I really enjoy this dunkin location. I often get dunkin in the mornings before work and they are always very fast with mobile orders. The employees have always been friendly as well. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because they can be slow at removing items from the app that they are out of at the store. read more

pretty much the standard run-of-the-mill Dunkin Donuts open till ten dining room 11 drive-thru daily...that's just an older one been around for a long time when I came in though the donuts stock wasn't too much their looks like they got cleaned out pretty quick.. I worked here 5 days...the refrigerators don't work.. the food is cold stored at room temperature overnight. There was no creamer on 3 days they used milk for every coffee and thought that was okay. They mixed milk with cream to save money on cream. s the wait is too long the atmosphere is workers yelling in various languages at each other. The food guy does not wear gloves when prepping food for order?? Huh? Ants all by the ice cream area though not too many considering.....thats the only bright spot the Ants...not too bad in my opinion considering how they clean which is not. However, we frequent this one a lot (as it's my husband's favorite DD spot) and here's what stands out above all else: the service is unreal. Most of the DD's? Sure they make a decent cup of coffee (and from what I remember, a pretty tasty donut), but the odds of finding a smiling face behind the counter? Not so hot. The Palos Heights spot *always* delivers. Always. Not only is my love crazy about the coffee he receives here, but every employee is quick with a smile and a friendly word. It is such a refreshing choice from *ahem* many other locations in the area. Lastly, the drive thru moves at lightning speed even when the line looks endless. So service, the coffee itself, and speed of the overall experience? All three rate an "A+". As far as DD goes, this spot is definitely as good as it gets. read more

There was a glitch in the app that wasn't allowing us to get the free coffee advertised on Wednesday's, but the manager (maybe owner?) gave us all $2 gift cards to put int the app to fix it and honored the free coffee offer. I am a huge DD fan! Growing up in Palos, this was the place to go after a night of cruising Bremen mall or a game at ABS (class of 90). When I come back to visit my folks in Palos, this is one of my "must stop at" places. The service can be a bit slow at times but worth the wait for fresh donuts. Depending on when you visit, tables can be dirty since it's a self clean up and lobby can be cold in the winter. But with a fresh donut & a hot chocolate, all is good with in the world of Palos Heights. The lobby is not open 24/7 any longer, however the drive-thru is. read more

I frequent this location's drive through as it is on my way to work. It is very convenient to buzz in and out of on Harlem Ave. Most days I have no complaints, however recently this was not the case... I ordered a couple drinks and asked for a cup holder/beverage carrier. They asked my to pull around to the front, which I did. A girl came out with my drinks... And no cup holder. I nicely asked her for a cup holder, she said okay and handed me the drinks and turned back around to go in the store. She could not have been moving any slower. She came back and handed me the beverage carrier, leaving me put the drinks in the holder, while also sitting in the drivers's seat of my car. She didn't say anything, and for some reason I felt the need to say "thank you," to which she didn't respond. This was my first experience with this location and it was terrible. Very unorganized. Asked for 3 small caramel iced coffees, 4 donuts and a chocolate chip muffin. At the start of my order I was speaking with a woman, halfway through my order I was speaking with a man. Didn't think much of it. Finished giving my order, pulled up to the window. Was given 3 large iced coffees w/out caramel (they didn't screw up my donuts) and no muffin. I paid for my order before I saw that the coffees were larges and assumed that they put the muffin in the bag. Drove off to discover the lid on two of my coffees were not secured and spilled all over my car which I just got detailed. Needless to say I was very upset.
