Friendly employees/owner. It's a pretty quiet location. The Thai tea boba i gave a 9.5. We tried the lychee slush with mango jelly and the honeydew slush. Only thing I didn't expect was the cold foam along the inside of the cup but you couldn't taste the difference. Just a heads up to tell them none of that if you just want a slush. Also tried the mochi donuts (matcha and Dubai chocolate) very yummy and fresh! I will say it's a little more pricey than most places because boba is $1 but it's a taller cup. She also put light ice so I got a lot of Thai tea compared to some places that put a ton of nice. read more

Shoutout to our local community heroes! I went by a hundred places to get my craving!!! Yes, these treats are delicious and crave worthy! I have not had these since moving from Jacksonville. This venue catches my eye every time I go by! I'm so happy to have been able to visit here and get my favorites! There were so many amazing choices and I had to go with my tried and true loves! I looooove the ube doughnut... so chewy and not too sweet! The Thai milk tea was so refreshing and I ordered double brown sugar boba!!! And then a pleasant surprise... We love mochi donuts and this place is great! We got Dubai chocolate and it was good! We enjoyed brown sugar tea mochi one. Delicious!

The food was good (even tho my friend and I got the wrong order) but the service was terrible. It was the cook/"manager's" second day (as she claimed) but refused to make any food or drinks for over 45 minutes without "having the receipts." I'm not sure what the confusion between the front counter and the cook was because the order takers were able to print out the receipts from the front but they ended up yelling at each other and the order taker walked out with her belongings and didn't come back. At this point it has been over an hour and half of the customers did not have their food (or their correct orders) and my friend didn't have her drink. The cook tried to give everyone digital refunds but it was taking her over ten minutes to try and figure out the system so my friend and I just left. There's no reason that the owner of the store should have left the "manager" with only two days of experience who doesn't know how to navigate their digital system with new front counter employees. I passed by this place countless of times, but decided to give this place a shot. I tried the potato rice hot dog, the churro mochi donut, and the strawberry short cake mochi donut. EVERYTHING was so good and I took a picture of them prior, but dive right into it. I would definitely be back and im looking forward to trying more of their items on the menu. read more

I've been wanting to come in here for the longest time and so glad I stopped in! The shop is large and spacious when you walk in so it's great if you have a larger party. I ordered a Korean hot dog, mochi donut and a brown sugar boba and none of the items on the menu disappointed. The service was super fast and the girl working behind the counter was really friendly. Alas, a Mochi Donut shop comes to Jacksonville. Well, close enough. Mochiatsu opened their business about 3 weeks ago, located in Saint Augustine, which is nice situation to be in because Saint Augustine lacks the food diversity that it needs, so having a Korean shop set up is a nice addition there. Mochiatsu specializes in Mochi Donut and Korean Hot Dogs, which are very popular spots down South Florida, especially in the Central Florida; Orlando area. They also serve Boba Drinks and Smoothies as well as Fruit Teas. All in all, no more longer travels for me once I start feening for some delicious Mochi Donuts and K-Dogs. And just in case you don't know what a Mochi Donut is...it's a hybrid between American Donut and Japanese Mochi, which gives you a slightly chewy and airy texture type donut when eaten. Our first time trying it and we just were not fans of either the Korean hotdog or the donut. The taro milk was ok but you can't really screw up a powder mix. They should grill the hot dogs first as it is only warmed and the donut was chewy, almost like a bread dough. read more

Came by after our trip to old town. Large dining area with a few seatings. Lady that took my order was very patient and explained what some of the drinks are made up of. I tried the Panda Bubble Tea and got hubby the Tropical Fruit Tea. Got 4 donuts to try out too; Brown sugar, Thai tea, Taro, & Nutella. Personally, I wasn't feeling the panda bubble tea, the taste just didn't suit me but I really liked hubby's fruit tea. I only got to try the Thai tea and brown sugar milk tea donuts, they're both really sweet and didn't really taste like their name suggested. Just a cute little donut shop. The lady behind the counter was friendly and made me a very ube milk tea. I had a strawberry doughnut that was rich and sweet. What a fun place to try something new! We were greeted with smiles and felt so welcomed! We picked out some donuts, drinks, and Korean Hot Dogs. We enjoyed every bite! My nephew couldn't believe how cheesy his Cheetos Whole Mozzarella was! I loved my creamy coffee with boba and my husband really enjoyed his strawberry peach tea with strawberry popping boba! Perfectly soft but chewy. My husband devoured the Nutella donut before I could try it. I LOVED the taro and ube. The strawberry was very flavorful and tasted like it was flavored with real strawberries not artificial flavor. My friend said the corn dog was delicious, I haven't tried mine yet. The cheese pull was INSANE. The boba was super refreshing, passion mango tea. I got no sugar in it and it was still delicious. I love that it came with fresh fruit in it. We had the opportunity to give this new restaurant a try (Grand opening today I believe). Despite my 3 star rating, I feel they have potential. Pros: -The staff was friendly -The prices weren't too high -The food tasted great Cons: -Decorations were sparse, and tables even more so. Could definitely use some ambiance improvements -LARGEST COMPLAINT: The restaurant needs better ventilation, walking in it smelled like the deep fryer hasn't vented anywhere but in the restaurant. After leaving, we got in the car and couldn't get the smell out of our nose and clothes -The restaurant was fairly dirty. This may just be a result of an earlier rush (not busy when we were there), but it definitely needs more attention to sweeping the floors and washing tables -SECOND LARGEST COMPLAINT: The hotdog size, in relation to the outer shell was ridiculous. If I had to guess, 20% hotdog, 80% shell, coating, cheese. The hotdog was so small that most of us ended up eating 40% of the "dog" with no dog in it. There has to be a larger size dog that could be used given how much "shell" there was I'll definitely be eating here again, and hope that the owners can make some improvements to get this rating up higher! read more

I've been wanting to try Korean corn dogs since I saw them on tiktok about a year ago so I'm so glad this place was on the way to my vacation destination! I got the Cheetos half hot dog half mozzarella and the potato crusted half hot dog half mozzarella. They were so super good. I didn't like the texture of the potato crusted one so I ended up taking the potatoes off of it but that was just a texture thing cause it was way to crunchy for my liking. Other than the texture of that one they were perfect! My boyfriend got the Cheeto crusted with just the mozzarella cause he doesn't like hot dogs. He loved his as well.
