Great location. Food and drinks are good and constant. Staff is friendly. The coffee aroma inside is captivating. Clean store with adequate seating. Somewhat pricy but with Starbucks that's expected. The one downfall is parking. The lot is crazy. Hard to find parking spots and the setup is just bad, can be confusing and somewhat frustrating . Too many stores and not enough parking. I was in the area and had a coffee craving. This is one of the more unusual laid out stores, Very intresting. You walk in to a very long store left and right and front to back is narrow. The store has a big huge counter that seems to stretch the entire length of the store. I ordered a venti coffee frap with whip cream. The baristas where very nice and super fast. I would say I have never in all the years going to any Starbucks got my drink that fast. The drink was made perfectly and tasted great. I had a great experience at this location and would definitely go again if in the area. If you want great drinks and fast service I recommend this location. read more

Starbucks# 2nd time order was messed up. Murrysville Starbucks couldn't seem to get any part of the order correct. BF placed IRDER at drive through... When my order was brought home it had no whip, no caramel ribbon crunch no extra espresso not even the correct size. There was no name on it and no sticker on the cup. Called to get a refund and they wasted 15 minutes going back and forth between the girl who answered, girl at the register, whomever took the order, made the order, worked the window and whomever else they could waste our time with. After which they said they couldn't find the order at all. Then the little hint of "maybe you ordered it wrong - look at the sticker on the cup- which didn't exist. Not even a name on the cup. Finally we got "The girl at the window doesn't remember the order" Asked to speak with the manager, Kim, who said our only option was to drive back to Murrysville #starbucks, a 45 min trip for us to go there - order- come back for a drink they messed up. Personally, this Starbucks has been efficient regarding mobile orders whether online or in-person. Although, the line can be long and when inside, there can be a wait when your order is being taken. Not a bad Starbucks, the staff are always nice and they remake drinks if they don't taste right--sans eye roll which is awesome . Their manager is really involved and you can tell the staff enjoy their jobs and want to be there. This makes a huge difference to me. The bathrooms could use a remodel / upgrade. They never seem clean and always smell off, okay in a pinch but not good if you are there a lot. Also their drive thru is right next to two trash dumpsters and these smell horrid in the summer. It's starbucks so the coffee and food taste like any other location. The reason that this location receives such a low rating is because of the service. While this location may be accessible and seem busy all the time, don't let that fool you. When your order inside, you watch a team of about 6-9 people fumbling around behind the counter. I've waited over 15 minutes for a simple drink, when having only 2 people order before me in line. It has never been a quick trip for me when I order from here whether in the store or via the drive-tru. The employees give definite preference to the people in the drive-tru. But again, don't be fooled. Sometimes the drive-tru can be even worse because there are more people ahead of you in line. The problem comes down to the fact that this store is just slow. I've watch them have to stare at recipes again and again and then often dump out a drink and start over. Certain people seem to spend too much time socializing, or there seems to be tension among the group and they completely ignore one another and avoid each other which often adds on to the wait time. I really want to like this location, and have given them multiple chances because I understand they just opened and are in the process of training people. However after waiting 20 minutes for a lukewarm cup of coffee today, I think I've given up. read more

We ordered one Venti Very Berry Hibiscus with no ice and one Venti Very Berry Hibiscus with no ice and no water. We always order this and have never had a problem, until today. We got both half full cups and when we asked about it, they said that they couldn't waste the extra product. New, smallish, clean, excellent service, great coffee. That is what we come here for. Also serving sandwiches and baked goods. A little hard to get into and out of the location. This is in the old Blue Spruce Pool area which is bbuilt up as a new commercial space in Murrysville. One other good thing, if you like it, is they have a drive thru. read more

I feel that the service is above that which I received at locations I frequented in the area I used to live (CA) and that the baristas are knowledgeable and quite helpful. I want to like this location because it is the only Starbucks near me. The staff is usually nice. However, you cannot do work here. It seems the manager likes to take up a 4 person table to do her work. I thought the tables were for the customers, not for the staff. Sometimes the employees and manager take up 4-5 tables unloading boxes. Shouldn't that be done before or after closing? I know many locations can be noisy but this place is noisy because of the staff. They are so loud when they speak to each other. Another problem here is the amount of flies roaming around. I went through the drive thru today. May 25, 2018 at around 4:20 and the girl working made wrong payments. Didn't scan the card on my phone, without scanning she told me that there was no money. I am very disappointed with this service. We tried to scan the birthday reward on another phone and she charged the whole purchase onto her other gift card without asking. She then refunded us, however made us pay for the free drink. We told her about this and she continued to close the window on us. She had dirty blonde hair. read more
