I ordered a coffee on a long drive here to Florida and it took me a whole hour to just get a dang coffee and chocolate donut. I am only giving one star because I have to. They handed me my coffee through the window and it was just spilling all over the place. I take it home and pour the coffee into a cup and there is something in my coffee... it looked like someone spit in my coffee. This is so scary because of the COVID. Manager ticked me off immediately. Yes I have tattoos, but don't look me up and down and ignore me! She was busy talking to an obviously already waited on customer and totally ignored me standing there. If I wasn't craving sweets so bad I would have walked out. Finally Katrina came around the corner with a mop and asked me if I'd been helped, I told her no that woman is too busy talking to help me. This is horrendous. We wanted to get some glazed donuts, and they had ZERO donuts. We came back the next day and they also had none. Please don't spend your money here. Go to other places like donut hole. Drive through was so bad. We could not hear what staff were saying. We ordered hash browns because dunkin was out of donuts, and they tasted like metal. The people who work here work their hardest but there is something wrong with the management. Cold brew has been sold out a few times I have tried to order it, and they have the inside lobby closed - drive thru only - which is inconvenient because I usually place my orders through the app but have still had to wait in line. Just waited 30 min for a black coffee and ham egg and cheese English muffin. The lady taking my order couldn't understand what I was ordering - would be helpful if you numbered the items. She then messed up everyone's coffee order besides mine - people who asked for sugar free got sugar flavors, people who asked for cream got black coffee. There was an awesome guy managing the drive in, and at least 20 cars went through and got what they needed before my friends and I got our orders. You need to hire someone who can manage the inside as well as the guy who managed the outside. When I finally got my sandwich, it was luke warm at best. Would not recommend stopping here if you want a quick breakfast. For sure use the drive through. read more

It's National Donut Day! We were playing on Snap Chat and saw the Dunkin Donuts Add. We threw the kids in the car (in their PJ's) and headed to Dunkin. They were so excited to get a special treat on this newly discovered holiday. Sadly our Dunkin decided to close early on national donut day. The lights were off and sign was off. I asked the two ladies sitting in front of the store smoking if they were closed. The reply was "we are trying to be". As I walked away one asked "why? What do you want?" In a less than friendly tone. For a chain that advertised so heavily for national donut day I am surprised they would allow a store to close early to enjoy what seemed to be "national smoke out in front of the store day". read more

I waited in the drivethru for about 15 minutes. When It was my turn to order the clerk said hold while I give you time to look over the menu. I said I am ready to order and she said we are not ready for you to order. Then they never came back on after several minutes. We had to just drive off. The line had about 10 cars. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin Donuts. I waited in line for 20 minutes only to be "greeted" by a rude employee who walked away as soon as I walked up and then came back 5 minutes later and I had to ask her "Are you ready to take my order" 0 customer service. Also, they were out of croissants, bagels, ketchup and most donuts before noon!! Bathroom wasn't attended to either and the toilet paper was sitting on top of the toilet and the soap dispenser was not working. Better off going to a gas station then this location. read more

Do not go to this Dunkin' Donuts. I waited in line for 45 minutes (there were only 8 people in the line!!!). I watched and counted as 3,5,10,15 cars in the drive thru line were served in a very timely manner while we stood and watched the staff wander around and do absolutely nothing to address the line in the front of the store. When I finally got the counter the woman who took our order rolled her eyes and just generally acted rude, when I said I was very unhappy about the wait, and that I had watched at least double the amount of cars be helped - she said "I am the only one working the front" and she wasn't wrong but that doesn't make it okay!!! Her coworkers wandered around in the back with headsets on chatting with one another completely ignoring the people in line. When I got the the other end of the line I told the other staff members that the wait was completely unacceptable in the store and they had the nerve to say "maybe you shouldn't spring break here" and "corporate assigns us to our certain stations and we can't change to help other areas". To which I responded "so corporate encourages you to NOT serve customers efficiently?!?". Absolutely ridiculous. They should all be terminated and this store needs help. read more

I literally never write reviews and this is hurting my head to do lol. We walked in thinking it would be quicker than the drive thru that had a line of cars. upon ordering, this location was out of a few items we preferred but that wasn't really a problem. The manager is the one who rung up our order and told us it would be a few minutes. We sit down and chat and realize about 7 cars have passed and we received one drink - out of the four we ordered -that was made incorrectly so that had to be redone. After waiting 3 minutes for the remake, we still sit around and others come into the building to receive orders, the drive thru now has had 12 cars pass and an employee on the line asks if we need anything... we reply "yes the rest of our drinks?" And they ask what we ordered.... so slowly but surely we get our drinks while the manager is just looking at us. They give us two drinks and say to have a good day but we still are waiting on one last drink. Once it's made, it's also made incorrectly. When we received the remake, it was incorrect AGAIN. Our whole experience here was about 25 minutes for 3 iced drinks and a frozen drink. I'm on vacation and can't let it ruin it but I'll know to never go here ever again. And hopefully others will get treated better. read more

Third trip to this place...once was tolerable, once I left because the line stayed 8-9 cars deep in the drive through for 15 minuets without moving AND the store doors were locked at 10am. The third time was pretty awesome though...and by "awesome" I mean awesomely ridiculous. Huge line of cars, three or four workers inside...this time the doors were at least unlocked, so I joined the three unfortunate people in line to wait for a donut for my brother-in-law. The first five minutes were spent watching the cashier stare at a handful of change in his hands like it was an astrophysics problem. I'm not bashing him at all, but whoever put him in the position without the proper training or appropriate skills obviously didn't consider his chances of success or value return customers. I occasionally stop for coffee at a different Dunkin...but this one is right around the corner from my house so I figured I'd give it a try. I'm not even a three strikes guy, but this place needs to step back and take a look at the look on their customers' faces...I saw a lot of "I'll never come back here" expressions that were hard to miss. Went to Dunkin this morning. They were very busy. They were concentrating on the drive-through customers and neglecting the walk-in customers. They had two employees working the drive-through and one for the walk-ins. We stood in LINE 30 minutes before placing our order. My recommendation is to get there before 8:30 a.m. read more
