This Dunkin' sits on the corner of Peachtree Industrial and Old Peachtree Road in a small shopping plaza. I have swung by this location twice in the past month or so and both times have been great. My first visit was inside as the drive thru was packed. The interior is well kept, clean and quite large featuring tables/chairs, and also lounge seating...and even a fireplace! My second visit was via the drive thru. Service has been excellent here via counter service and drive thru. They were friendly, helpful and made my coffee to perfection. This is a solid Dunkin' and would easily be my go-to if I was living on this side of the city...but I will settle for stopping by when I am in the neighborhood! read more

I have been here a couple times each visit has been good, but Shai made this one exceptional! I had come in to get my free birthday drink only to realize that is no longer a thing. Stopped in here for a quick breakfast sandwich one morning. Was starving! Ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on an English Muffin. I asked if they could toast the English Muffin a little longer than usual - I like a crisper texture on my English Muffins - they said sure. Overall, a tasty, filling breakfast sammich. This spot is a great addition to a corner in which I already spend quite a bit of time. I can often be found at the Starbucks next door, but this is my husband's spot of choice. I have suspicions that he visits every day. He uses the app for his purchases, so I can't be sure, but I would put good money on it. My son and I have stopped in during the early mornings to grab a doughnut on the way to school. There has always been a short line and a smiling face to greet us. The restaurant seating area has never been terribly crowded, it seems that most of the early mornings are filled with folks who grab and go. The restaurant is clean and comfy, with a variety of seating options. The coffee, doughnuts, pastries, and hot sandwiches have all been good and consistent with what I have experienced in the past from Dunkin Donuts. We enjoyed the heart shaped, specialty doughnuts around Valentine's Day this year. The peanut doughnut and the blueberry minis are always a hit in our house. I have made a couple of catering orders from this location, and I wish they had online ordering options. When I called, I was told by the person who answered the phone that they did, but when I mentioned I was actually on the website at that moment and could not locate it, he said it wasn't available on-line, after all. However, the orders I made over the telephone worked out just great. The customer service was friendly and my order was ready and waiting. Note, they do seem to prefer that large orders be placed in advance. I once observed a person in front of me attempting a large order, and the employees encouraged her to call in advance next time to ensure that they had prepared exactly what she might need. I went to buy 2 dozen donuts last weekend and when I took my time to choose what donuts I wanted, the owner rolled his eyes and shook his head. It was disgusting how he behaved with a customer - if I was not in a hurry, I would have walked right out. Next day, I needed to buy them again and I went to a location 5 miles away, instead of this one, which is only 1/2 a mile for me. I like this place. Probably best looking Dunkin' Donut I've ever been to. I like the fact they don't have loud music blasting to my ears like other cafes, so I can zone into myself with my own stuff. True, I was too shy to let them know something was "off" in the amount of ice I saw in the drink that I specifically did not ask for, but when I returned to show them just how much ice I had in the cup, they made fun of me for drinking it initially. The worst part was that they laughed with the woman making fun of me who got my order wrong, so I called their corporate number. Hopefully they will not be laughing now. Honestly, I have not been inside a Dunkin Donuts since, well, I forget. Starbucks next door was too crazy, so I decided to stop in, wow! It's really nice in this place! It's not what I expected at all. Everything was clean and new. There were places to sit and study, and places you could sit and watch TV in front of a fireplace. This Store attempted to charge me $1.25 to substitute almond milk in a latte. I order coffee every day between 2 and 6 and have never been charged over $0.75 (it's mostly $0.50) to sub almond milk. The manager came to tell me well this is what they charge at this store and how they fill the cup with almond milk. I was so disappointed by this that I told them to keep the latte and went just 300ft to Starbucks (4895 Peachtree Industrial Blvd. Norcross) where I got my latte sub almond milk for ONLY $0.70 extra. This is wrong - to charge $1.25 to sub almond milk is insane! Not everyone drinks regular milk. Will be going to the Starbucks next door instead. read more

This has been the DD I go to since moving on this side of town when I need a quick coffee and don't want to make one at home. They are usually great but I'm noticing not only at this one, but others in the area, that they really don't want to get your order right. Today we went to get hot lattes. Thankfully we checked one before riding off and it was cold and I gave it back to them to give me another one. They looked at me like I was crazy. We get home and I notice my latte isn't even filled all the way to the top for a large size. I get I ask for whip cream and caramel syrup on top but it shouldn't be missing that much latte liquid because of that request.
