If I could give this Dunkin' Donuts a zero I would. I went in there today at 12:50 PM Sunday, July 19, 2026 walked in the door. There were three people behind the counter and all three employees acted like I was invisible. There was a short Arabian guy with headphones who standing behind the counter, looked at me and walked away. I couldn't believe it. I gave this store a lot of business but no more the donuts suck. I recently moved to the area and have made Dunkin part of my morning routine for years. This Dunkin is the most consistent and most on point Dunkin I've ever been to. Not just consistent with their drinks and doing things right, but consistently a good vibe. I can't tell you how much of an uplifting experience it is through a review. Great service. Amanda was great. The drink was on point. The place was clean and smell good.

The food is amazing, the workers are incredibly nice and the atmosphere is quiet and comfortable.

Staff is always nice and fast! I've never had an issue so I'm sad to see this has low stars. Whether it drive thru or going inside, I've always been greeted and treated the same way which was pleasant. Service was fast and they were usually stocked up on donuts when I walked in every time. Went to this location for the first time 1/29/24. The coffee I received didn't look like coffee and was disgusting. Hazelnut chai iced coffee. The chai flavor was entirely too overpowering and based on the look of it, there was more chai than coffee. Anyway, I went back to have them REMAKE it. Chileeee this BITCH just poured it into a different cup and swirled it in my face with new ice like I wasn't going to notice. I'm not gonna stop going, imma just tell em she needs to be fired every time I go. As well as whoever made my poison. Not to mention, I was watching people go back inside with their drinks and receipts in hand as I was in the drive thru. Should've known then. I had 30 minutes to kill while I was waiting for my phone to be repaired. I stopped into this Dunkin' Donuts and had a good experience. I wasn't in the mood for eating a whole donut, so I tried their Munchkins Donut Hole Treats. The cashier told me that they had a Valentine's Day promotion: 10 Munchkins for $2.00. I selected 10 Munchkins, including the Powdered Munchkins and Cinnamon Munchkins. They tasted fresh and flavorful. The cashier offered to give me a cup of ice water while I waited. She was friendly and helpful. Looking around the shop, there were other people enjoying coffee beverages while they read books or used their laptop computers. The store has a number of outlets for charing your laptop or cell phone. read more

Drive thru is terrible. In the mornings it's obvious everyone is on the move to get to work. The purpose of a drive thru is to get in and out. I sat on the drive thru for a good 10 minutes. Short staffed maybe? I got to the window finally to pay and she was doing other orders. It looked like she was going it on her own. I had a pretty lackluster experience with the drive through here. I do like the interior decor but there are kids playing in the drive through lane and its really hard to get a big vehicle back there. With that said, the food is standard Dunkin Donuts fare. Service sucks. I went there twice and no one was in front of the counter on both occasions. On one occasion, this girl comes out with 4 guys from the back and they are all laughing (after 5 minutes) of standing there for service with others. They simply didn't give a crap about the people waiting out front. The guy screwed up my coffee as well, but I was too frustrated to go back. On my second visit, the heavy set girl with the frown and ghetto 'tude was a delight to deal with. I deal with jerks everyday and don't need to get some 'tude from a piss ant who obviously doesn't like to work when I am trying to lighten my day with a coffee. Poorly managed, not efficient, incorrect orders, and takes forever to get anything. Hire people that want to work instead of smoking dope or whatever the hell they do in the back of the store. I swear every time I go into this Dunkin' Donuts the donuts are stale! Employees there or like a revolving door I never see the same ones although the manager is very nice and he tries very hard and works extremely hard. It's disappointing because I love cake donuts apparently they do not make their own donuts they just put chocolate spread or sprinkles or whatever on top of their premade donuts wherever they get them from. I used to frequent this Dunkin Donuts a lot on the way to work, because it's right down the street from where I live. However, I have quickly removed it from my morning routine due to the terrible service. This place is staffed by a bunch of rude, inconsiderate kids. The last time I went there, the guy who answered the drive through cut me off in mid-sentence and when I pulled up to the window he threw my sandwich to the girl right in front of me and my ordered ended up being wrong. It's a shame that teenagers and young folks don't understand the value of good customer service and don't even give a damn. I wish whomever owns this store would take a moment and realize how bad the customer service at this location is and actually address it. Until then, I've found a new stop for my morning coffee and breakfast and highly recommend Cafe Au Lait down the street. read more

This DD is located in a shopping center off of Holcomb Bridge Road. It is clean and has a dining area where one might sit and chill. I went an early morning at about 6:45am and it was not as busy as other DDs I've been to. The young man who helped us was clearly new. It took way too long to get that cup of coffee and that bagel, but that's what happens when a person is still learning the ropes. There is a drive-thru that may be utilized. Well that's it. I enjoy DDs coffee and will stop at any one of them when I see them. I usually can drink my coffee without having to add more cream or sugar, but not this time; I had to fix it up. Sometimes I take the little girl I nanny for to this DD location. The service is fast, there is always parking, they have a drive thru (which I didn't know until recently), and it's clean. I went inside this morning for 2 dozen assorted donuts to bring to my coworkers for my birthday treats (I don't live or work close enough to Sublime or Dutch Monkey, before you put your judgmental eyes on). At 6:45, there was only one other customer and 2 employees. The 2 employees quickly set about filling my 2 dozen assorted, with more cake than yeast donuts, since I prefer and requested such. Total was just over $17, and I didn't have to sign the credit card receipt. In and out in 5 minutes. I guess I could have used the drive through, but it probably wouldn't have been any faster. One employee didn't say anything and the other was just chatty enough to be friendly but not annoying. I'm sure you've had DD donuts before - they're pretty dense, particularly for the yeast ones, but not that bad. And the glaze didn't completely flake off even after sitting in the cold car for a couple of hours prior to eating. read more

They have high employee turnover, the manager has always been pretty great at customer service, but when he's not there and specially the drive thru window can be an interesting...You never know what you'll experience. However my last couple of visits over the past few months I have to give them 5 *s the ladies and gents working there have been very efficient and I have gotten consistently good service and my orders have been right on point. This is probably the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. They make you repeat your order three times and then get it wrong. One time I went and there were twins working at the drive through and they provided excellent service, speed of order, and got the order correct. I wish they would hire more people like that. But just now I went and they were out of milk so I said ok do an iced coffee with creamer. It was awful. Then the guy runs across the back while shouting to me in the car that he is out of plain bagels. After this I just said please give me a refund. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Service and Donut Frosting Quality Suck. I visit this Dunkin Donuts every other week because I love DD coffee. Unfotunately, the experience is always the same. SLOW service and they skimp on the frosting day in and day out. What happened to making a donut where the frosting is more than just a brushed on effort. It's clear they are trying to milk the profit and always leave you unsatisfied with their frostings. The only pleasant experience is the young person who works the drive thru on weekday mornings. She seems to be courteous, quick and effectve. Either the owner or manager that is on premise usually (Female) is terrible. PLEASE STAY OUT OF THE SANDWICH BUSINESS. Let's be clear, I don't ever eat from Dunkin Donuts as they are just not on my radar. However, I was starving and my husband decided to bring me a breakfast sandwich because this was the most convenient option in the area serving a quick breakfast. Not knowing what to purchase my husband purchased several sandwiches, each as bad as the first. The first one was a ham and bacon and was just regrettable because it was just dry and very one note, salty. I took one bite and was done. The second sandwich was an egg white on flatbread and the final sandwich was an egg bagel. As I said, I was starving so I ate the egg white as an open sandwich because the flatbread was too heavy and overwhelmed the sandwich. I simple used only half of the bread. This is not a sandwich that I would recommend because it was super dry and had no toppings what so ever. I mean no mayo, mustard, tomatoes, lettuce, fresh greens or grilled vegetables. They don't even have these options available but then again, they are a donut shop and don't exactly promote healthy options. If you want a breakfast sandwich, stick with Subway where you can actually have fresh vegetables added. By the way, I don't eat bagels, but this one looked like the toy version from the Mattel Toy Company, so it never had a chance. You know it's bad when the hubby avoids eating it. When eating away from home, I require two things from my sandwiches: they must be hot and fully dressed with condiments and vegetables.
