Customer service will give you a refund but in order to get it in 5 minutes you have to put it on a Dunkin Donuts gift card. Went back 7/25/25 just for an Iced Vanilla Chai with almond milk. This time we did a formula run all over central Jersey, and on our way home we wanted a snack. It has a DT, which is a major +! Food is just like any other DD, no complaints there. Service was pretty good and quick as well. No major issues. We got a few of our normal items like grilled cheese, snacking bacon, mini bagel bites, and munchkins. All were great! Exactly what you expect from a typical DD. Prices were a hair higher than normal due to it being on the highway, but the extra few cents for convenience is nothing. Wife enjoyed her drink and I learned that no matter what I do to their cake batter coffee, I do not like its flavor... But I do not hold that against this location.
