So Underwhelming I had never had Dunkin' Donuts coffee before *cue audible audience gasp!* Needless to say, I was titillated to try it after having spent 5 years in college watching hundreds of college girls flocking to their coffee like chilly geese do to Florida. They were out of.... a lot of options. When my friend and I got up to the window, the donuts and coffee we ordered was not in stock. Bummer. Wish they had told us this while before we pulled up to the window. When we reordered and received our drinks, the flavor was... underwhelming. So underwhelming. I see from the other reviews that the food here is also pretty disgusting. I don't think there's anything blatantly horrible about this location from my own personal experience, but don't waste your time here when you can drive six minutes down the road to Cuppa Joe! read more

It's time to stop making excuses for this location with all of the incorrect orders, always-stale donuts, and unbearably long wait times. I hear rumors that there's "new management" but that was last year and it's been long enough to get it together. So sad. Someone let me know if it gets better in the future. I have spent the past year working in the fast food business. There is no excuse that I am able to put through a mobile order and then when I drive up the whole place is empty. Especially when it's close to 7 am and it's supposed to be open at 5am. I spent money just to not be able to get any food it's inexcusable. Every time I come and want a matcha (which I can get it on the app) they are out, there are ways to close down something on the app if you don't have it. Same thing with cinnamon raisin bagels. I've hated this location for awhile now, between rude managers leading to rude employees all the way down to the fact I don't think they even know how to make the items on their menu, my boyfriend and I ordered two avocado TOASTS, hash browns and two donuts along with a drink, the avocado toast is not toast... it's bread, and I would not make a big deal over this if this had only happened once, but it hasn't it has happened the last 5 times I've tried to order it, to the point I've had to ask them to toast the bread when ordering, the hash browns were soggy and lukewarm at best, the two donuts were tastingly stale and felt horrible, all in all this location sucks. read more

Very disappointed with my coffee. Got a caramel late and it tastes like lake water. Service was nice. Told me I should get the strawberry milkshake donut and it taste likes diabetes. I recommend you don't choose this location when you wake up and want dunkin because you will be disappointed and you're day will be ruined. read more

This location is always very slow and has changed mangers/ownership many, many times. There is a lack of employees at all times. And this has been going on for years. The employees that are there are often standing outside smoking or chatting with friends. The level of cleanliness is concerning. It's just very disappointing because we don't have many fast options out here and even fewer coffee offerings. read more

I normally have a good experience here sometimes service can be a little slow but they always apologize. However this morning I pull into the drive thru to order what I order normally a cold brew and a sausage, egg and cheese on a English muffin. Doesn't sound to complicated right? Well I get all the way to work and to my surprise instead of it being a English muffin it's a croissant which I hate because they break apart so easily when trying to eat the sandwich. Yes the girl charged me for a croissant but it's pretty hard to mistake English muffin (which once again I said clearly) for croissant. My cashier Benjamin also almost let me leave without my sandwich. It's Saturday morning with barely any cars in your parking lot there is no room for excuses for why someone A)messes up a order for a customer who supports their business almost every single day weather getting coffee or coffee and a sandwich and B) almost not even giving the customer her full order. The reason for this review is that when I ordered an onion bagel I received an everything bagel because that thought is was a valid substitute for what I ordered. Needless to say, I complained to the manager who was the moron that took my order snd did the substitution. read more

I go here every day. The place is always very clean, friendly and great donuts. My husband gets coffee there too. The owner is very good and the staff remembers what we get. Its been remodeled and its a great morning hangout for all the locals. read more

Every time I went there the messed up my order. Absolutely horrible service and sometimes rude employees.

The people are very friendly. The kids got free donut holes once, compliments of the manager. The drive thru is pretty quick. My only issue is that I usually have to wait if I order anything other than coffee or donuts. read more

I was pretty disappointed today with this DD location. I've been coming here for months on a regular basis and the service I received today was absolutely horrendous. The drive thru girl at 8:30am was in a rotten mood and sounded like she just rolled out of bed. I couldn't understand her mumbling through the microphone so she began to yell at me about my order. The star is for service which is usually friendly. But they get my order wrong at least 30% of the time. Our breakfast sandwiches are frequently burnt or cold or both (burnt bread and cold egg do not even each other out!). The donuts are mediocre but standard for the DD chain. I swear the only reason we spend money here is because sometimes they are decent but also because it's the only drive-thru around the lake and I'm in a hurry. I love the dunkin' donuts in this location. I mean I stop by sometimes before work if I want something for lunch or a late breakfast. I always get a caramel macchiato medium with a sand which. But sometimes the service is a bit too relaxed. They just take their time especially if I'm in a hurry. But other than that I love this place. read more

When I first started coming here back awhile ago, they never had any donuts at 9AM!!! in the morning. Finally when I had enough, a call to corporate apparently got them to straighten out their act. Now they have adequate amounts of donuts and the staff is friendly and helpful. read more
