Very good croissant sandwich and my gf loved her latte. And she's picky. I'll be back.

Iced Dirty Chai Latte

Great local spot for community coffee. My husband tried the Iced Dirty Chai Latte and enjoyed it. I tried the Iced Blended Coffee with French Vanilla added...it was a frozen coffee and was enjoyable. We had danishes: one plain cheese and one cherry. So why only 4 stars? When we approached, the door was open and smelled like someone was smoking inside. The smoke from the person outside was pouring in. The danishes were warmed in the microwave which made mine (none fruit - i think the fruit helped my husbands stay moist) - mine became drier than normal and gave the breading an almost stale feel as you ate it. Again, great local place - support local! - with just a few kinks to work out. Stop by and give them a try!

Beautiful place, good coffee and very cool vibe. Nice little gem hidden in the palm trees.

Absolutely a great little space w/cool A/C gently wafting bakery & coffee throughout. Kim @the counter & Barista Zach add to the beautiful ambiance that Todd, the owner, created via furnishings he hand-picked. Todd stepped up to help out, when it got a little crowded... a pleasant, 'hands on' owner. Anyone want a taste of their newest drink? Try their Vanilla Sundae coffee... yummy! Ample parking. Car shows 10a-1p, 2nd-4th Sundays. Great little Sanwiches, too!

Amazing coffee and gorgeous shop all together! The owner and assuming partner were very generous and made sure that we had everything we wanted and needed in our coffee. He double checked to see if my boyfriend had enough honey in his coffee before we left and was happy to add more! The shop itself is so esthetically pleasing!

The Best Coffee Place in town! Yummy breakfast and delicious drinks. Never going to Starbucks ever again. Real, genuine, flavored coffee drinks made with anything your heart desires. Ambience is super cozy and comfortable. The workers are super friendly and caring. Thank you Jacked Up Bean.

Cinnamon Crunch Iced Latte

The cutest coffee shop and super friendly too! Definitely recommend! Lots of different flavors to choose from.

The jacked up bean is a beautiful mom and pop local coffee shop with great prices and great tasting coffee. I got the cold brew with almond milk and it did not disappoint. The bakery items varied from S cookies to Rainbow cookies and they also had bagels to pick from. The staff and owners were super friendly and welcoming. I will definitely return to try some of their other items like the London Fog and Nitro coffee when that is available. Welcome to Palm Coast!

Absolutely stellar from start to finish. Stopped by for the first time today. From walking in, the interior is cozy and inviting, the menus are clear and offer a huge variety of specialized drinks. The staff was welcoming and gave us plenty of explanation on what they offered and what they could customize for us. Got oat milk lattes; one a tiramisu flavor and the other a peppermint mocha. Both left us feeling totally jacked. Recommend this place 10-times over the Starbucks in town.

Food was delicious, the coffee was good. Don't be in a hurry because it can take a minute but I thought it was worth it

Staff was sweet, dirty chai was good. Not a lot of seating, so if it's just you and another person, this is a great spot!

5 Stars: Fried Green Tomato Sandwich on homemade bread & Apple Pie Cinnabon- absolutely no notes…read more Will 100% get these again. 4 stars: Curry Chicken Salad On Croissant (delicious but wish it had a little more curry flavor) Latte was good (loved the art). Mango Iced Juice was okay, but seemed watered down. The outdoor seating area is super cute and cashier was helpful. Definitely a new favorite/recommended place.

Cute Vibe and Nice People, But the Food Doesn't Match the Hype (or the Prices)…read more I live right around the corner and I *really* wanted this place to be my neighborhood go-to. The café itself is adorable, the staff is genuinely warm and friendly every time I go in, and the backyard patio is legitimately one of the best outdoor seating spots in the area -- shaded, relaxed, and perfect for lingering with a book or catching up with a friend. That part is spot-on. Unfortunately, the food keeps letting me down. The almond croissants taste exactly like Pillsbury crescent rolls with some almond paste squeezed inside -- flaky but not in the good, buttery, laminated way you expect from a real French-style croissant. The bagels are advertised as "NY-style," flown in from NY - but they're missing that signature chew and density; they're soft and almost bready (and $4.50 a piece!). I've also tried a couple of the sandwiches and they're just... fine. Nothing I'd go out of my way for. The prices are honestly outrageous for what you get. I'm always surprised at how packed the place is, but I guess people are coming for the cute factor and the patio more than the pastries. (I've never tried the coffee, so maybe that's the secret star of the show -- I'll update if I do.) Bottom line: If you're in the neighborhood and want a pretty place to sit outside with friendly counter people, this spot is worth it. Just don't go expecting standout baked goods, sandwiches or bagels. I'm still rooting for them to step it up -- the location and atmosphere deserve better food. Fingers crossed they tighten up their products, because I'd love to become a regular.

Friendly stop for gluten-free & dairy-free desserts in Flagler Beach…read more We stopped by Flagler Tea Company mid-morning -- not for tea (though they have plenty!) -- but because at 10am, we were unapologetically on the hunt for dessert. Our son's 20th birthday dinner was later that evening, and since his girlfriend is gluten-free, we wanted to surprise her with something she could enjoy. We chatted with the daughter of the owner, who was so friendly and informative. Her mom (the owner) is gluten-free, but she's not -- so they intentionally aim to make their GF recipes taste as close to the "regular" versions as possible. I really appreciated the care and thought that goes into that! They offer gluten-free and dairy-free treats, including cupcakes, donuts, macaroons, cake and brownie slices, and more. They also take custom orders for special occasions, which is great to know for future birthdays or events. We picked up two macaroons (around $6 and change for both). They were delicate, chewy, and our birthday guest enjoyed them! While we didn't personally try them, she gave them a thumbs-up. Even though we don't have any food allergies, I love when a small local spot puts effort into making everyone feel included. Supporting businesses that do that well always feels good. Looking forward to going back soon -- maybe next time for tea and a cupcake.

Based on several visits to both locations -- the Palm Coast shop (about 3 times) and the Flagler…read moreBeach shop (about 2 times) -- the biggest challenge here is the customer service. The staff just isn't the friendliest in town. The interactions often feel very transactional: you're here to buy a product and I'm here to hand it to you. No greeting when entering, no real warmth when leaving -- just neutral service. It's a bit surprising when you learn the businesses are owned by a local pastor. You would assume making customers feel welcomed would be a top priority. That said, during today's visit we did see what great service could look like. A regular customer walked in and one employee greeted her enthusiastically while another double-checked her order because it wasn't her "usual." That was wonderful to see -- I just wish that same energy was given to everyone walking through the door. Now for the reason we came today. Each day they post a "name of the day" on Facebook where someone with that name gets a free donut or ice cream from their sister shop. I follow along and love letting friends know when their name pops up. I've even redeemed one myself before. It's just one of those small things that makes people smile. On Sundays we usually grab breakfast somewhere on the way to church. Last week I saw their March specialty donuts posted and one looked like something our daughter would really enjoy, so we made a detour from our usual (and cheaper) breakfast spot to stop here. And to give credit where it's due -- the donuts themselves are fantastic. They're creative, fun, and genuinely delicious specialty donuts. Not your average donut shop offering. On quality alone, the donuts are easily 5 stars. Clearly a lot of people love this place, and I can understand why -- the donuts are excellent. I just wish the everyday customer experience matched the quality of the product.

The trendy grass wall and space in the back for kids gives it a homey feeling. IG doesn't do the donuts justice, they are basically works of art. Each handcrafted donut is soft with a dough that was kneaded with love. You can taste the freshness in the creams, frostings and glazes. I strongly suggesting branching out into a larger location as it can get cramped waiting for your turn to order. We'll make the hour drive again.
