Also, I was with a large group and didn't realize they had included the tip - and not only a tip on my lunch, but the $20+ worth of chocolate I had bought at the counter that they insisted on just adding to my lunch tab! Stopped by this afternoon with my granddaughter. I'd never been before. Walked in to no greeting, we walked to the counter and I asked how it worked, if we sit first, if we order at the counter, if there's a menu. Guy with glasses goes around behind the counter and was quick to let us know they "close in a few minutes". I checked my watch, it was 4:20, I advised that I saw on the door that they close at 5 and asked if they were closing early. They weren't. I then asked if it took a really long time to make a sandwich. The girl at the register said it didn't. If it were not for.the fact that I was there with my granddaughter, and the fact that she greatly dislikes confrontation, I would have made very clear my feelings about the unwelcoming attitudes, and absolute lack of any sort of customer service. Their food isn't bad, but the service is super slow. If you have two hours or more it's fine but truly it takes forever. I will say don't get the chicken Caesar wrap-the last two times I got it I got food poisoning. Haven't had issues with the fries and the iced coffee isn't bad. The menu is 2 pages but packed with lots of breakfast (available all day), soup, salad, and lunch options. The lunch side lists that they have gluten-free bread and crepe so I ordered the jalapeño chicken salad sandwich but on the crepe. The crepe was rolled like a wrap. There was a lot of filling in it but no spice at all (if you're worried about the jalapeños). It came with a choice of side. I saw the extra crispy homestyle fries in a picture here in Yelp, well they did not disappoint! Crispy, savory, and great with the cilantro aioli. My friends ordered the same and a turkey sandwich on a gluten-free bun. The sweet potato fries had a great flavor as well. We were all in the clean plates club! I also picked out some chocolates to go. They have something for everyone including several sugar free chocolates, truffles, chocolate covered things, and even sugar candy. Everything was delicious!! We had the chicken salad with a side of fruit - the fajita crepe with a side of sweet potato fries - and the kids turkey panini with a side of fruit. The chicken salad was the best I've ever had!! So yummy! The fresh fruit side was orange slices, watermelon, cantaloupe, and strawberries slices. If I could give zero stars I would. It was absolutely horrible. It was our first time coming here. It started off good until we got cold coffee when it was supposed to be hot. I didn't say anything. The kids food came out cold again suppose to be hot. When our food came out the spicy omelette was horrible. I tried to eat it but the chicken was gross and the potatoes that came with it were cold and hard. It took forever for the waitress to come back to the table after the food was dropped off. When she did finally come back and she took the plate and came back saying they could take off half off because I took a couple bites out of it. The manager came by rude as hell trying to tell me no one has problems with the omelette so it must be my taste buds. She did finally take the food off and then wanted to come back to the table and sarcastically told me to have a nice day. We will not be giving this place a second try. However, the Buckeye iced latte left something to be desired. I was expecting a sweet iced coffee drink, but it just tasted salty and the chocolate stuck to the sides and bottom of cup bc the ice chilled it & when I arrived home I had to put sugar in it to make it sweet and somewhat "drinkable". I also ordered some truffles and toffee which was outstanding. Would have given a five star review if it wasn't for that iced coffee...a little disappointing since it was $7, wouldn't recommend that drink unless they change the flavor profile. This is a cute place with plenty of seating, and our waiter was very friendly. We each ate the jalapeño chicken salad sandwich on a croissant, which was delicious and had a little kick to it. One of the sandwiches had a lot of bread but not much chicken salad, but the meal as a whole was lovely. We came here for brunch. Prior to arriving I was in a foul mood... so I wanted to eat my feelings... and the name of this restaurant had "chocolate " in it. We ordered the fried ravioli. It was great taste and texture... but extremely hot when it came out. So be careful with that. I ordered The Warm and Melty (pimento cheese, bacon, & spinach crepe) and my husband got the Meat Loafer crepe with sweet potato fries. They were both really good. I would like to try their hot chocolates next time. Our service was good and quick. They seemed very pleasant. They have a chocolate shop on the other side where you can buy candies made on site. We had to get some of their fresh dipped chocolate covered strawberries and they did not disappoint. It was hard not to buy a bunch of candy before leaving. This place is ridiculous! They sell all kinds of chocolate, including sugar free items. We have eaten lunch here a few times and always enjoyed everything we have tried. Staff is always pleasant. I finally got around to trying one of their desserts, pineapple cheesecake. It was absolutely delectable! I paired it with a hot lavender tea with lemon and honey. All of the staff were extremely attentive as always and especially because the ac wasn't working on this particular hot summer day, they made sure everyone was as comfortable as possible. I swung into the new rink and location while running errands a couple days ago, I ordered some sea salt truffles, a chocolate peanut butter bar that had pretzels and potato chips in it, got some chocolate lollipops for the kids and even ordered a broccoli and cheddar soup. The chocolates were absolutely delicious and the soup was top-tier. the soup was packed full and extra creamy. I think what's most important is how nice the people were. A young woman who packed my order not only packed it with love but was so kind and made me feel like I can order my treats which ever way I like. We asked for a cup of coffee afterward. They made us a 2nd Latte that was better but still had 50% foam. The crepe was like cold pudding with a cold wrap. The outside had a drizzle of chocolate. I think it was called a Savannah Sweet Crepe. On the positive side, we had an egg/spinach/sausage breakfast bowl that was very tasty and plentiful. I saw some bagel sandwiches that were huge and a good looking salad on the tables around us. We picked up some salted dark chocolate caramel that were first rate. We were heading to Cracker Barrel, but my kids said let's go here so my other daughter can try it. The owner of this place needs to reevaluate her menu and pricing! I complained about how their check system does not work for customers. When we ask for the bill, we only get a piece of paper that has our check number, which we bring to the cashier and they match it with the itemized bill. Why can't we see the itemized bill while we are still at our table? I can bet that customers want to see what they are being charged for, instead of going up to the cashier and she says, "Your total is $50" and if we know ahead of time, we wouldn't be so surprised when we go to pay. Why make it so hard for the customers to see beforehand? Sadly, because of our not so good second visit, we won't be coming back. The prices are outrageous and service was not helping either. My family visited this spot yesterday on the way home. I ordered a BLT and fries while my wife got the chicken salad. Kids loved the desert. Food was good but kudos to the staff working yesterday. Their service is top notch. They frequently asked to make sure we were ok and even offered to move chairs and table outside so we can sit together as a family with our new puppy. One of the first places we heard about in RH was All Things Chocolate & More. I have been several times since we moved to the area and it's been great every time. I went again recently for a friend's birthday celebration for brunch on a late Saturday morning a couple of weeks ago. I was surprised to see a new, more condensed menu. What I ate - If you haven't had the Hot Chocolates here, then you are missing out! They have a choice of Milk, Dark or White. I personally love dark chocolate so I always go for dark and it is just heaven. So rich and creamy topped with whipped cream. They also used to have one with a Spanish name on the menu with real chilis floating in it that gave you a real good kick right at the end. It may still be available, but I guess you will just have to ask. If you do get one, consider yourself warned, it's SPICY! This particular visit, I had the breakfast panini. The slices of bread are sliced just the right size so that when it is pressed, you get just the right amount of crispiness, but there are still some parts of the bread that is soft. I got it with a side of Sweet Potato Fries which were also delish! In my previous visits, I have had the sweet crepes and oh my, cannolis! Just get the cannolis. One thing I am disappointed about is that they took away the Sunday Breakfast Buffet. Service - We were greeted and seated immediately upon arrival. Our waitress was great. Very knowledgeable and attentive. Vibe - It's a pretty large space. As soon as you walk in, the sweets section is on the right with a wide variety of chocolate in or shapes, sizes and colors along with ice cream and other baked goods. The rest of the restaurant is seating, different small nooks on the extreme left. The space is open and well lit, two traits you expect from a breakfast/brunch at place. Kid-Friendly - My kids love coming here, especially because they can get pancakes in the shape of their special characters. The value is great too. On the new menu, they took the pictures of the options off the menu, so just ask. They used to have Minnie, Mickey, Darth Vader? and Hello Kitty. Also, kids get an ice cream with their meals, but you can swap it for the chocolate lollipops at the candy counter.
