This place just won't get better. Staff unorganized, walk around with a scowl on their face. Run out of coffee...on a Sunday morning to boot. 2 staff got involved in my order so of course it was wrong and I get overcharged from what I wanted. Watched a bake while waiting on fresh coffee to be made; without gloves on, get his phone from his back pocket and do a text, while cooking walking around talking and touching people and items. Then puts his phone away and goes back onto the machinery without washing his hands. Phone screens are nasty from our breath and up against our faces. The debris on all the floors, the sticky residue on the tables and the nasty coffee creamer station to boot. I doubt I'm coming back. Came in for some of their autumn donuts. Debating to even eat them. This staff just doesn't care about their jobs or customers. Too bad...KK is such a great southern brand. It's not hard to do a good job. I don't usually leave reviews, especially -ones, but I have not been to Krispy Kreme in many years, and I will not go back anytime soon. The customer service is absolutely horrible. The employees move a slow as molasses. I had to wait several minutes to pay. The employee at the counter didn't say hi, hello, or kiss my rear. They gave me someone else's order, and I got a few miles down the road before I realized it. the donuts are delicious but don't go through the drive thru, the bigger girl in there is alittle rude, but very very slow. we got a dozen donuts and 3 coffees. The coffees were actually disgusting, and not only that but we waited for those nasty coffees for atleast 15 minutes, after already waiting for the donuts for 5 minutes. Drove up to order...pretty much out of everything..and this was at 6:30 am on a weekend.

Walked into to order two doughnuts. No one waiting inside for someone to take their order except for me. Three employees standing around do absolutely nothing. Finally after waiting for five minutes one came order to take my order. Minutes later after finally getting her gloves on she asks for my order. One original glazed and one glazed raspberry filled doughnut. Instead of the raspberry doughnut she grabs a brown sugar coated something and struggles to locate the original glazed. After pointing out the raspberry doughnut to her she places both in a box leaving the side edges of it hanging open. Places the box next to the cash register and instead of ringing me up she proceeds to take another customers order. I turned immediately left empty handed. Second time going to this location. First time I drove thru the drive thru and when I arrived home discovered the order was wrong. That's why I decided to go inside to order on my second trip. I walked six blocks from my Airbnb to this Krispy Kreme, expecting what the brand has spent decades promising: fresh donuts in the morning. It was 7:30 AM. Not only was there no "Hot Now" light, but the staff casually mentioned that they had just turned on the equipment and that it would be at least another 20 minutes before anything fresh came out. That's right. A donut shop with no fresh donuts ready at 7:30 in the morning. What they did have were clearly yesterday's leftovers. Cold, heavy, and with glaze sliding off like the donuts had been sweating through the night. These weren't fresh Krispy Kreme donuts. They were tired, sticky shells of what they used to be. This isn't just about timing. It's about completely failing to deliver the most basic expectation of the Krispy Kreme experience. If you can't have fresh donuts ready for early morning customers, why even open? I get that stores have operational challenges. But if that's the case, then own it. Don't stock the counter with old product and hope nobody notices. I noticed. And I won't be back to this location. This visit felt like a cheap bait and switch. Krispy Kreme corporate should take a long, hard look at the bad reviews piling up & what's happening to their brand here. read more

I ordered a dozen with specialty doughnuts included and paid for the upcharge for them, and then was told they were sold out and that they wouldn't refund me the difference i paid, after they gave me a bunch of regular doughnuts. On more than one occasion the service has been incredibly slow. The first time, it took 15 minutes to fulfill an order of a donut and a coffee. More recently, it took over 20 minutes to order a few hot chocolates. Worst of all, my order was incorrect and I was given coffees instead of hot chocolate. There are surely better locations for donuts and sweet treats in Pensacola. This location is a disgrace to the Krispy Kreme brand. read more

Went here with my wife during our visit to NAS. It had been years since we purchased from Krispy Kreme. We were asked if we wanted a dozen regular donuts or assorted and chose assorted. They charged us for assorted, then multiple individual items in the assorted box. The donuts were just put out when we arrived, but still did not look or taste fresh. My wife also ordered a coffee, which was given to her cold and she asked for a fresh coffee. What has this world come to when two dozen and a coffee costs over $40? read more

This has gotten to be the worst Krispy Kreme EVER!! The staff are always SO RUDE ... I can't believe that they are still employed!! I went through the drive thru today and the guy at the window was so rude and had there not been a line of cars behind me, I would have asked to speak to the manager. I have just had it with this place. Does management even train people anymore? I was so happy to move to a neighborhood with a Krispy Kreme until I went there. The first time about 9am on a weekday I ordered coffee "leave room for milk" and tried to figure out why there weren't more donuts available. The Coffee was full to the brim so I had to dump some of it in the trash so I could add milk. I figure this is an off day. The next few times I visit I ask for a box of mixed...there is never a plain glazed in the box, the signature donut. I go thru the drive thru instead the next time about 7:30 am on a friday and was handed a box of mixed donuts that seemed like they were just taken out of the freezer. This is just sad. We went on a Saturday morning over an hour after they opened and they hadn't unlocked the inside doors yet, they were only seeing customers through the drive through. They saw we were trying to get in and unlocked the doors. When asking for a donut in the display case, they said they didn't have any left because the ones we saw were from yesterday and they hadn't made fresh ones for today. They also said their latte machine was down so they didn't have any iced coffee. I hadn't been to a Krispy Kreme in years. I got a traditional glazed donut due ti a sudden craving. They did not disappoint.

It is so cold in here that you can hang meat. Why? For what reason? Is the heat not working? Only half of the doughnut selection was available. Once again I ask why? Does the staff not know how to prepare for the demand from the community? The service and attitude of the staff was good. They were very polite but moved at a snails pace. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Maybe try the one closer to the mall. read more

The original glazed doughnuts are gross. But the seasonal doughnut they have near the fall is pretty good. Originally it was the cinnamon swirl then they put a twist on it every year after. This year its pumpkin spice latte swirl. 1st day I attempted to get one, I said "can I get 1 pumpkin sw---?" I was cut off by the rude employee saying "we ain't got no pumpkin." I said "ok, so you ain't got nothing pumpkin period at all?" She said "no." I drove off & found it hard to believe they had NO pumpkin doughnuts from the pumpkin line at all. So I called & asked, well come to find out, they DID in fact have 2 of the other pumpkin doughnuts but yet I was told they didn't have anything pumpkin at all. Listening is fundamental but yet the employee was in such a rush to tell me what they AIN'T got. 2nd day attempt: Finally got one. Get home, I pulled it out of the bag and it was so hard and stale feeling. It was all smushed in & it was so tiny. No way it was made that day. That was last month's doughnut. What happen to full size, fluffy fresh doughnuts? Wasted my gas going back & forth 4x's. Manager gave me my money back as if that was worth the 4 trips & disappointment. The employees here are dishonest and lazy. I ordered a medium iced coffee and some donuts. The iced coffee they handed me was smaller than the cup my son gets with his happy meal. When I questioned them they insisted that I got the correct size (the manager was right there too). Since I was in the drive through and didn't want to hold up other people from getting to work I just left. The coffee it self was so watered down it was like drinking flavored water. It was awful! I ended up throwing it away anyway. But the point is... If they ran out of the other sized cups or even if they messed up and gave me the wrong size, just tell me. It really isn't that big of deal but to treat me like I'm stupid and didn't know any better really makes me mad. I hope they get better management and honest employees. This is my favorite Krispy Keene in the entire country. Why? It's nostalgic. I think you can get hot doughnuts at any time these days, but back when I went to college here you had to look for that red flashing sign! I'd leave Seville Quarter at 3am and I could usually find the sign blinking. I'd feel like I hit the jackpot. Who doesn't want extra sweet hot doughnuts after shaking their tail all night at a club? If the "hot donuts now" light wasn't flashing, we'll what's the point? I worked downtown too and if I happened to be in the area and saw that light it would draw me in even if I wasn't thinking about doughnuts. This location always allowed people to see behind the scenes and watch the hot doughnuts being made and coming down the conveyor belt and being picked up with a stick by a worker getting your hot doughnut box ready. Today the building has been renovated and it looks all new, red bricked and shiny. There's a new drive thru which I thoroughly appreciate. read more
