I am not a huge Dunkin fan, as the coffee just isn't flavorful to me; but I opted to try the viral cookie butter latte. To my surprise it was really good and it had a nice subtle flavor. I enjoyed the bacon jam grilled cheese the most. The cheese itself could have been toasted more, but overall the flavor was really really good; I do think they should keep this on the menu. Shoutout to the awesome team at Dunkin this morning !!! I've been trying to acclimatize my pup to people, by driving her around and getting her to get used to drive throughs - she comes from an abused previous home and is still learning the humans are friendly . This morning, she went on a loud barking spree at the Dunkin's drive through but the folks at the service window were amazing with her - they were patient and friendly and also fed her whipped cream to calm her down! Definitely one of the better spots in Pooler to get your coffee/lattes. I have been going to this spot for years and my lattes are always on point. The drive thru line can get packed, but it doesn't take long at all normally because the staff doesn't mess around. The food and donuts is always fresh and good to eat too. I would definitely recommend this location over the Starbucks across the street. read more

Traveled to this location after a horrible experience at the Dunkin further down the road, we were greeted right away and the young man behind the counter took our order right away, we had our food quickly and my husband and I decided to try the new chicken and bell pepper and the chorizo and cheese wraps. I stopped in at 6am to get 2 dozen donuts for work and the 2 ladies behind the counter were so outwardly nasty to the young man trying to learn the job! I heard them call him f@&: stupid, speak down to him in front of the customers waiting when all he was doing was trying to help. He was very polite and friendly and I truly felt sorry for him having to endure such abuse from these 2 miserable women. After calling the location I was able to find out Christina the gal that called him f@&: stupid is the Asst. Manager and she said it to Shonda the owner of the store. I'm still fairly new to the Dunkin Donuts scene. I'm not the biggest fan of their donuts, though I can't say no to a chocolate cake donut. Who's with me on that one? I normally go for an iced coffee or macchiato, and I kept it simple, none of those super fancy complicated syrups, other than your basic vanilla or caramel. I also have a hard time remembering that THEY add the creamer. So the other day when I went into the store, got my drink and tried to add creamer, it hit me they weren't out. I was suppose to tell them to add it. Thank you customer service for not laughing at me. Sometimes though, I want to be in control of how much creamer I'm adding, because there is such a thing as too little or too much. But I digress. For my first time here, not bad. Will I be back? This location as gradually gotten worse over the past year. Each time we order iced coffee with a no sugar flavor shot we are given coffee that has copious amounts of liquid cane sugar added. Even we ordered no add-on flavor shots but asked for splendas instead, our drinks came with liquid cane sugar. Today we bought breakfast sandwiches along with our coffees in an online order though the app and when we got to the window they didn't know our order and asked us to repeat it. Upon ordering once again our coffees were made incorrectly and our sandwiches were burnt to an inedible point. Service seemed rushed and not customer service oriented and overall I am not inclined to give my money to this business anymore. Hopefully the new location down the street will be better. read more

Train your employees to have customer service skills or hiring new people. Every time I come they are rude and I have to repeat my order 3X times literally every time I come through the drive thru. So, I have been craving donuts this week. Like I need more calories. Lol! So instead of my normal Starbucks stop I visited Dunkin. First morning, drive thru. Third morning this week, like omg just realized I had donuts three mornings straight, not good Myra, not good. They were good tho. If it wasnt for the donuts, the stars would go down. Anyhoo, third morning, go inside and cashier was just bad. I wanted to gift someone at work who's leaving with donuts so I was asking questions about what are some of your favorite donut holes, what do people like, yada yada yada. It appeared my questions were to tough for her. She became so distracted and even lost focus. I move on to ask about their ice coffee and explained the last one was just blah and wanted to know how I could order it differently to change the way it tasted. Again she wasnt much help. I decided on the blueberry donut holes for my colleague, got my cake chocolate donut, an iced coffee and my sandwich. Get coffee and blah, so I asked the young lady who made it for help. She was much more knowledgeable and explained their regular coffee was really light, told me they offered cold brew and I would prolly like that, she suggested changing the number of additives, etc. Win for her, great job! Sandwich was cold. Like really, that ticked me off but I was gone when I bit into it. I would suggest when putting donuts that have chocolate or other coverings that may transfer in the bag, wrap each one. Dont throw them in the bag upside down, chocolate to chocolate, or just willy nilly. My chocolate was at the bottom of the bag one day another on the side of the bag and it all didnt make it in my tummy! The coffee here is fine, you really can't go wrong with Dunkin coffee. However, the food is questionable. I ordered the ham, cheese and egg on English muffin and the bread was freezings cold but the insides were warm. Honestly I wouldn't recommend any sandwiches here. Go to Starbucks for that. Ordered dozen chocolate glazed donuts and was told could NOT order a dozen but could could if it was split with another kind, like 1/2 with sprinkles. I was in a hurry which was why I pulled in there in the first place or I would have argued this point. Said ok, got the order and when I got home there were 6 barely covered with chocolate glazed donuts with sprinkles and 6 chocolate CAKE donuts (no chocolate frosting). I hate caked donuts! When ordering from inside they acted like I was an alien because apparently nobody orders inside anymore (I wore a mask and they're set up to take inside orders).
