Just ordered their mint chip frozen coffee and it tastes disgusting. Too much mint or syrup/tastes like spoiled milk. Tried calling the store to tell them and phone rang for a few minutes with no answer. This is the WORST Dunkin in the state of Georgia. Nobody answered me through the intercom for a few minutes so I awkwardly waited. I had to repeat my order like 5x and they STILL got it wrong. I'm a patient person so I told them politely that it was the wrong flavor and asked them to remake it and they STILL messed it up. But that stuff isn't what bothered me, it was the blatant attitude for no reason. I have a friend who went to this exact store a few weeks ago (had her order messed up too) and same thing -- nothing but attitude. I'd understand if I was being a Karen but I was nothing but understanding and polite. Management needs to hire better employees because this place is a joke read more

I'm surprised by the 1-star reviews. These are the freshest donuts I've ever had! Originally from the Northeast, I grew up on Dunkin' Donuts. My family and I have stopped at this location several times. We only order donuts and every time the store has been clean and bright. The staff has always been friendly and prompt. My son now makes a point to stop at this location on his way home from college. If you are a fan of DD's donuts, you won't be disappointed. It's definitely worth a stop if you're passing this exit on I-16. read more

I work across the street from this Dunkin' and come here frequently. I have never had a bad experience! This location is brand new, it opened the same week I started my job in August 2020. They are still working out a few kinks, but over all the staff is friendly and efficient. Currently the cafe is closed for dine in, but open for togo orders and mobile ordering through the app. The drive thru is open too! The coffee is always hot & fresh. Whenever I order a snack from here, usually hash browns or the bagel minis, it is ready fast and tastes great. A customer of mine brings munchkins every Thursday, which are soft and delicious. Went to this location this morning to grab a quick bite to eat, when we noticed that the line for the drive through was out into the street in an unsafe way, so we opted to go into the location. As we were approaching the door an associate stepped out and turned us away stating that the dining room was closed because they didn't have enough workers. Okay...went to the DD in Pooler, GA this AM. Made a specific order - 2 Boston Creme, 2 raspberry filled, 2 choc cake donuts and then mix/match the last 6. When I got home, I had 6 plain and 6 with pink icing. Took them back...explained the issue. Repeated my order again and went home. This time I got 1 lemon filled, 3 Boston Creme, 1 choc cake and the rest were mix/matched. I wasn't going back yet again...I figured, "How difficult can this be? And they want $15/hr wages????" Food took a long time, the doughnuts were dry. There were plenty of workers but their stuff was all over the best table. The doughnuts have gone down hill for the whole restaurant chain. They need to fix the doughnuts!! Another thing, the women's restroom is a hazard. The baby changing table was installed at knee high height and is sloped down so that a baby could roll off. Almost every weekend we visit here since it is near Costco, but since the General Manager left a few months ago this location has been suffering. The previous GM was making sure employees were working especially during high traffic times so orders would be ready. Now employees look at there phones and just do the minimum. Ever try calling I have been for 30 minutes they pick up and hang up on you or take phone off the hook. Sad part I am calling make sure they have all the ingredients for my order. They are ALWAYS out of stock. Even cups a few weeks ago straws last week strawberry whatever, yesterday whipcream. And the drinks are always made different go in the morning thats when they are made right. If I want a coffee after morning shift I travel past this one. Absolutely terrible. EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL MANAGER!!! A young African American man yelled at me from the start when I said "What?" after he began speaking over the young lady who was taking my order and I did not understand. I asked him not to yell at me , not to raise his voice, but he just went off from there. I went inside the store to speak with the manager, but HE WAS THE MANAGER! I asked for an excuse and explanation, but he refused, continued yelling at me, told he "did not have time to put up with this bulls#%t, told me repeatedly to get out of HIS store while pointing at the door while still yelling at me. The 3 other female employees were speechless. I tried to reason with him, but it was pointless. He told me to report him and he didn't care if I did. At that point I just left. There were people who heard him outside and in the store. How sad and shocking to see such a behavior from such a young person. Terrible location. I've been twice. First when they opened and it was chaos with workers throwing things around with no training and supplies ran out before noon. I gave it another show recently and we order munchkins at drive through. When we came to window cashier asked what we ordered and when I told her munchkins she looked around and handed us a box on the front counter. We tried to pay and she told us just to take them. They were not the correct ones (we wanted all glazed) but free donuts so we drove away. They were stale and inedible. Will not be returning for a 3rd attempt. read more

Apparently you can't flip people off or give less than one star so here is my nightmare. (Not my first at this location but everyone deserves a second chance.) I visited this location at 1pm on a Friday afternoon. When I pulled into the drive thru there were 3 cars in front of me. It took 30 minutes for me to get to the speaker. I waited patiently while I watched an employee take out some garage and have a smoke break while talking on her headphones. (I am assuming that she didn't think the store was too busy to wait to take a smoke break.) Then I was asked to wait. I'm realizing that the store is literally taking one order at the time. Finishing one order before taking the next. The (only) car in front of me got their order and drive away before I placed my order. I order one large coffee with caramel and mocha with cream only and one Boston cream donut. I was asked to wait so they could check to see if there was a Boston cream donut. I did not get a total but was told to "come on up to the window". I hear the car behind me be asked to wait. I get to the window and was given my total from one young lady. She scans my app and asks what kind of donut I ordered. I tell her and she brings it to me upside down in a large bag. She closes the window and a second young lady comes to the window with a large (dark) iced beverage. I get it and have to ask for a straw. I pull away. Annoyed. It has been a 47 minutes process. Surprise- My iced beverage is NOT what I ordered. No flavor. No sugar. A teaspoon of cream. Literally 3 ice cubes. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. The horrendous line at Starbucks is worth it. This Dunkin' has gone so far down hill! They're inefficient, get almost all your orders wrong and are closed half the time. The staff always looks like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off and look like they are in a constant state of being overwhelmed. Now they're limiting the amount of food you can get to 2 hot food items per car which is ridiculous. Not to mention they're always out of half the coffee on their menu at only 10 am. When I got to the window she handed me the coffee and I said could I have a couple napkins, and she literally just grabbed a stack and gave them to me.
