Out of all the Dunkin's in the area this one has the worst coffee. It never tastes good. Not sure if it's always old or they mess with the formula to save money. But since it's been opened it's been terrible. The one down the block on Raritan and Walnut is better. Never had a bad coffee at that one. read more

This review is for the DD located at 315 Central Ave in Clark NJ. Wait, wait and wait some more! Bring a newspaper or a book to read while you wait in the drive thru. Then, if you're lucky, they'll actually put enough butter on your bagel so you can enjoy your food! We ordered 3 buttered bagels and received 3 slightly Buttered bagels....we had to rebutter them when we got home. This Dunkin has the most employees I've ever seen but somehow they are unbelievably SLOW. I've seen 10 employees working behind the counter but it is very unorganized. There is never a dedicated cashier/ order taker. They will literally take an order and turn away to go make your order, then work on a mobile order or kiosk order and leave the people In Line waiting, And waiting. With that many people behind the counter someone should be dedicated to taking orders. It's like they want you to just use the single self serve kiosk, but when you use that they screw up your order and you don't get a receipt from it to show them what you are waiting for. read more

I have tried this Duncan repeatedly and they can't get the orders straight, even when ordering from the App. The Drive thru lane is always backed up because they are so disorganized and the staff is so poorly trained. Unfortunate to hear that they ran out of mostly all flavors thirty minutes to close. No french vanilla, matcha, or any holiday beverages. Matter of fact, the staff was choosing to only make drinks and make no food at that hour. Really friendly staff here. I know that it's brand new so it's not super crowded yet but I think that's the fastest I've ever gone in and out of a Dunkin donuts. I have to say of the three different dunkin's in Clark this is definitely the nicest one, and the seating inside is nice. No mess ups on my coffee, which is good. Great first trip, and I can definitely see utilizing the drive-thru in the winter. read more

This Dunkin' is great because of the drive thru and how polite the employees are, however, they don't know how to get a latte right. I purchase a latte about 4 days a week from this location and every single one is about 50% foam. Most of the time I have to turn around and have them do it again. Since they don't provide you with a receipt, there's no way of giving them any feedback. Today I got lucky and didn't get much foam. read more

ordered a caramel iced coffee as i always do with cream and sugar and cold foam. they put 1 thing of cream and 1 thing of sugar. didn't know i have to specify 3 of each. as i have been getting this drink for years from many dunkin's and no one has ever done it like that. very disappointed. and when i went to call i called twice!!!! And no one answered and they aren't busy. and i'm already on my way to south on the parkway. This dunkin donuts is the closest to my son's school so we pass by a lot to either grab breakfast or drinks, they are friendly and fast!! One day I went in because my son wanted a donut and the manager was super friendly, welcoming and sweet. She gave my son munchkins on a stick for free, then took our order (we had 2 donuts) and we didn't order any drinks. After a while she came and gave my son a strawberry refresher. I must say that made my day! I've been struggling with the high prices of everything and that day my son asked me for a donut and I wanted to see a smile on his face but this wonderful woman made us both smile. Just a little FYI about this Dunkin. I was so excited for it to open being it's around the block from my apartment and there is a drive thru. However after trying to go to this Dunkin' on MULTIPLE occasions I can say I wish it was never built. They can not get a drink correct and i am unsatisfied every single time with the taste. I just received an ice cold tea that tasted like cold milk and water. Do not waste your time going to this Dunkin!!!!! There is one less than a mile away that actually has actual good coffee and real Dunkin drinks. read more

Tried this location since it's most convenient when coming home(unless I'm in the local Shoprite as they have one in the store). Got an XL hot coffee. The coffee itself was fine but my problem is unlike every other location i've been to it was in a thin cardboard cup & even with the cardboard "ring" I couldnt hold it for more than a few seconds. I was told at my usual stop(which uses Styrofoam) & asked & he said the newer ones are using them. All of them are now using tissue paper white napkins so instead of 2 i grab 5-6. If i continue to visit this location & that is the only problem i'll adjust my rating. read more

I placed an order on the app, but the app no longer gives you a pick up time. I arrive, but do to COVID19 I cannot enter the store. From 10 feet away I'm told they don't have a record of the transaction although I'm giving them my receipt number in the app and time stamp. $15 loss because they cannot fund a receipt although they can clearly see mines. Some of the worst service I have ever received! The man who took my order was named Tyler, and he was incredibly rude to me and within earshot began calling me names and insulting me. I had asked for a french vanilla hot latte made with cream, and he told me very rudely that they couldn't do that. Usually they do it at my other dunkin, but some dunkins don't and when they tell me I change my order. But this man was snippy and I didn't like the tone of his voice. When I did end up getting my drink, I thanked him (despite not even needing to considering how mean he was to me) and he didn't even acknowledge me! Terrible service and I believe that anyone who is that rude to their customers should not be working in this industry. read more
