1/4/26, first visit heading out of town. Place was super busy so I used the front counter kiosk. Not a fan of these machines but the DD ones are pretty easy to navigate. I watched 5-6 staff behind the counter, all working well together and non-stop. One girl saw me near the pickup counter and asked what my order was, "just a large black coffee" I replied. She quickly found my order "sticker" labeled a cup and had me out the door! Not sure why such low reviews on here, my experience was great! We had placed a mobile order to get a drink and a bite on our way out of town. When we arrived, the drive-through was wrapped around the building, so I decided to go inside and pick up our order so we wouldn't have to wait such a long time. When I went inside, they did not have a front counter person to take the order, only a kiosk. No one would look at me for a long time - actively avoided eye contact while I stood at the counter and tried to get their attention. Someone finally decided to see why I was standing there and I was able to explain my situation and they handed me the order which was just sitting there by the window. This DD is a stand alone location situated on Back Beach Road/98 near the Front Beach Road intersection, and for the most part is your standard DD location. I have stopped by this location a few times over the years and never had any major issues. Recent trip found us in the drive thru for a cold brew with almond milk and sf vanilla. Service at the speaker and window was super friendly, a bit abnormal for DD...but it was delightfully unexpected. My cold brew was as expected and tasty, however I think they gave me full sugar syrup based on the label and taste. No biggie, but for some, could be an issue. I mean - donuts and coffee. Coffee and donuts. They do that here. We had a little communication issue and my order was charged for two extra donuts that I didn't order and didn't get. When I brought it up, they really worked hard to resolve the issue - even going to call the manager (not in store) on the phone to ask how to process a refund. I stopped them from dialing, suggesting they just toss two more donuts in to make it right. They were concerned that it wasn't what I wanted. I'm just going to keep this short, my coffee was awful :( Long review, I ordered a decaf with hazelnut flavor & light cream. I made the mistake of driving off without sipping first. My coffee tasted like water!! And I get it, a lot of places do not make decaf at after a certain time so instead, they make an Americano, but I placed my order at 11am. If they made an americano, the coffee to water ratio was completely off! And also, as I'm highly sensitive to caffeine, I expect to be told that I am receiving an Americano instead of blindly drinking a cup of water posing as coffee. I just went to this dunkin and oh my. Me and my friend made 2 separate orders in the same car and we get to the window and get a complete and absolute IDIOT worker. She gave us 1 avocado toast. Guess what we ordered? Wake up wrap, ham and cheese croissant, and THEN an avocado toast. And when we said "oh I also ordered a ham and cheese croissant and my friend got a wake up wrap" and instead of saying "sorry" or ANYTHING polite this IDIOT EXCUSE FOR A WORKER SHOOK HER HEAD WHILE FROWNING AT US. We had to reorder our drinks 3 times in the drive thru because they couldn't punch it in correctly and we had a very simple 2 drink order. Don't waste your time or money at this Location. The quality of food and drinks, store cleanliness, and customer services is disgraceful. We even called head quarters to let them know how horrible our experiences have been, and they didn't even seem to care. Will not be returning and am disappointed as I really like Dunkin. My breakfast sandwich was cold. Cheese was not even melted. Forgot my ketchup for the hash browns, hash browns tasted horrible and were also cold. I didn't eat the hash browns. Tasted like old oil was used and they were not seasoned properly. zero stars. the lobby was closed so drive thru only. I was picking up Uber eats order at 9:07am. didn't leave till 9:30. Bryson gave me the order and told me the drink would be out to my car. I waited 15 minutes. manager "Kate" was open door so I asked her if she had the drink ready. she yelled and said "she is work with boys and they are in high school!" I said "I don't want to know about your coworkers. do you know about the ordered drink?" I walked away and she slammed the door yelling louder she would get the drink. Kate the Manager should immediately be fired. she is verbally and emotionally abusive to her employees. she can't handle that job and she is blaming her staff. I got back into the drive thru and bryson got me my drink since she never brought it out like she said. she is abusing those kids that work there, she can't handle stress at all. and is blaming her downfalls on younger people in a different gender then she is. I have never seen such gross workmanship ever. the boys she was complaining about were clearly stressed with fear. The food was good! The music inside was so loud inside that we decided to go though the drive thu The the boy in the drive thu was very unpleasant ask "is that all" after every individual thing! I ask for extra sweetener in my ice coffee assuming I would get liquid sweetener. That was not the case I think I got a quarter cup of sugar in the bottom of my cup. My first drink was nothing but sugar. Needless to say I wasn't able to drink the coffee. I had to make another stop for coffee. read more

I've been to a lot of Dunkin' restaurants over the years and this one wasn't just "by far the worst" but it was purely disgusting. There was trash everywhere, tables were covered in leftover food, and the kitchen area looked like a group of 10 year olds had a cake baking party. I don't know how this restaurant passed any sort of health inspection. Also, the staff was extremely rude. We were ignored by one cashier until she decided to look up and just stare at us. She never asked what we wanted and only spoke to correct our order. I asked for an item that is apparently seasonal (I did not know that at the time) and instead of the cashier saying sorry we don't have that item or that's only here in the summer I got a "no". She didn't explain herself until I asked what do you mean. I truly think a 5 year old would have been more effective and pleasant to deal with than this woman. My tip: avoid this restaurant at all costs even if it means getting gas station coffee. read more
