I was going to notify the staff when I went to order but the counter, behind and more were dirty and not kept up. The location was not busy and it was 9:30 AM. Waited in line at the drive thru for 30 minutes just to be told that food would take an additional 15 minutes. 45 MINUTES FOR DUNKIN' -- A BREAKFAST SANDWICH AND AN ICED LATTE. This is unheard of. Needless to say, I left without any food, still hungry, and 30 minutes late to work (after the ten minute or less drive). The poor girl working the drive thru (on what was supposed to be her day off and with only one other person) was very apologetic while she explained her position. While I felt for the young lady, this is unacceptable. Dunkin' -- less effort into advertising and more effort into hiring would do you a lot more good. It doesn't do anything for anyone for people to come in if you cannot accommodate them. You already lost my breakfast sales, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who went to work hungry this morning. UPDATE: I am happy to report a much more sufficient experience the next day. This time, however, I ordered ahead on the Dunkin' app. My order of one breakfast sandwich, some hash browns and an iced chai took about 15 - 20 minutes, which is a little lengthy but much better than 45 minutes. However, upon unwrapping my sandwich and trying a hash brown, I discovered my sandwich was without egg (only bacon and cheese) and my hash browns were burnt and practically inedible. My drink is good and tastes consistent to the one I received yesterday. I am told this is a franchise location and you can tell the store lacks leadership -- someone needs to get involved to help this store and it's strained/untrained employees otherwise this location will uphold it's bad reputation and continue to give the brand a bad name. If I could sum up my recent Dunkin' experience I would choose the word underwhelming. I'm a big Dunkin' fan, but this location just needs a little bit of help. I love using the Dunkin' app to order. It makes it easy to customize my drink and you can earn points for free beverages. I was able to place my order on the app and then I swung through the drive through to pick it up after voting nearby. This location is drive through only at the moment, which suits me just fine. Checking in at the drive through was simple and I pulled up to the window to get my drink. I saw at least three employees working and I was the only customer there. Despite this, it still took almost ten minutes for my drink to be made. What gives, Dunkin'?! Unfortunately, this isn't the first subpar experience I've had at this location. The friendliness of the employees can be hit or miss and inefficiency is the name of the game. The location of this store is super convenient and I love in-app ordering, but just be prepared to wait for your coffee fix. read more

On two separate occasions, I have ordered drinks off the menu (not a special order) and have been told they don't have it in stock. At one point I ordered a large vanilla caramel frozen coffee. I was told they didn't have large cups and that they could give me a small and a medium instead. I said that would be fine. I pull around to the window and they tell me they're out of coffee. You're a coffee and donut shop and you're out of coffee? A month later (today) I order a large ice matcha latte with almond milk. The clerk tells me that they don't have it anymore. I told them that it's still on the menu, and she mumbled something about corporate not changing their signage yet. Refusing to acknowledge defeat, I drive over to the new location where Wendy's used to be near Hull and Courthouse. I order the drink. I pause. Nobody comes back and tells me they don't have it. Instead, they give me a total to pay at the window. Success! I don't know if this location is poorly managed, poorly staffed, or both. I even think it's possible that someone at the Busy St shop lied to me since the Hull location still served what I ordered. The corporate people that run this Dunkin Donuts are straight up bullies. They put the busy st Dunkin in a bad place then blame the employees if they don't get enough drive thru people. Mean while you have to drive around the back side of all the business s just to get to the drive thru and there are no signs telling you where it is. Unfortunately there were only two people working on a Saturday, which is pretty unacceptable for the three hard working employees. Based on a variety of factors I've gotta throw this place under the bus. I know this is petty but I'm not an advocate of employees boyfriends hanging around, napping at tables, or showing tons of PDA during shifts. Dirty shirts are a huge pet peeve of mine as I feel your appearance displays your quality of product. We drove up and no one spoke to us for about five minutes and when we finally got to talk to the woman she was very rude and unhelpful. During this COVID time I understand that places are busy with not a lot of workers able to work. So I understand if lines can be slow or food takes a bit longer than normal. But the service at this Dunkin today was awful. I'm allergic to dairy and twice, I've ended up with with whole milk in my drink instead of almond or soy, so I've stopped coming here. If you've run out, it's okay. Just let me know. I don't know why this particular has such bad reviews. I had a great experience here. I am currently obsessed with Dunkin Donuts Frozen Dunkin Coffee with French Vanilla. It's so yummy and right now a small is $1.99. I had several coupons, including one for a free cup. I was allowed to use both coupons, just as separate transactions. My drink was made perfectly and I ordered a breakfast croissant that was yummy to my tummy. The service was excellent and the restaurant was clean. I received my order very quickly and efficiently. In searching for the correct location to write my unfavorable review, I notice there is only ONE DD within 50 miles that has a rating of more than 3 1/2 stars. No other ratings are as generous. What does this say about Dunkin? Nothing I could say at this point hasn't already been said but I will share my personal experience with this particular location. Unfortunately my go-to donut shop is closed on Sunday so this DD being the closest alternative, I found myself here. Inside was, of course, closed but drive-thru was open. One must drive behind the strip mall to access the drive thru. Parade past all the garbage bins, the smells, the rat traps, and whatever else the other stores have pitched out their back doors. Does wonders for the appetite. I waited way too many minutes in a line that was not moving. I couldn't see around the building but when I pulled out of line, I counted 6 cars ahead of me. Stopped by at 845am this morning. There were several cars ahead of me, the line was moving slowly. I didn't pay attention to the cars ahead of me. I drive to the busy street location on valentines day for drive thru service. There were multiple signs in the windows saying"drive thru only. " the drive thru line was long and slow, so my daughter ordered online to speed up the process. I got to the front of the line and waited for someone to ask for my order for several minutes.
