your name. You'd get your food thrown at you in Brooklyn. An everything bagel with cream cheese? Barely any cream cheese. The Brooklyn water bagel company has a lot of great things going for it their coffee station is tremendous and if you love coffee iced coffee all kinds of different coffees this is the place. It also used to be great for bagel sandwiches but what they have done in the past 5 years is ludicrous by microwaving eggs that aren't even real that steam inside of wax paper wrapped around your bagel by the time you open up your sandwich it is wet it is not crunchy the dough is wet and flavorless the eggs don't taste like eggs there are so many great bagel shops in the area why would anybody go to Brooklyn water bagel anymore read more

We ordered bagel sandwiches from this bagel shop before looking at the reviews, and I'm happy to report that was a good thing! 6 bagel sandwiches and not one unhappy customer. Mine was an egg & sausage sandwich on an everything bagel, which was delicious. The bagel was very good. We also purchased a black and white cookie, which honestly was the best of its kind that I've had in a very long time. We also bought some regelach which I was told was also very good. If you take a peek at my photo of their baked goods display case you'll understand why we have into temptation. I hadn't read the review about the cleanliness until we are on our way home so I hadn't taken a close look, but my impression was that the place looked very clean. The staff was friendly. I heard very positive things about Brooklyn Water Bagel from a friend so decided to try it out! This particular Brooklyn Water is located right off 441 which provides optimal and easy access to the shopping palace. There is plenty of parking; however, it can quickly fill on busy hours. The building is clearly labeled so you will not have any trouble locating it. When I walked into the shop I was greeted with a beautiful New York-themed decor. It provides a distinct cultural dining experience. The restaurant seemed rather organized and the iced coffee station was spotless. I often find customers do not treat these areas well and leave trash there. The staff has done a good job keeping this restaurant clean and orderly. I had ordered a plain bagel, not toasted, with scallion cream cheese while others in my party ordered similar bagels. The menu was very specific and they offered a wide variety of toppings, bagels, sandwiches, beverages, and much more. A true New York experience! We waited roughly 5-10 minutes for our order which I would say is about average wait time for three specialized bagels. I do not generally buy into this "New York water is special" concept; however, regardless of what they did here at Brooklyn Water, it worked! The bagels tasted as if they were baked right in Coney Island or Brooklyn Heights. Phenomenal and I would highly suggest this establishment. Today I went for the first time in a long time. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a sesame bagel. I know from prior experience that their bagels are deliciously chewy and well seeded on both top and bottom, which I appreciate. However the BEC was not for me. There was a lot of fluffy scrambled egg, a bit too much for me and I disassembled the sandwich to remove some of the egg. The cheese was melty American cheese. The bacon was not crispy and just not the best bacon to be honest. And the bagel itself was soggy on the bottom which was weird. I had to toss some of it the bottom. All in all it was an edible egg sandwich but I would never order it again. The service was friendly and fairly fast. The atmosphere is a little loud and chaotic for me, and it was a Friday at 10:30am - not a time I'd think would be hopping. I will definitely return but stick to the basic toasted bagels or try one of the yummy looking muffins. read more

We visited on Friday morning around 9:00. We placed a to go order with 5 separate bagels (toasted bagels with cream cheese or butter) so it was nothing fancy. From the time we arrived until we left was close to 45 minutes. It should not take anywhere near to that long to toast bagels and add a smear. read more

This location is smaller than the Coral Springs one, which is fine but not fine is the variety offered in iced coffee flavors and creamers. There was hardly any creamer flavors. However, the liquid sweetener flavors were many. I was raving about the Iced coffee and the flavors which I had previously mentioned to my sister were not here (like hazelnut or Havana banana coffee) but she still liked the coffee with the flavors they had. She also appreciated the coffee cubes instead of the ice cubes. She is a bagel type of girl who could eat bagels any day of the week for breakfast. She and I throughly enjoyed the everything bagel toasted with scallion cream cheese. She absolutely loved the cream cheese flavor. The employees are great in this location and our order came fairly quickly. This is not so close to me but a great place to meet my sister since her home is so close to this location of Brooklyn Water Bagel. BWB is my go to bagel shop when I stay at my dad's place in Davie. I like the way they make their egg sandwiches, yeah I know they microwave the eggs, I make them that way myself sometimes, if done correctly they do taste good especially on a roll or bagel. Their tuna fish served open faced is also one of my favorite things to get here. I do like the fact that when you order ice coffee they offer frozen coffee ice cubes, outstanding! Located right next to Publix so there is a lot of parking and can be a quick in and out. The one qualm I have with this place is I always ask them to toast my bagel and they never do (not very Long Island of me) .... I've been visiting this spot occasionally for a few years now and I'm still very excited for the coffee cubes every time. If you don't know what I mean, I'm referring to the the frozen ice cubes made of coffee that you get to use when you order an iced coffee. After getting your cubes, you move on to create your custom beverage. Medium roast? Light roast? Your pick. I don't eat eggs so I tend to skip the bagel sandwich options and order the bacon avocado wrap, which basically lunch but also a favorite of mine! Brooklyn Water Bagel is also very close to the turnpike so if you're looking for a rest top this place will certainly be worth the additional 5 minute drive. read more

They sold out of Blueberry early (10:45am) so I went to cinnamon raisin as a backup. A little too salty in taste and there were a total of two raisins in the entire bagel. Some of it comes down to the luck of the draw in regards to mixing and bagel to raisin ratio but this one just didn't have it. read more

I have a dairy allergy and even when I tell them that over the phone - EVEN IN PERSON, they ALWAYS put cheese on my sandwich! You ask for extra bacon, they give you a half of a piece of bacon. You ask for half egg, they give you extra egg. They obviously have a bunch of morons working there who can't handle taking orders.
