I was honest about how poor it was prior to writing this review. To my chagrin, I received a call from the GM of the store this afternoon apologizing for the experience. He explained that they are having a hard time keeping up with the demand because the store is so NEW, in a NEW market. I totally understand. It has been 3 days since they opened. Bumps in the road are expected. And he offered me a full refund for how poorly this experience went. I just want to give a major shout out to the entire team here from top down.
