Such a kind and welcoming location! The baristas here are so sweet. I had a wonderful barista who was very helpful in finding a mug for me that I could not find out on the floor. She immediately set to help me and found the mug. I'm incredibly grateful to her but unfortunately never caught her name. She is a gem though! Ok so first off I am not a morning person, but I went to Starbucks on Berwick this morning. I was greeted by Jason with the biggest smile super nice guy. He was laughing and joking. There was another lady who replaced him. I didn't get her name, but she also had a super nice personality. They both laughed and smiled constantly. I complemented them because I've been to a lot of drive-through and it's evident a lot of people there don't like their job but at this particular drive-through at this particular Starbucks, it was evident they loved their job either that or they were really good at hiding it. They were smiling. It's just so happy. I drove away and looked at the drinks that I purchased. They wrote little notes on the cups and Drew little faces. I've never seen that before, but little smiley faces and the word Yum it was probably one of the cutest things I've ever seen brightened my morning. I could only imagine if someone was having a terrible day and they were greeted by Jason with his big giant smile and wonderful personality and look at their cups and saw the "extra" put into it. The little smiley faces that it would brighten their day in this world that is so dreary sometimes it was extra nice to be greeted by a big smile. I highly recommend this particular Starbucks. The drinks were amazing but the personality and the customer service was a plus God bless. read more

I love the Berwick Starbucks! The baristas are knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They really try to get to know their regulars. I really appreciate and love that! It's so nice when I walk in to be greeted by name. They are doing mobile orders. The Starbucks app makes it easy to mobile order. The options for pickup on mobile are inside or drive thru. You can order inside during certain hours, but it's pick up and leave. The lobby is not available for seating. The drive thru is available for ordering as well. Their drive thru is the most efficient and quickest of the Starbuck drive thrus in Savannah. Their bathroom is open too! read more

One of the few I've been to lately that still had the brown sugar syrup. We ordered the oat milk brown sugar shaken espresso. Forgot to add the extra shot. This is the best Starbucks ever! Nice and clean. Friendly staff. I hesitate to share my secret, but I'm buying the heck out of their lunch boxes. The chickpea and gauc is my favorite - basically falafels, gauc carrots and ranch. Tasty quick lunch. The chicken sandwich is delicious. I love the overnight oats. The warm Banana bread is so good. Always late when you order through the app. And not just a few mins. I order through the app normally, nothing complicated. I've put it in 20 mins before I was going to get it and I've still waited 20 mins for a total of 40 mins for a chai tea. And I wanted to give a quick shout out because yall are always on top of your game when I come by here. I also want to give a special shout out to Marc. Thank you for always being kind. Your pleasant voice is always good to hear when I'm placing my order and thank you for the puppuccino. Molly loved it! I know cake pops have been around forever, but if you're like me and have never tried one but have always wanted to but wanted to know what they tasted like, then maybe this info will help you! I've always pondered getting a cake pop but would think why are they so small? Is one enough? Should I get two? I imagined them tasting like just regular cake. I wondered several times what they were like and I finally tried one the other day(it was my birthday) so I thought I would share my thoughts on them. They are extremely sweet and rich, not like a regular cake. Almost too much so for me. So even though they are small, one is all you need. The cake part in the middle was very moist but just so rich. The icing was very thick and sweet. I ended up scooping the icing off and just eating the cake part because it was so sweet. But I really do not like foods that are super sweet in general, so if that's your thing then you will love them! Overall I'm glad I tried one but they are not my favorite item on the menu!
