If I could leave a 0, I would. I was handed my drinks and food by a gentleman with artificial fingernails at least 2 inches long. This is disgusting. Given I had already paid, I took the food. I am pretty sure this is a violation, as food employees should be well-groomed with nails and hair cut and cleaned. Also, this was at 11am and they were out of glazed donuts and croissants. They had plenty of time to make more as I saw at least 3 other people in there. I will be getting in contact with upper management. There is nothing wrong with the food. I repeat there is nothing wrong with the food. However this is a dirty place to sit inside and eat. The legs of chairs haven't been washed in weeks. The bench seats are sticky and the table tops have donut smears on them. The restroom doors have dirty fingerprints and inside the restrooms are definitely not sanitized as the sign suggests. This was my go to place for coffee. The employees were nice and they recognized me every time me or my husband came. Now there's all new employees that aren't very nice and when I order an ice coffee you think they would use common sense and put liquid sugar in there like they use to. But I guess new employees don't really care so they put regular sugar so it's all at the bottom and not mixed. After a hot drive, I stopped in for a latte but didn't know it would have a baskin Robbins inside. I got puzzled to know what to decide on. The barista was ready to take my order but I told her I couldn't decide but had to add money on my card. She said nothing and went on to the man standing next. Always very nice employees and nice seating (most people leave with their orders). The lines vary (short or long). Easily accessible from the interstate and near other shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, gas, and banks. They also have a Baskin Robbins at this location. Honestly the doughnuts are not the best (personal opinion) but I LOVE the munchkins, bagels, and bagels with cream cheese. I go here super often and I recommend it! read more

I have been visiting this location for years. Before and after moving away and a lot now that I'm back in Rock Hill. Customer service is usually not the best unless we get a particular woman that has been working for quite some time now. She is always very friendly and today after not coming in for several weeks, she remembered my usual. (Plain oatmeal with a banana and unsweet tea. - yes, I know it's Dunkin' Donuts.) Anyway...she is always very helpful and knowledgeable. The rest of the crew could learn a lot from her. Went to get a small milkshake. Waited over 20 minutes when there was only 2 cars in front of me and no body inside. There were 4 employees on shift. When I got to the window they had not even started on my drink. I LOVE dunkin donuts and normally stop once to twice a day. This location has made me change the way I order though. I always get caramel iced coffee or latte. If you order a large you can't even taste the caramel and the smalls are syrupy sweet. I've attempted both on many occasions and it's always the same. I visited the DD on HWY 321 Gastonia. My favorite treat is hot chocolate. They serve the worst HC I have ever had. It is hot water and mix. Tastes like chocolate flavored water. I tried two times thinking it could be a mistake. Same result. The DD on springsteen rd is great. I use drive thru only. My Hot chocolate is delicious !! It obviously contains milk as it should. Tried the DD on cherry rd and received boiling water with chocolate. It was so hot it almost blistered my mouth. After cooling, it still tasted terrible. I stop here a lot for ice cream. In the pars their ice cream has been very firm. This time mush was served. I complained and had to ask for napkins-needed them because my ice cream was already melting. Before I even got out of the parking lot the cone gave away and I had really soft ice cream on my coat, my skirt, and floor mats of my car. Saying I was upset was pale to how mad I was and still am. Went through the drive through to get donuts 10/15 minutes before closing and they told us they didn't have any donuts if that's what we came for.
