    Bagel w/ Lox Spread @tiffhuangry
    Tiff H.

After a chilly morning walk at Newtown Park, we stopped into Brooklyn Bagel Bakery Deli for a bagel carbo-load. I figured it would be a quick in-and-out if I just ordered a bagel and schmear. I opted for a bagel with lox spread and since there were several people in front of me still waiting for their order, I patiently waited nearby. I waited about 10-15 minutes until I realized all the people waiting before me were gone and people in line after me were getting their food. Hangry and frustrated, I checked in again at the counter and it looked like they misplaced my order ticket so they quickly started making it. The ratio of lox spread to bagel is INSANE. I only wish I had another bagel to share in the love because the lox spread is amazing. Overall, I would love to come by again one day, but will probably call in my order for pick up next time to avoid any future mishaps!

I finally got a chance to try this place after wanting to try it for so long. Service was great. Everybody was super friendly. The sandwich was great. It was hot and fresh. I had the jalapeño, sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. 5 stars.

Jalapeño Cream Cheese on Everything Bagel

I love a good bagel, so I was looking forward to trying Brooklyn Bagel Bakery Deli as I had heard good things about it. They have several locations, but I went to the one in Johns Creek (obviously). [[HIGHLIGHT]]This location had ample parking as it was in a small plaza and there was some indoor and outdoor seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was friendly and quick for a Sunday afternoon! We got the Jalapeño Cream Cheese on Everything Bagel and Egg, Sausage, and Cheese on Everything Bagel. Their Everything Bagel is really savory, but a bit salty at times? I still enjoyed my Egg, Sausage, and Cheese. I was really impressed by their Jalapeño Cream Cheese, though! It had a great kick to it. I wonder if it is possible to ask for a thinner bagel cut as sometimes, I find bagels to be too thick to accompany the thin filling inside. Overall, I think this is a solid place for bagels!

After a reflective morning at the Johns Creek Veterans Memorial, I stepped across the street with my family expecting little more than a quick cup of coffee. What I found instead was a menu with surprising depth and flavors that exceeded expectations. I chose from the aptly named Under the Bridge section of the menu: the Whitefish & Nova Platter. Smoked salmon and whitefish salad were paired with crisp lettuce, tomatoes, onions, capers, and a spread of cream cheese. The balance was classic, but done well--the fish fresh, the textures clean, the capers adding the briny punctuation they should. Across the table, my husband ordered the Flat Iron Scrambler, a robust plate of pastrami, salami, Swiss cheese, and eggs. It was hearty and unapologetically indulgent, a satisfying breakfast that leaned into bold flavors without tipping into excess. What also caught my eye was the vegan option--a thoughtful dish with cream cheese, lava beans, scallions, garlic, and onions. Though I didn't try it this time, the inclusion alone speaks to a menu designed with a range of diners in mind. Coffee often sets the tone for breakfast, and here it did not disappoint. The French Roast I ordered was strong but smooth, while my husband's Original Brew had the balance and freshness that too many brunch spots fail to deliver. It was, quite simply, excellent coffee. The Atmosphere [[HIGHLIGHT]]If there's one element that detracted from the meal, it was the interior environment. Crowded, noisy, and chaotic, the space felt more like a transit station than a café. Customers flowed constantly--waiting in line, grabbing to-go orders, hovering for seats. The food deserved a calmer stage than the one it was given.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Outdoor seating is available, and in retrospect, that is where the experience would have truly shined.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This café manages to balance authenticity and variety with an efficiency that keeps the line moving, even on a busy Sunday. The food is fresh, the flavors deliberate, and the coffee among the better offerings in a brunch setting. While the indoor seating leaves much to be desired, the quality of the plates more than compensates. Rating: (4/5) A destination for anyone seeking hearty, well-crafted breakfast fare--just do yourself a favor and sit outside.

Bacon, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel

Had never been to this place before, but met a friend there before walking at the park across the street. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was packed, even at 11:30 AM.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]While they have some booths inside, since it was such a nice day, everyone was sitting outside at the many tables and chairs.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got a bacon, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel, and it was very good! I also ordered a plain bagel to take home, so my husband could compare Brooklyn Deli's bagels to bagels from Astoria, NY. He said they are very good, so we'll definitely be going back! (Just an FYI: After you order, they give you a number on your receipt. They have a loud speaker, that can be heard outside, and they call out your number when it's ready for pickup.)

This is a little hole in the wall aptly tucked next to a Starbucks, which means parking in front is unlikely. There's a side lot with plenty of parking though. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It has a cute outdoor dining area and its very busy inside which is always a good sign.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There are 2 doors so be sure to go into the right one. Once in, they have a monster selection of beverage offerings- over 50 and that doesn't count the Coke machine. The service was typical for New York, quick and not friendly or unfriendly. She forgot to ring up my drink and typed the wrong bagel choice- I caught them on the text receipt before it was ready so all was good (& paid for). The sandwich was massive. I have a small mouth (according to my dentist-ha) so it was a challenge to squish it down to eat. I would've preferred open-faced but didn't think to ask. It was generous and delicious. The everything bagel is so fresh, you can't get anything like this from a store. The portion of salmon, cream cheese, tomatoes and (huge) capers was well worth the price. If I want dining alone, it'd be enough to split with a friend. The pickle has the perfect deli crunch & the Israeli salad was fresh but a little bland. Overall, I'm glad I tried it. If I lived nearby, I would definitely come back.

I love this deli! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere at Brooklyn Bagel is just as good as the food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The customer service is truly amazing--the staff always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, which makes a huge difference. And, of course, the food is stellar. The bagels are always fresh, and the entire menu, from the breakfast sandwiches to the deli items, is made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. They really care about their customers and the food they put out. Pro Tip: Parking can be challenging, especially during the 7 AM to 9 AM rush, so plan accordingly! Stop by, you won't regret it!

    My receipt

I have ordered the sesame flagel with sliced nova through Uber Eats . Asked to toast it and paid extra $2 for adding the avocado. Never got what I asked for. Very disappointed:(((((((((
