Jerrica and Aaliyah greeted me and that everything I needed to purchase with exceeded expectations. It felt that they genuinely cared and were personable and amicable. This is the kind of customer service that keeps you coming back to support the business versus handing your money over to something random and faceless. The shop itself has a lot of personality and I love that. There's a lot of seating room and even first thing in the morning it's buzzing with energy with a welcoming feel that lets you know. Ive had salty bagels and coreys bagel. Both had issues when I had it multiple times. At salty they are slammed and too small. Some workers 2/4 do great work while 2 just works slow and not good customer service. Coreys constantly messes up my order and they are dirty making food with their hands and microwaving eggs in plastic containers making it taste like plastic. No complaints here. I love the customer service and speed as well unlike the other places mentioned above.
