Friendly service and the donuts were fresh! The hot chocolate was the best I've had in a while.

I am a long-time customer and fan of Dunkin'. In fact, I have been coming to Dunkin' as far back as when they were called Dunkin' Donuts, lol. Regardless of what you want to call this iconic business, you really cannot go wrong. Dunkin' has grown considerably since Bill Rosenberg opened the first location in Quincy, Massachusetts back in 1950. The company has since expanded to somewhere around thirteen thousand locations in over forty countries. I would say that Dunkin' is best known for their donuts (though if you would like, we cam spell it doughnuts) and coffee, though my go-to here is neither. My usual order at a Dunkin' is probably their bagels with cream cheese. While I would never say that Dunkin' has the best bagels with cream cheese (I grew up in New Jersey and I know great bagels), they are pretty good, especially when you consider that the bagels are coming from a global chain. I have often used Dunkin' (or if you prefer, Dunkin' Donuts) as a co-conspirator in bringing a culinary bribe of coffee and donuts to early morning meetings. There is nothing like some coffee and donuts to help inspire a bit more attention and maybe the wisp of a smile upon the tired faces of the various teams that I am meeting with. Whatever you choose to go with, you cannot go wrong with anything that you order at Dunkin'. Overall, I will give this location five stars and they definitely have my recommendation. read more

Pretty terrible experience. I went in for just a brewed coffee with half & half. He had to ask me 18 questions for this order. "A cold brew?" No just hot normal coffee with cream no sugar. "So cream and sugar?" No, no sugar just cream like half and half. "Oh so you want half decaf half regular?" No. No just normal regular boring coffee with cream. I literally felt like I was on punk'd. Came here for coffee, well latte, it was alright and it appeared the gal working behind the counter was working alone. Slightly impressed because there was a line of at least seven cars on top of about ten people on the inside, and she was doing it all. From a time perspective it took about 15 min to get my two drinks due to the personnel front - not much she could do and maybe the biz can do with employment but for it being a weekend around 3 pm it could be considered how to increase the personnel footprint here to speed up ops. However, the gal working was kind and did a good job and appeared to handle it well, she was just being kept busy...very busy. read more

Worst experience at a Dunkin' ever. Rude customer service. Lazy and slow workers. Our sandwiches had freezer burn and were cold. The coffee was terrible as well and tasted burnt. I don't like to leave bad reviews but this was awful and I'm never going back and recommending not to go here. read more

It sounds kind of silly to be reviewing Dunkin' Donuts but here I am. I've stopped by this location twice recently due to wanting iced coffee and hoping to enjoy a donut. First time I visited, the guy at the register asked what I would like. I replied "one chocolate glazed and a vanilla sprinkle," and pointed to the vanilla topped donut. "You mean frosted?" And I stated yes? Confused what the issue was. He corrected me stating it's really frosted not glazed..okay it's called glazed any other donut shop I've been to but no big deal. I stop in again today, completely forgetting the verbiage of glaze versus frosted and requested the same order. "You people and confusing us about the glaze. You mean frosted." I did not know a donut was so serious but I corrected him saying "sir it's glazed at other businesses but okay, I get Dunkin is different." I'm good on stopping at Dunkin again and their "frosted" donuts. The donuts aren't really worth it. read more

Sorry to say but this Dunkin is in sad shape. Stopped by for a plain donut, waited 10 minutes while the attendant ignored us. She was to busy, cough, with whatever. Finally, all we have are those, pointing to the case. Two different types in all of this store. Shame. Use to have as much or more than krispy creme. Any other Dunkin would have a wide range to select from. No donuts - poor service. read more

On multiple accounts I have gone to this dunkin and have been asked to pull into a parking space for them to bring me my food. Every time, it takes them no less than 15 minutes to bring it to me. Extremely frustrating especially when I place an order ahead to be able to pick up and go. They rarely ever have the food I order available if any food at all. read more

This is by far the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to! I've lived and traveled around the US and this Dunkin' Donuts is the worst! I went multiple times because I understand some days are worse than others but every time I go here it never fails. One time I ordered a hot coffee and it was cold. Instead of making a fresh batch all they did was warm it in the microwave. Another time I went to order a dozen donuts and they barely had any donuts. I went mid day around 1:30 and the store closes at 9 and they said they don't make donuts during the day only in the morning. Im sure they get a lot of out of town customers who are staying at the two nicest chain hotels next to this DD location. However we came 6 pm on a Sunday ordered a muffin and we're told they are out. So we ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and we were told they are not serving food anymore at that time. They are supposedly closing at 9 pm and the reason is just unacceptable. They stopped serving food three hours prior closing?!? The last straw was Ok fine can we get frozen hot chocolate- oh sorry our frozen machine is broken!!!! Wtf just close that effin dunkin location. So I stopped here today to get some of the pumpkin items. Staff was friendly but clearly there weren't enough of them. Pretty much every customer had to pull to the front of the store to wait for items in their orders. Not sure what is going on but the staff could definitely use some backup from management. I stayed at the hotel next door and walked over to get a coffee and first impression was how rude the shift lead was. I ordered online and she looked at me and said "Valerie?" I said yes politely and she didn't say a word and grabbed one item on the counter. When it came to my drink I ordered a large and it was 3/4 filled so I asked if she could plz top it off, she rolled her eyes and "topped it off" she put like two more drops of ice coffee and pushed it over to me on the counter. Then I was pretty annoyed already and she gave me my sprinkled donut I pre ordered except no sprinkles and half the icing was wiped off and my breakfast wrap that wasn't even heated up. I asked for a refund and that's where the rest of her attitude came out. I gave it right back and she didn't like it. I love Dunkin but this location was awful, need new employees. read more

DON'T GO HERE!! This location has gone downhill. The customer service is the worst I've ever seen! I went to get coffee with one of my friends. The guy there was a total jerk. He had an attitude with us as soon as we came to the register. We ignored it and place our order. He kept interrupting us in the middle of telling him what we wanted, he was very monotone, and he walked away before we could order the second coffee.... We weren't being difficult or even complicated with the order. He was just rude! There were two of us, of course we wanted two coffees. Then he gave us the wrong size. They charged me .25¢ for a cup that my drink came in.... I get the same thing at every Dunkin. Double espresso iced with almond milk and one liquid sugar. She said since espresso normally comes hot she has to charge me for the cup of ice. Sorry but that doesn't make any sense no one has every charged me for my cup and ice before. This Dunkin Donuts is on a major boulevard which has its own off-ramp from I-110 and is close to, but not in, Cordova Mall. Also, it's sort of in a swale, so you sort of need to look a little harder for it. This is NOT a 24 hour location, at least for their sit-down area. The service is very good. The only problem is that in the late evening, their donut selection has been picked through. On two late evening visits, they did not have chocolate glazed or double chocolate donuts. However, strawberry frosted donuts are good enough. What can you do? Again, the kids who work here are very nice. They also put two tea bags in my large hot tea. read more

So we were on our way to church and stopped to get a few donuts I order a mint dunkiccino (sp) which is like a frozen beverage the lady proceeded to go to the back and make hot chocolate. I tried to get the other cashier to stop and correct her but it ended in me getting hot chocolate completely iced which I couldn't even drink so I wasted a few bucks on that and then she stood there and stared at me after I paid and when I asked for the other donut my BF ordered I got attitude for it when we got to the truck the chocolate on top was all melted and sprinkles all over and something else we couldn't make out on it. Honestly the worst Dunkin Donuts. I have given this place many chances thinking maybe I visited on a bad day but it NEVER fails that they ALWAYS get my order wrong. After having a terrible experience my first time I decided to give this location a second chance.....bad idea. I placed a mobile order for a ice coffee, chicken bacon sandwich and hash browns.I got my ice coffee and the lady closed the window and then came back with a attitude asking me if I need something. I told her I had the sandwich and the hash brown. She then told me they were out and just looked at me. attempted to order via delivery app twice waited for over 10 minutes the first time for someone to confirm my order, then i opened a chat in the app to add an item to my order and the agent said they'd call the restaurant to change it. they didn't answer, not surprising considering the other reviews here. i cancelled and ordered again, gave them over 5 minutes to just accept the order and start preparing it and they didn't so i cancelled. probably for the best because it seems i would have paid over 20 bucks for not only terrible service but probably an extremely incorrect order. don't bother trying to order from here. read more

Despite the bad reviews, I walked over to get a couple donuts. It was 8:30 PM, and the listed hours said 9 PM. I was just going to walk in and walk out and not hold them up from closing. But apparently they decided to close more than a half an hour before they were supposed to. The female associate looked up at me and says "we are closed." I said "oh I just wanted to get a couple donuts." I can see the donuts in the display case. She gives zero shits and tells me "the registers are closed."
