This DD holds people hostage! If you place a mobile order, you can pick it up in store or at the drive thru. Well the drive thru line has been out to the street every morning for a long time so that's not a great option - you can't even navigate the parking lot! So if you opt to go inside, they turn the names on the receipts towards them so you can't see the names but then the entire staff avoids making any eye contact with you at all so you have to like lean over the counter and turn everyone's stuff around. , Also, if you order donuts, they are never ready with your coffee at the counter, so you may be able to find your coffee order, however, the donuts that you've already paid for are not there, and back to the no eye contact thing, you can't get anyone's attention so someone can grab your donuts. Usually I go here and there donuts are stale, the last few times I've been here this week the donuts have been fresh and delicious. I don't know what the difference is but whatever you're doing keep doing it. Fresh donuts are better that stale gross donuts. read more

What can improve? It's 2025 and the reviews from years ago are just as bad. My very close family members who wanted service and didn't get it, were met with an evening manager, who didn't "listen, apologize, solve, or thank them" for bringing the issue to their attention, as it is the establishment's policy. They were simply told to leave immediately after asking why they were not served. There was no arguing back-and-forth because as soon as they were asked to leave, they left. This is unacceptable, especially when they were not causing a commotion; were the only customers in the lobby that evening, and we're only asking for an explanation. The Drive-through was busy, but that's no explanation for ignoring customers. The lobby should be closed if it's too busy. And yes, the manager knew they were waiting for a while. Again, this is 2025, and in March. I'll never go there again. read more

We had to take care of some family business in this area but we live no where near here. We stopped for a quick picker upper to get us home and the .87 Pens win coffee was piping hot and tasty. They could of stirred it a bit better for us as the sugar was all at the bottom. The coffee served its purpose though and helped get us home safely. read more

I came to this location twice in the matter of 2 hours, and both times the girl working the drive through was so rude, that I actually called the manager after I left the second time. The food here, is never good, and the donuts are never fresh. Take the extra 5 minutes and drive to the Murrysville location. They're always kind, prompt and the food and donuts are ALWAYS fresh. I can handle the food not being great, and if I'm just wanting a coffee; it sucks to have to drive to Murrysville. I stop for breakfeast every morning, so 3-4 days/week I'll hit up the Dunkin drive through. Every time I'm leaving the drive through with my probably wrong or probably burnt to hell food I always think to myself "why not wake up 15 minutes earlier and hit up literally any other Dunkin" If you plan on going through the drive through any morning between 8:45-9:15 Bring a book, sit back and relax, because you are going to be running 45 minutes late to that 9:30 in account of the 12 cars ahead of you probably have incorrect orders. Make sure to speak very slowly and clearly when ordering (EDIT- this doesn't really help. Assumed it would but 9/10 food is wrong) Don't ask for extra cream cheese bc your not getting it. hope you like burnt to a f*ckin crispt, bc there is one level of toasty and that seems to be it. and if u really wanted that vanilla iced coffee you ordered u can get f*cked bc you're going to be handed wrong coffee. Once again I tried this Dunkin' Donuts swore I would never do it but because it's so convenient to my house I did it again and much to my dismay that nasty girl who's running the drive-through this morning has a poor attitude. She serves cold coffee from a machine that never works I don't quite understand why this hasn't been taken care of because it's been going on for a long time the last time I went to this Dunkin' Donuts I said I wouldn't come back because of it and I thought today I'll try again and it's still not working correctly but they're still serving the coffee charging you five dollars for a cold cup and they have no qualms about it . I love Dunkin and this one, unfortunately, is close to my work, but it is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I order a croissant with cheese, toasted. Every other Dunkin melts the cheese and only charges me for a croissant and up-charge to add cheese. This one charges me for a full breakfast sandwich (with meat and egg) and never melts the cheese. No matter how I order it or stress to melt the cheese, they literally warm up a croissant and throw a piece of cheese on it. This has happened so often and it's so annoying now, that I'll go out of my way to go to another Dunkin so I'm not overcharged and my order is right. read more

Stopped at this Dunkin for a quick breakfast. It's located on a divided highway therefore you have to turn at the intersection prior to or just do a turn around. This store is pretty small with about 4-5 tables so it has less of a homey, comfortable vibe. Nevertheless there was a woman reading a book. I love Dunkin Donuts...both their donuts and their coffee. While driving, I happened to see a DD on Golden Mile Hwy. Since I hadn't eaten breakfast, I decided to stop. I went through the drive-thru and ordered an old fashioned donut and coffee. While the coffee was ok..I took one bite of the donut and almost choked! It was so dry and tasteless! What do they do there.....sell old donuts??? Later that day, I was talking to my niece and told her about my experience. She said.."I could have told you never to go there...their donuts are gross!" Find another breakfast restaurant! 10:00 am on a Saturday morning and they are nearly sold out of doughnuts, No glazed, no chocolate, no sugar, no cake of any sort. You could have boston cream or some strange looking orange creation if you had to have a doughnut. Doughnuts are out so I order a bagel sandwich. Sorry, don't have bagels either! I would understand if they had big crowd this morning and got hit hard but this is common practice for this place. They are frequently out of product. I don't understand the negative reviews. I live in Plum and come here often to get a coffee and work in the corner with my laptop. The workers are always friendly to me. The coffee is good. And normally if I splurged and get a donut, that's good too. Is it perfect? Waited in like for 15 minutes (mind you there was only one other couple inside), but for some odd reason the ENTIRE staff decided to make this one couples order. After waiting, and seeing multiple donut possibilities given out to drive thru customers, I ended up having muffins and glazed donuts to choose from. I wouldn't even give this place star if that was an option. Being a business owner and someone who teaches customer service to employees, it saddens me to see a business run like this one. It was exciting to have a Dunkin' Donuts open in Plum, and it is a shame they can't get this one running efficiently. The staff do not know how to communicate to customers, 90% of the time my order is wrong, and the food is not properly cooked or the bagels are stale. I wanted to see this location succeed and have provided constructive feedback to the company, however it has not changed. I have given this location many chances in hopes it will improve, but this visit today will be the last. I will travel the extra 10 minutes to the Murrysville location where the customer service is the best, and your order is never disappointing. read more
