I try to have weekly meetings early in the morning and let's be honest the only thing worse than having to watch slides during a one hour presentation is doing so on an empty stomach. That's where Dunkin comes in. I have made it a weekly journey to get two dozen donuts from this place and they always come through with getting the order right in terms of assortment. From the outside, the parking lot is clean and depending on which side you come in the drive-through can be pretty manageable The staff is always friendly even well before the sun comes up and drive-through and I appreciate that is positivity goes a long way I've been coming here for many months, and the staff never fails to greet with an awesome disposition You can't beat the quality and quantity of donuts at that price point and I'm happy to continue coming back read more

Great little drive thru location, right across the street from the beach. We came on the 26th and 27th during the early afternoon and one specific girl stood out to us. She was really sweet and remembered our order from the day prior. I didn't get to catch her name but she was exceptional! read more

They go out of their way to make sure I am happy. One employee (Lacey) actually has seen me pull into the parking lot and started making my order knowing I get the same thing on a regular basis. Most drive throughs are difficult to begin with, but this one goes out of their way to try and help their customers get their orders quicker by stepping out their back door and taking orders and having it ready when you get to the window. Munchkin trolls! Came in today wanting 10 chocolate donut holes. The cashier pointed at 5 glazed and 5 chocolate and said how about these, they are already in a box.... I have been here many times. There is limited parking but there is a shopping center next door. There is limited seating inside and out. The staff is very friendly and the food is very good. Placed a mobile order and after waiting 20 minutes for a doughnut and a coffee I asked to cancel the order.. which was easie for her to do then make 1 coffee and pick up a doughnut. they had 5 people working. 1 of them wasn't doing anything, another one was complaining about how her shift is done in 30 minutes and that this is "bullsh" because they were getting busy. 2 Stars because this place needs a drive thru microphone. Wonderful location for beach goers and residents so naturally drive thru gets very busy but get ready to wait in line because you have to wait for your turn to drive up the window unless the staff comes out of the door and gets your order. Every time I go it takes forever to get my food. They need to hire more staff so their workers aren't doing three jobs at once. I had people who ordered after me get their food before me. Then when I asked where mine was they didn't even know what I ordered. To get a dozen donuts, 2 coffees, and a bacon egg and cheese bagel it took 30 minutes. So I have to update my review. They have improved from 1 Star to 3 Stars! Hired new people, actually have product on shelves, and I hear there's new management. New hires are nice, friendly, and a major improvement from the former crew. Place finally looks clean for first time in years! And the staff actually knows what's on the menu. The former crew always looked at you like you were ordering a steak medium rare if you wanted something other than a doughnut. I really thought it was going to close, but somehow they've managed to make a strong start at turning things around! I am there for lunch 4 days a week, so I know it well. 5:30am Tuesday morning. No customers inside, but myself. 3 employees. I tipped the employee before my order... I ordered a coffee, donut fries and a wrap. My coffee took longer than usual. Then I asked about my wrap and fries. He said oops that he forgot. So I went outside to wait for a bit, I came back in and finally he said "donut fries" I went up to the counter to get them and asked if my wrap was with it. He again, said that he forgot that too & I had to wait for it to be made. It was like waiting for 3 separate orders. He apologized and made me two. I thought I would have had better service with it being dead & I tipped well. Maybe he was having an off day and or was new. The coffee was good and the wraps were ok. I didn't care for the donut fries they were pretty dry and caked with cinnamon and sugar. My partner later went inside to grab a water and he had to wait for a different employee to ask someone else how to ring it up. Overall I'm disappointed & will remember to avoid this Dunkin until there is a turnover of more alert employees. read more

Only once before have I rated a business with one star because zero was not an option. This is an unmanaged, unsupervised, undisciplined gaggle of kids that are not worthy of anyone's patronage. I will spare you the details. It is obvious that corporate or district management is willing to compromise on service and repeat business for sake of making a few small dollars on any given day. Great experience! In Cocoa Beach for vacation and took a little stop to get coffee. All the employees are very friendly and funny.
