I tried to order two items but they were out of the items I wanted,I was a bit disappointed so I ordered another smoothie with mango and orange juice I would say it was ok nothing special. We also ordered the peanut butter chocolate and it was good,the ambiance is good the place was packed. If you download there app you get get points and can redeem for a discount. Overall, smoothies were ok but not happy they were out of one of the fruit bowls and a smoothie I wanted. Not all menu items are real fruit. Kiwi quencher lists kiwi as an ingredient but they use kiwi concentrate. BS if you ask me. Menu should say kiwi concentrate or kiwi juice. Also took them over 5 minutes to even start making my order. Wasn't that busy. Just slow. read more

I tried this place the first time and it was good. Every other time after that the quality of the food has gone down. We get the turkey bacon ranch sandwich and the chipotle flatbread. Each come with bacon and are toasted. First time, crispy cooked bacon. Last few times, bacon and quality of ingredients is not the same. Went this last Sunday and received raw bacon in my sandwich. Completely uncooked. Why that would ever pass a quality test is beyond me. Don't think I can continue to come to this location anymore. It's been too much of a waste of money. read more

I usually love this place but today I tried their new "sweet potato" items as my side and they're absolutely inedible! Completely like rubber and not even throughly cooked at all. i was in there recently and customer service/staff were horrible and rude. I went in only to pick up a door dash and the girl behimd the counter was chatting with her friend sitting at the counter. One of them said hello and my response of hello back must have been hilarious. The girl behind the counter started laughing for a good minute if not more. Never acknowledged what i wanted in the store, asked if she could help, nothing. Just laughed and laughed with her friend. i was confused and a bit mortified. i ended up seeing the bag i was coming into pick up and slowly reached for it thinking she would ask me what i was doing. nothing. i took the bag and left as they continued to laugh. I was not pleased with my experience here. I ordered a smoothie and quesadilla and the smoothie was made wrong and the quesadilla was just thrown together then thrown onto the next counter. When I asked if they could fix my smoothie, I got attitude. When it was done being made it was practically slammed in front of my face. Along with all this I was not pleased with how there was food all over the kitchen floor and how gloves were not worn properly. Not the greatest experience. Usually service and food here is good but recently the smoothies have either been too liquidity or not blended enough (still chunky/icy). Also one thing that upset me the most was the extra charges. Typically substitutes are free (not the add-ins) but recently they've been charging $1 for each substitute and 0.50 cent for substituting honey instead of sugar, which I don't think is accurate or right since this has never happened before (and now I've had it happen to me three times consistently). The first employee I talked to in regard to this said she couldn't do anything but when I asked another worker, they refunded me the whole smoothie (which is very nice) but goes to show not every worker is being trained the same. Because of these extra charges I started going to the other tropical smoothie on 100, the owner(and/or manager) is super sweet, they have $3.99 Sunday smoothies and don't charge extra for substitutes so I'd recommend the drive for a better experience. read more

Staff was obligatorily cordial, but had too many brief whispered sidebars regarding my presence. When I returned after my first purchase to inquire about a third smoothie, I wasn't greeted by the person who had just served me--as is customary when a recent customer returns. The associate just looked up at me, had a quick sidebar with the associate at the register, then walked back to the cups. There were pregnant pauses of "busyness" moving cups and counting dollar bills before looking up to ask me, "Have you been helped?" It's been many years since I've been to a tropical smoothie cafe, but I was once a regular customer. There are 2 locations in town. This is the best choice. We went there three times while in Palm Coast and the service/food was great. Avoid the one near Town Center Shopping (by Target and Ulta). Bad service and food poisoning at the town center location. Different owners for sure! read more

This is one of my favorite tropical smoothie locations. Sometimes they forget stuff, but they get extremely busy in the afternoon especially, so I get it. The girl named McKenzie who took care of our orders this morning was super sweet and we got our food in no time, she was also making all of the orders by herself it seemed. I love it here, I've been here about 10 times now since I've moved to palm coast a month ago! I was a little upset on Sunday I was craving a smoothie and came in around evening time, when I arrived there were 2 gentlemen working and none of them acknowledged my daughter and I standing at the register-we were there at least 10 min I even had time to use the bathroom and come back, still no sorry be with you in a minute or nothing it was like they were trying to avoid eye contact, i understand they may have had a rush but they could have at least acknowledged my presence I was even willing to wait... other then that, the ladies who are usually there in the morning are kind/friendly- smoothies are delightful! read more

No one said hi when I walked in and I stood at the counter waiting to order and no one took it. Many people just walked past and didn't say a word to me. One girl came up to the counter and didn't say anything to me or take my order. And she took her phone out while making smoothies. I work at another tropical smoothie and I know how it's supposed to work here. Just in general you should have better customer service than that, but knowing what I know from working at one of these, you're supposed to say hi and welcome as soon as a customer walks in and if you can't get right to the customer that moment, then just say that. At least acknowledge me. And the others that were in back and walked up front could've acknowledged me too and taken my order. read more

I am sad that I have to give such a low rating but this store refuses to respond to numerous emails about a problem back in September. I used the app to preorder and purchase my breakfast on September 29. When I got there, it was not yet ready but the girls were very gracious and apologetic so I patiently waited. When they gave me my smoothie it had a very weird taste, almost as if it had a chemical in it. The girls remade it but it still tasted that way so I was afraid to drink it. I requested a refund figuring I would come another day when things were either rewashed or the offending ingredient gone. The employee said I would have to go through the app to receive a refund. I sent a note immediately and a day later I received a response that the store would contact me. I have sent three more requests and have yet to receive a reply from this store and no refund. I will no longer be utilizing this particular Tropical Smoothie and just wanted to make others aware that the prepaid app may not be a best practice with this business. I wanted to update my review. As soon as I posted this, the manager contacted me immediately and apologized for not contacting me sooner. They refunded my money to the app and also invited me to come in and meet her and have a smoothie in them. I appreciate that they have worked hard to make sure this was resolved. read more

If i can give it a negative i would!!! First off, I was not even greeted. No "Hi, how are you" or "Welcome to Tropical Smoothie". I was in there 2 weeks ago to be exact. ordered 2 smoothies and 2 wraps. A cranberry truffle and a beach bum with dark chocolate, and 2 Baja wraps. MY SMOOTHIES WERE WATERED DOWN, had NO taste what so EVER! My beach bum ended up having white chocolate instead of dark. Asked them to make the correct smoothie and STILL MADE IT WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE... at rhis point im already fed up. I took a bite in my baja wrap and IT WAS COMPLETELY COLD, rice was frozen, chicken wasnt even hot.. NEVER IN MY LIFE AM I GOING BACK TO THIS STORE!!!
