Had a great experience at this Dunkin Donut location while I was visiting historic Saint Augustine Florida. My sausage and egg croissant was very. Wife's donuts and coffee were good. Very convenient from hotel. Service was good. Reasonably priced. Definitely worth it. read more

What's with all the negative comments? In late afternoon, after a visit to the Old Town sights next to this donut shop, I was craving some sweets. Sauntered over to the Dunkin' and ordered 1 simple jelly donut. The girls behind the counter were quite friendly and proud of what they had baked that day. So much so that they talked me into getting an apple crumb (stuffed with apple filling) donut. Both donuts were good-sized and still " puffy-fresh." Maybe I got the "good staff" and the fresh donuts, but no problems here. Can't wait to stop by again. read more

I wanted an iced coffee and the place where I normally get a bagel has awesome iced coffee, but they were out, so I decided to go to this Dunkin's to grab one. It wasn't that much farther out of the way, and I didn't feel like making one myself. So first odd thing is their drive thru window is tucked away, so one would assume that you could pull up to the window and order....no, that's not the case. Anyway, I ordered two iced coffees and pulled up to the window. First, I'm not super cheap, but I think Dunkin' has raised their prices. Over $3 for an iced coffee? Seems a bit high in my opinion. I pulled up to the window, gave the guy at the window a $20. He didn't give me back any change. I let him know I needed change back and he gave it to me, so no harm there. Got our iced coffees and drove back to the house. I do like Dunkin's iced coffee. There's not much to it, but it's always flavorful and it gives me a jolt of caffeine, which is helpful. First, I made a mobile order and I stood there in the store for almost 20 min waiting while others picked up their food and walked out. There is a counter for in store orders and online orders. Apparently there are some black shelves in the back of the store for MOBILE orders - not clearly marked. Wth??? Well, I ask and my order is on the shelf. Hiding on the second shelf way back there. I walked here from our hotel To get everyone donuts one morning. When I got there, the line was out the door. There were three girls behind the counter and at least one more in the back. These ladies have it together. They took a ton of orders for all kinds of drinks, eats, and donuts. The lady in the back was restocking donuts the entire time. I was quickly able to give, pay, and get my order. I was back on the street with a big bag of donuts and bagel minis. All was fresh and still hot/warm when I got to the hotel. read more

If I could give zero I would. Went in and ordered a half dozen donuts and a coffee with 4 WHOLE MILK. Specifically said that to the girl EXACTLY like that. She proceeded to put cream on the screen and it was made with cream. When I then said excuse me I asked for whole milk, the other girl responds with "it said cream" I was like I asked for milk her response was "I don't really care" like what. Apparently neither does her manager or franchise owner because she is still employed. read more

This is my go-to DD whenever I visit St. Augustine to volunteer or just see the sites. The staff is consistently friendly and efficient and for that I am giving this location full stars. I mainly come for a latte or sweet tea since I have my favorite donut shop on Normandy in Jacksonville. For each experience being good ones every single time I've visited regarding freshness of products and customer service, this place has been totally consistent. read more

the food is usually always the same, as everyone knows because it's dunkin. but i went into this dunkin today and was amazed by how nice Evan was. he made my coffee and when i went back because it didn't taste right he remade it and even tried it himself and said the new batch just needed a stir. he was so sweet! that man deserves a raise. on the other hand, some of the other workers (i don't know their names) just do not care. they look miserable, no smiles or good vibes. not at all a happy atmosphere read more

I realize that there's a low unemployment rate and this is not the most glorious job in the world. But really now, most of your job is 1) smile 2)put donuts in a bag 3) make coffee And you fail at the most important. Yes I'm talking to you. There's got to be people who can at least smile. If I were manager here, I'd hire smilers and let the current awful staff do all the dirty work. All the advertising DD spends goes down the tubes with this staff. I'd rather do without. read more

I should have known what I was getting myself into when I pulled in and one of the employees was smoking, leaned up against the building. I should have just turned around, but I didn't. I'm sorry, do you not have a back door? The coffee itself was ridiculously sweet, even if you like sweet coffee. I couldn't even drink it. I poured it out right next to the fargin building. The establishment also has a funny smell AND the restrooms are disgusting. The toilet is Jerry-rigged with plastic and cardboard to keep the top compartment closed. It's a gross Franken-bathroom Do yourself and all of your loved ones a favor, and drive to Dos Coffee and Wine. The experience is drastically different for a fraction more. read more

I went there for a cup of coffee. The employee put 4 fingers inside the cup and the thumb on the outside before pouring the coffee. I asked for another cup. I went to pay the $1.91 with a $20 bill. The counter had a large cup with loose change so rather then asking them to give me back 99 cents in loose change I took a penny from the change cup. An employee who said her name was Trina angrily said to me you put your finger in our change cup. I left the cup of coffee on the counter and walked out. read more

Coffee was good. The guy making it seemed like he enjoyed his job. There was 5 people working and he was the only one allowed to make coffee apparently. The young guy who took my order was soooo high. He didn't say a word to me just stared blankly until he needed me to repeat my not so complex coffee order. This location should invest in small boxes. I went in several weeks ago and ended up with most of the chocolate on the inside of the bag. See photo. A few weeks later I again wanted a few donuts so this time I started with, "could I have a box?". The gals response was "are you getting a dozen or half dozen?". The ruined donuts and my disappointment quickly came to mind so I bought 6. They won this battle, but I will win the war. The donuts are not even fresh most of the time so I will forgo this stop! I would give this a 0 rating if possible. Went through the drive through and ordered donuts and coffee. Drive off and the water head drive through worker put 2 donuts on top of each other and the 3rd donut against the aide of the bag,,,no wrapper, no nothing. We also asked for extra cream and sugar packets. You guess it,,,these were laying on top of the donuts in the icing. So to recap, the water head drive through girl stacked donuts on top and on side of the bag, with cream and sugar on top. Half the icing stuck to the side of the bag and onto the condiments. I would put the water head on blast, but her name wasn't on the ticket. Tito didn't have time to go back and tell her how dumb she is. Tito does not recommend this location. read more

The manager here was very friendly and social during the very busy few minutes we waited for our coffee and sandwiches. She interacted with the waiting customers, throwing in humor to make everyone smile. read more

This has always been my favorite Dunkin' in town! Perfect coffee and donuts. Never a bad experience. Great staff too.

Doughnuts are always fresh and the staff is the friendliest of any Dunkin Donuts we have visited.
