I placed a mobile order at 1:08pm, was the 3rd car back from the speaker at 1:12pm, got to the ordering speaker at 1:23pm and was told "I'll be right with you", had my order taken (which was just telling them I had a mobile order) at 1:28pm, got to the window also at 1:28pm and was told "we don't have the star spangled donut, I actually don't even know what that is"... ok well it was on the app and let me order it. Sat at the window until I got my order at 1:34pm. And in those 22 minutes of me waiting, the line of cars behind me went from 1 to 2 to 3 to 2 to 1 to 0... everyone left, and I don't blame them. Because if I hadn't already placed my order on the app, I would have left too. Get it together Long Pond Dunkin - they lost 3 customers (now 4) just in the amount of time I spent sitting in the drive thru. Saw it had 2.5 stars and figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. *Drive-through Review Been to this location twice while visiting Rochester, both times we used the drive-through. Sorry to say we are not impressed. Wait time is long (even in a short time) and the drinks lack the flavor compared to other locations. This time around, we had been sitting in at the window waiting for our drinks approximately 7 minutes when we tried to get the worker's attention. After saying "excuse me" at least three times we realized the worker was wearing AirPods and not paying any attention to those around her. Not great customer service or management of workers. If this is the only Dunkin' in the vicinity and you are stuck on getting this particular type of coffee, just remember you are there for the drink, not the quick or friendly service. It's hit or miss here for the way I like my iced coffee...but sadly that's the case with almost any Dunkin. But when it's made good, it's like drinking a cup of heaven. It's what keeps me coming back. I have found the night crew at most Dunkins sucks. Better to go in the mornings and before 1pm... anything after 1pm you're playing Russian roulette. read more

Overall I like Dunkin Donuts, however this is not my favorite location. There always seems to be an issue with my order or how long it takes to get my coffee (even when it's not busy). This last time, my friend and I ordered two Frozen Caramel Coffee Coolatta (seasonal special drink) and two breakfast sandwiches. The cashier took the order and also started to make them, until another customer enter and then he stopped to take their order, and another order until he was backed up ... he never asked any other associates for help. Our breakfast sandwiches were handed to us, unfortunately they were incorrect and remade but we still did not have our drinks. We had to ask the worker at the drive thru to please assist, after waiting about 10 minutes. They asked the cashier what the issue was, he replied that he thought he could handle everything. Come to find out the cashier who didn't ask for help is a manager...that's not good. I hope they received more training. read more

Stopped by tonight just to try out the soft serve they are now offering. The soft serve vanilla must be something they are trailing at a few locations because I haven't seen at any other locations. They offer Milkshakes - Chocolate, Coffee, Strawberry in Small, Medium, Large. Floats which appear to be Vanilla soft serve with their Slushes, Vanilla cones (Only $0.79) and Mix-Ins (Vanilla soft serve with candy) which are $1.99 in a small size iced coffee cup with either Oreo Cookie or Mini M&Ms. I got the Medium Strawberry milkshake ($3.49) which was the same size as their Medium Iced Coffee cup which is huge for a milkshake. You definitely don't need larger than a small unless you're sharing. The shake tasted very similar to McDonald's - Pink/Artificial strawberry syrup type flavor. It was thick, not that creamy but overall quite tasty. Don't expect a creamy consistently like that of Sonic, Abbott's or Bill Grays more like a Frosty from Wendy's. I actually like the artificial strawberry shake syrup and would get again. I really would like to try the Coffee shake with chocolate. My husband got the Oreo Mix-In which was about as thin as the milkshake and had minimal Oreo pieces - wouldn't recommend this. It lead me to wonder how the vanilla cone would be if this was suppose to be the ice cream with Oreo mixed in. If you are going to this DD location anyway then a shake or cone is worth trying out but definitely not worth an extra trip. If you are craving ice cream then this is also not gonna do it for you, as it's more like a low quality frozen yogurt. McDonald's & Sonic's vanilla cone is quite tasty if you looking for quick fast food ice cream option. This location is cozy appearing with a fireplace and lounge type sitting. They have a nice retail selection of cups/mugs, shirts, and some iced coffee "Koozies" that I think I may need at some point. It appeared there was one employee working, so there was a bit of a delay. I overall love Dunkin Donuts iced coffee, a little addicted to it - but this review was just for the soft serve at this location. read more

I have to agree this is one of the worst Dunkin' Donuts around. They are very slow and NEVER have donuts left. I've probably been here a dozen times since its at the corner of my street and I can't tell you one time they actually had donuts. We now only go to the Ridge rd location. read more

This is the worst Dunkin in Rochester. Not only are they very slow but they are so rude. The lady got my order wrong and when I went to correct it she just added it to the item I didn't order and charged me. When i finally got her attention to tell her she got angry and threw her headset on the ground and screamed she is done w the window. I had them refund me and it looked like they spit in my drink. I just threw it out. This place needs a complete overhaul. Horrible service like insane and I'm obviously not the only one who thinks so. read more

This Dunkin' I try to avoid. Staff aren't the friendliest and it seems to be very slow compared to the rest. Shocking because they are on a main road and should be speedy so there isn't a back up. Especially because their parking lot is so small. I can't tell you the number of times I have been stuck behind a car doing a 5 point turn to get out of a parking spot. I absolutely love Dunkin Donuts. I'm there nearly everyday. This was by far the most rachet Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to I arrived there about 7:30am and went to use the restroom. How can there be absolutely no toilet paper at 7:30am?? Not one roll of toilet paper there at all. I had to take some out of the women's room and yes nobody was in there lol. They were very busy. That early a line out the door, and wrapped all the way out into the beginning of the driveway. Surprisingly there were cranking things quickly for the customers. A employee was making so much noise in the front during the service sounded like she was smacking a barking sheet on the counter. Then the same woman was talking so loudly about wanting to go get that cigarette break on. Another was being very unprofessional with the comments she made towards a guy in front of me. Having said that after that on my way out the door to go to my vehicle the coffee cup split and the whole cup of coffee went all over the ground. The only thing that made my experience that day was the nice woman who was cashiering. She was so very nice. She apologized for the cup splitting and replaced my coffee. If I knew her name I would have given her props or employee recognition or a raise or all of the above. She is the only reason I gave this location a second star. After reading all of the other dissatisfied customer views of the services this location can professionally turn it around so if im ever out that way again I would consider going there again. read more

This place is always terrible. Always always always. It's another day of me going through the drive thru and them messing up my order, and another day of them telling me they did what I said. Every single day I order Splenda in my iced coffee, anyone who does that knows the huge difference between Splenda and real sugar. So I go in after they messed it up every day this week and they treat me like I'm stupid and tell me they put Splenda in it. NO YOU DIDNT. I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this Dunkin' Donuts just now. I purchased a cup of tea and was going to sit down to do some work on my laptop in their dining area. I noticed Fox News was on the TV and asked if the channel could be changed. I was told they don't allow customers to change it. I explained that I found it offensive, that I wanted to sit down in the dining area to have my tea and but I'd rather not listen to that channel. The employee said, "If you don't like it, don't look at it." I said "Well, I think I'd rather leave because I find that channel offensive." She replied "Fine then go." I asked for the manager and was told there wasn't one there. I asked for her name and she told me she didn't need to tell me anyone's name. I responded that I would reach out to the manager tomorrow and that I didn't think I would come back there because of the way she responded to my request. She respond replied, "Then don't!" She was overly emotional in response to my calm demeanor and the whole situation was oddly disturbing. read more

Today I ordered 2 bagels with Plain cream cheese at 8:00 am. I open my bag at 12:45 pm for lunch and guess what? NO CREAM CHEESE. I visit here quite often and 5 out of 10 times they screw up the order. I think I move along maybe to Tim Horton's or Starbucks. I have had enough. read more

I'm so disappointed in the coffee lately. I literally go to this location every morning and I get the same thing. I ask for a ex large black coffee with a turbo and a med black with cream and sugar on the side. I pay $6.08 a day for coffee. It seem as though they charge me $3.87 for this ex large coffee with a turbo and they only put in 1 small shot in any size coffee I'm being told by on of the employees. I know that for a fact when they use to make the large and ex large coffees with a turbo they would put in a large turbo and a small, the medium and small size would only get a single small shot of turbo. I inquired about this AT this specific location about a year and a half ago. Now I'm being told that they use the same across the board for all size hot or cold beverages. The coffee tastes like dirty water with out that extra turbo in it. I'm literally forced to go to other coffee establishments in the area like Tim Horton's or Starbucks that are directly across the street from DD. I'm spending $30.40 a wk and not satisfied with the taste of my first cup of coffee if the day! They specialize in coffee and advertise how they want satisfied customers, yet they are rather see customers go to other coffee franchises, lose business and money. So be it read more
