I ordered 10 munchkins in the store and paid. Dunkin cashier prepared 10 donuts instead which are too much for me and i didn't need it. I found he charged $17 which is too much for 10 munchkins. I returned the 10 donuts and I requested to replace and reimburse it. Unfortunately it was rejected that i don't know why. The cashier said what i can do is only to call customer support and request reimbursement. So I called the customer support sharing the information on the receipt. . Went there yesterday and I was the only one in line in the drive through and it took 5 minutes to give my order and then another 10-15 minutes to get my food and drink for a small order. First visit being an out of towner. Absolutely horrible!!! The servers working here are absolutely the WORST at knowing how things are done. They were rude and discussed employee business through the open drive thru window. They incorrectly made my pumpkin spice so I asked for something different. I wasted $6 bucks on a drink that I poured out and was then charged another $5.34 for them to remake my drink they incorrectly made, which I still couldn't drink due to them skipping out on the almond milk I paid for. I've decided to write this in hopes that things improve significantly at this Dunkin' location. I've had problems with my order 3 times in a row, and staff seems to not be very well trained on how to deal with customer interactions effectively. I've been to this location at least 15 times in the last 6 months. Overall, The food has been a 3 out of 5. I'm very familiar with Dunkin so I don't expect perfection. Today, though, with an open mic, the person taking my drive- thru order YELLED "What the f#%k b!@#%h!" while I was ordering. I don't know what prompted it, I was ordering a standard item. The service here has declined badly, and I'm sad to see this. I sometimes walk in to order, and I've not witnessed any customers being rude to the staff. Generally, the staff don't usually seem quite this full-on rude, but they do seem pretty unhappy/unwelcoming, they get some simple orders wrong and a few have acted very impatient if you bring a problem with your order to their attention and try to get it resolved. Not every visit is this terrible, and I believe they are working hard, but I really think twice before going there. I love Dunkin and I hope they can address the service issues at this location so customers don't leave discouraged and put down. read more

I ordered a medium iced coffee and a cup of ice water. On Monday you get a free coffee with any purchase. I come to this location all the time so my total on Mondays usually be $.25 and at other locations as well. I let her scan the code .She says the price is not coming off. Are you trying to get the free coffee. It's giving you your points but it not coming off. ( the moment I knew she was lying) You have to make a purchase and I said I did make a purchase. She said you have you buy more than water. Of course I didn't believe her because I do this all the time it's just with her. My second encounter was today I ordered a iced coffee and a vanilla frosted.I get around to the window and she's there and she hands me a small hot beverage, and I just shake my head that I didn't order that. This place is Terrible. We waited at the order screen over 10 minutes but no one asked for our order. There were at least 10 cars waiting behind and 4 left while we were waiting. We drove to the pickup window to place our order and waited another 10 minutes for someone to come to the window. We asked for 3 muffins and were told that they were too busy filling on line orders to take our order and besides they had used all the coffee cake muffins to fill on line orders as well as most of the donuts. I was really impressed by the staff at this location today. I came in to redeem a reward for a free drink but wanted to try something I've never tried before, a dunkaccino. The barista said it's hot chocolate & coffee mixed. She let me try it to see if I liked it before redeeming the award. I just thought that was really nice. It's a really sweet drink, like a fancy coffee drink. It's okay, but I think i'll stick with the original dunkin' coffee because the dunkaccino is too sweet for me. I also ordered a croissant with cheese & it was as expected. Same as any other Dunkin' Donuts. Also, it's really affordable & using the app, you can get more rewards, like most restaurants with apps. The interior of this shop is large enough that people could use their laptops here without it being awkward between the staff and customers. There's only two outlets, but there are only customers coming in, ordering & leaving. They have wifi free & it's working well. Another benefit: there's no annoying music. read more

I repeated the order, NO LIES, 5 (FIVE) times at the drive through, and then 4 times at the pickup window face-to-face, as such- two large hot coffees with extra milk one large Americano one large black one large coffee with extra milk and regular sugar. They STILL managed to get 3 orders far beyond wrong, so my goodwill gesture to work colleagues ended up with sour faces and a garbage can. Horrible service. Drive thru wasn't meant to handle 20 cars but yet the drive thru is always packed. They don't do any street side service that I could find and when I finally managed to get through the drive thru they messed up my order. Don't know how you mess up an order of 3 doughnuts but they managed. Seriously disappointed. Won't be getting my business back until they can actually manage to open the dining rooms. I've been meaning to leave this review for over a year. I've called the store and complained before but apparently it did nothing. I've been to this location over 2 dozen times because it is closest to my house and everything I do in PTC. The staff are rude and unproffesional. They're hours list they close at 9 but I've been at 7, and 8 numberous times in the evening and they didn't have a single donut available. They have all the chairs on the tables and floors mopped wet with loud obnoxious rap music playing. I couldn't even hear myself asking if they were still open. When I did, they lady said yes , and then turned on her headset to ask another employee to turn down the music because clearly it wasn't manager approved. This place is a joke. If only there was an owner/op donut shop or even a Krispy Kreme I would settle for. Not to mention the pot hole at the drive through order screen that is nearly unavoidable. Disgraceful to all Dunkin' Donuts. Corporate needs to reassess franchise owner. I left my initial review over a year ago in 2018. I'm now leaving another one at the start of 2020. I went today, Friday at 6pm, and there was a sign on the door that said drive through only. So I went through the drive though and sat for four minutes waiting for someone to say something over the intercom, I even engaged with hellos from time to time, nothing. So I drove up to the window and no one inside, all machines were turned off, total sign under window was off, and the order screens inside were dark. I knocked on the drive through window and no one. It's Friday at 6pm and three other cars came though and left. How are you closed with no indication on a Friday when people get off work. It is rare that I am over in PTC, but I was really impressed with my first visit to that DD location. My husband and I used the drive-thru. The young lady who took our order sounded upbeat and positive. She welcomed us to DD, and asked if we were ready to order. We were and we did: a couple of doughnuts and a small iced coffee, no sugar or syrup. She repeated the order back to us, and asked if we wanted to try any of their specialty items or upgrade the coffee. We said "No, thank you." She had our total and said our order would be ready at the window. We paid, and asked her name. She told us "Rebecca." She thanked us for coming and wished us a good evening. The doughnuts were delicious. What a change from the SHARPSBURG/NEWNAN store! It takes them FOREVER to acknowledge you are there! You have to repeat your order several times. Then you wait! In the PTC location, we were there maybe three minutes, give or take a minute. It is not unheard of to wait at the DD/BR store for 15 minutes! Not worth the trip! first thing when we walked in the lady behind the counter (who was helping someone) not even saying 'welcome' just straight up yelled at us "we dont have any croissants" we didnt even ask for them? not to mention they didnt have even HALF of the donuts. when we went to order we got 2 refreshers (terrible by the way it tasted like cough syrup) and 2 bagels with cream cheese, "we dont have any plain bagels" "we also dont have any everything either we only have cinnamon" to which i responded "oh ok sure ill take the cinnamon then" we got our drinks almost immediately (suprisingly) fast forward like 10 minutes one of the women behind the counter asks "are you guys waiting on food?" in a sassy kinda tone we said yes were waiting on the bagel, the woman who placed our order said she never charged us for the bagel and never heard us say we wanted one. then as we were leaving she starts getting very aggressive and full on yelling at us as were walking out the door. if i could give this a negative review i would, terrible service and should have gotten my money back. read more

I bought 2 dozen doughnuts and told them to mix them up any way. The person that waited on me disappeared around the back and came back in a few seconds with 2 boxes of doughnuts as ordered. I thought that was sure fast and left. After getting to work and opening the boxes, they were certainly not fresh and close to being stale! It was obvious to me that they had already boxed up the old doughnuts in the back and sold them to those people like me who just ordered a dozen mixed. I stop at this gas station at least 3 times a week. The people are very friendly and eager to serve you. The thing is they have to many problems going on in the back. 1. They run out of different types of rolls for breakfast all the time. 2. They mess up what kind of roll you order. 3. If you order a number off the menu and it says comes with hash browns, you shouldn't have to ask for them. If you do go to this dunkin please be sure to say with hash browns. read more

I was in this location twice was not a great experience one was with a white young lady who was a crew leader attitude very dry. This one was on Sunday September the 2. I ask the price of six donuts, didn't day I want it, just was inquiring. So I told her the flavors I wanted, she got out a box, and started placing the donuts in there, I told I only wanted the three, she said oh with a attitude. Then I told her she could leave it in there, she yes because I didn't feel like taking them back out. She was also white.
