This is my go to Dunkin' Donuts. The other two are on the opposite side of town. They make my coffee a little bit too sweet and lite (too much cream) but now I just get the cream and sugar on the side. They are so ways friendly and pleasant. Everyone takes their coffee differently I get that & it's understandable. I like coffee with my cream and sugar and I don't know anyone else who likes it that way everybody I know thinks it's a sweet treat. I'm glad I was able to fix the problem so easily. We go to Dunkin often but for some reason there's always a problem at this location. Preordered on the app for drive through pick up. Get our order and get someone else's food. Pull into a parking spot because the drive thru line is backed up and go inside. Give them back the order I was given and they give me the right order with a free donut! Great how nice to get something extra... get back in the car and head down the road, get on the highway and realize they gave me the wrong coffee too... already on the highway so I guess I'm just drinking the wrong coffee today. Also, be sure to stir your cold drinks if you add sweetener because it's all at the bottom of the glass so your first sip is all undissolved sweetener. Horrible...I've been coming to this Dunkin for years and it's gotten worse and worse. You can never get an order correct here. Today ordered two drinks with cold foam and both cold foams were spoiled. The drink we ordered was also incorrect on top of it. We go inside, they remake both drinks but make the one incorrectly yet again. It said iced latte and we kept getting a chai latte. I see why Starbucks is so busy now. read more

Jonathan is highly enthusiastic and very professional and good. he clearly states in Register 2 - Tran seq no : 2270309 VEW WC CROS - the girls who prepared did not care nor see what it is ... they just gave in Flat bread or so...instead of Croissant. Same thing, they did not make extra 20 seconds crispy for the 6 piece hash brown also..it was not fully baked well..i am so sorry people say i speak my mind I apologize to be totally direct, honest, ethical, integrity -people know by this time, i do not think and talk - i tell direct, upfront..you can see in the past of Dunkin donuts reviews. If I could give zero stars I would. -0. I work in the same plaza with them and every single day I go in there to get my coffee they mess it up one way or another. All the staff seem to have some kind of attitude with something you have to repeat your order to them almost 4 times and they still get it wrong. And to be honest don't even ask for the whip cream or the drizzle because they'll end up charging you for it and still forget to put it on eight out of 10 times they forget the whip cream and the drizzle for me and I go there almost every day. I bring it up and they just kinda give me a half ass sorry like oh well you know if I went there once or twice of the week it wouldn't be a big deal but I go every day and they still proceed to screw it up. So if you're reading this can you guys please get my damn drizzle next time. I get the same order every day..... SAME ORDER EVERDAY. Or I have to be clear about which coffee I'm getting and I tell you the order and you read it back to me the wrong way I tell you the order again and you forget a part out like why do I have to tell you the same order three times it's simple pumpkin Carmel frozen coffee with caramel and cinnamon on top. Why is that so hard and need to be repeated so many times I worked at Dunkin' at I honestly think 16 at the time and I didn't sit there looking like a deer in headlights over a coffee order. PLEASE PEOPLE. You have one job make coffee that's it. One job. And u do it wrong. This Dunkin location does an awesome job. They are friendly, fast, and got our order correct! The drive thru line was SO long but the workers work so hard that we had our coffee within 5 minutes. That is truly impressive especially with just 1 drive thru lane. I highly recommend this location! read more

Every time I visit my parents in Palm Coast, FL I come here every morning to pick up my morning cup of Joe. They have a convenient drive thru at this location that I mostly use. On occasion, I go inside the store with my kids and get them donuts. During my last visit here I got my kids a donut each and we went outside to sit. My youngest daughter was eating her donut and saving the best part for last (the M&Ms on the donut). Well, she accidentally dropped it on the ground and immediately started crying. She was so upset so I went inside and told the staff and they gave her another one for free. She was so happy and that little gesture meant the world to her so a big thanks to the staff here. read more

I love their coffee. I always get their iced sweet French vanilla coffee with whip cream. It gives me a boost through the day. Today I also got their bacon, egg and cheese croissant. Deliciousness! I will definitely be coming back! Their donuts are good too. read more

Every time I go here, I always experience something inconsistent. My last trip, I got 2 donuts and a cup of water. The guy gave me the total then upon pulling up to the window it was .40c more. So I give him the extra money and after pulling off wondering why they charged me for freakin tap water after plenty of times they didn't, I look at the change. And it's wrong. He took .60 or cents for himself. The receipt was wrong since he printed it out without adding the water on it. I left there frustrated while eating a Boston cream which had no napkins in the bag... I go here all the time and do not understand why their staff is so inconsistent. Furthermore, when I get the same coffee (only cream and flavor) sometimes I can't taste the flavor at all or It's too much. Why? Be consistent. That's all I ask for.. This D&D needs work. read more

Little girl behind the counter couldn't have hated her job more...Bathroom was a mess with no paper towels, but when I came out thinking of letting them know, I thought the 16-20 something's running the place probably could not care less. Why does each Dunkin Donuts offer different beverages. Some can make shakes and others tell us to go to McDonalds.

I recently purchased a caramel hazelnut latte on ice with a shot of espresso. I spent close to $5 for it and it was just awful! It tasted like mud! There was zero taste of the hazelnut or caramel syrup. I have purchased hot caramel hazelnut lattes in the past without the added shot of espresso and they were just as awful. I was really hoping that this Dunkin Donuts would be amazing or at least good, because it is real close to my home and I drink a whole lot of coffee. I have never ordered a latte from Dunkin Donuts that was good in any way! I have never tasted any of the syrups that I have paid for. At first, I thought that maybe they didn't stir it very well and that is why I could not taste any of the syrups, so I gave it a good stir and I still could not taste any of the syrups. In total, I have wasted about $25 on Dunkin Donuts coffees that were just horrible. I am not one to give up, so I will try 1-2 more times and if those are terrible also, I will be done with Dunkin Donuts. If they are good, I will update this review. read more
