We stopped here to grab a bite to eat while on a road trip. The food and coffee quality at Dunkin's is just not good. The food is all premade and reheated and lacks flavor. It could be better if bread was toasted or cheese was melted on sandwiches, but there seems to not be a desire to make sandwiches that actually taste edible. I love Dunkin but there is a reason this one has such horrible reviews. Save yourself and go to the other Dunkin' up the street or to the Starbucks next door. They DO NOT have cold brew. It is a watered down ice coffee. I have mentioned it several times and just get the same reply... "that's how it is" This morning is my absolute last trip to this specific store. I go here just about every morning to snag a donut or too and recently the donuts have been phenomenal. I don't know what changed or who got fired/hired but the donuts I feel like have been upped in quality like x10. Used to previously get some and the glazed ones would always be half glazed or hardly even glazed at all. But these ones along with the filled donuts I feel like there is also more filling and just all around better quality. I feel like they must have had a change of management and new workers because the quality and speed of which I'm getting service has been phenomenal. Went through the drive thru. Nobody in line ahead while the Starbucks on the corner of pine forest and nine mile is slammed. Ordered a medium caramel macchiato with no foam... got 2/3 of a cup full and a broken lid. The girl working the drive thru window was not pleasant and said "I got all the foam off that I could". I ordered a large coffee, breakfast wrap and hash browns. The only thing that was worth ingesting was the wrap, and that was only after I heated it up. My coffee was cold and old and the hash browns were cold and undercooked. The hash browns irked me the most , because I watched the lady put them in the oven and then 20 seconds later take them out! I've given this Dunkin' multiple tries but each time I end up waiting 40 mins for a coffee with no one in line. They make the other persons complete order before even taking yours. I've been waiting at the mic for them to take my order for about 25 min. I know they might be trying to trick the sensor or maybe just really low staff but I've yet to have a good experience. Went through drive through and tried to order a frozen coffee and i accidentally said the word "frappe" instead. I said "Can i get a medium frozen caramel frappe" and the guy rudely responds and says "This is dunkin NOT starbucks we don't have frappes" and I respond and said "oh okay i thought it was the same thing... i don't know why you have an attitude..?" and he proceeds to tell me to leave and that i won't get food today. If my girlfriend didn't like Dunkin' so much I would never go. There's a few that are great but majority of staff is rude and makes you not want to return. If you go on a weekend better plan to add an extra 30 mins if you want a coffee as they can't seem to handle more than one car. I hate leaving negative reviews. Your staff is a rip on Saturday mornings. We ordered less than we wanted to at the drive thru because your staff was so rude.

I usually always start my mornings off at this location. Most of the staff are always super cheerful and polite. Today, just so happened to be my birthday, decided to treat myself and my early morning to a thin mint coffee, which is AMAZING. (I have gone to this specific location and ordered this frozen drink many many many times) I've always been pleased with the customer service, unfortunately until today. I pulled up to the drive through menu and was immediately greeted with a sour attitude from the manager "Kelli". Later found out the she was indeed the manager. She started off with "Just look at the menu and hold on a second". Which took me back for a second just because I've never had that kind of interaction there before. Regardless, I asked for my typical frozen thin mint coffee. Kelli, proceeded to cut me off and say "no, We don't offer that and we never have." She said they wouldn't do it because she would have to "clean out her blender for an hour." I'm not sure what the true protocol is, but I've had this drink many times and I've never heard that they wouldn't do it. I'm just taken back because how demeaning her voice was. I did call around the other other locations just to clarify and the two other closest locations told me that they could do the frozen coffee and that they were shocked by how the manager spoke. Regardless, Pune forest location and Kelli will no longer be getting any service from my family. I would rather drive out of my way to support another location/business that treat their customers with respect and are polite. read more

Went in to get dunkin coffee at the beginning of a 12hr drive. Ordered coffee on the mobile app as always walked in to somekne making them who finished threw Them on the counter and yelled two iced coffee's not saying my name not saying what kind of coffee order just to iced coffee's and they're a lot more complicated that get orders realize that the copies were made completely wrong one back to the counter had to call somebody to the counter for help explain to them the problem which is obvious because the coffee's were so wrong and color she didn't snatch them out of my husband's hand and threw them in the trash couple minutes later we get them remade and you know what they're still not right but I don't want to deal with this bullshit very rude very nasty people so glad this is only on a drive and I won't have to come back here read more

THIS IS THE WORST DD I've ever visited!!!!!!! I love Dunkin' Donuts coffee and this one is on my way to work I've been there 3x and all bad experiences!!! First the customer service sucks! They are slow and seems like nobody there knows how to efficiently get the customer through. My first time ( drive thru) I order a coffee and a bagel they asked me to pull to the door ( nobody was behind me) they came out with my coffee and a cold bagel with no cream cheese.... ok it happens next time I only order a coffee nothing fancy just a black coffee and they again asked me to pull to the front FOR A COFFEE!!!! So I did 15 min later I had to get out of my car and get the friken coffee. Today I decided to give them one more try and again they gave me my coffee and asked to pull to the door for my bagel along with 2 other cars behind me, they get their stuff and again I had to get out and ask for my bagel, the lady behind the counter said " it's coming in a few minutes" I said " just keep it" and walked out.... I just went to this Dunkin for the first time. Normally I go to the Starbucks near this Dunkin but haven't been satisfied there for quite a while. The girl on the speaker in the drive thru ( maybe Megan as the name) was so kind and got everything I ordered correctly. As I went up to pay at the window, a young man, I believe who said was the regional manager or something of the sort, was also absolutely wonderful! The customer experience I received at this dunkin was as if I was going through Chick-fil-A. I was extremely impressed and will most certainly visit again. read more
