So for the record, I love going to Dunkin's. However, this location had a lot of room for improvement, which is why I am writing this review. We chose to go into the store and order our food. When we ordered there was one person waiting for their food, one person in front of us ordering, and then us. We had a total of four people in our party. We ordered 2 coffees, two donuts and an avocado toast. It took almost 15 minutes to get our order. And the only reason we knew that they were extremely backed up is because we started talking to the person waiting for their food and they informed us after that if you order food, you will probably have to wait a while. For the record, I didn't even get bacon on my avocado toast.... When we finally got our food, the staff was apologetic about the wait time. But it definitely did not make me want to go to this location again. I hope they can improve their process so that it is convenient to order food and coffee. read more

Upon my visit at Dunkin' the staff was very busy yet friendly. I absolutely love how clean and aesthetically pleasing this location is. This location provides a perfect ambience for those who WFH, Students and businesses professionals. I would have given this rating 5/5 but during my visit while they were courteous & apologetic when serving me, I would have much appreciated if they could inform customers at the register that they will be attending to orders first & will be over promptly after. Everytime I order coffee here they give it to me in a leaking cup. Like you can't just pour the coffee in a cup without getting it all over the sides of the cup ? I ordered an Egg, Cheese, and Sausage Sandwich and it just tasted like plastic. My wife's hummus and tomatoes tasted like plastic also. I don't know if they cook their food in plastic but that's all I could taste. My Butter Pecan Iced Coffee was so sweet also! I could literally crunch on all the sugar they put in there. This place is very consistent at screwing up orders. Then when you go back the next day (Since I can't go back right away because I'm already at work) and let them know they look at you like, "Too bad". Incredibly disappointed in the service my husband and I received today. I placed a mobile order for two avocado toasts, two green teas and two chicken and pepper wraps. I was not notified over the app, but when we got there to pick up our order, we were told that they did not have the chicken and pepper wraps. They informed me that I could replace with other menu items. We chose a kolache and an egg muffin. Which are both significantly cheaper than the chicken wraps. I then asked the cashier if they would refund the difference and they said no and asked why would they. I said because the items I chose are like $5 together whereas the two wraps together were almost $12. They still said no. We decided to just get the refund instead, and the employee scoffed, rolled her eyes and then began laughing with another coworker. Extremely unpleasant, unprofessional and all around a terrible experience. So incredibly sick and tired at the lack of customer service nowadays. Disappointing. Do not go in to pick out donuts. They will clear 20 cars on drive through before they help you. If I could leave less than 1 star I would they always have inside closed bc they never have enough employees bc poorly run, people overworked and quit. Then you wait 25 minutes at drive thru for coffees (mind you I never spend below $20 on the family) and they steadily get something wrong. Then they have the lobby/inside closed for business. You try to nicely get their attention from the window, they ignore you then told the poor new girl at the drive thru to have me go through drive thru again. Oh no, I had them get the manager who was less than pleasant. Needless to say Starbucks will be getting my business from now on.....shame on the way this location is run does a disservice to the Dunkin franchise. Since opening we have been going to this place. Today our the order taker had an attitude. Time stamp: 11:18 am. We ordered our usual iced coffee caramel swirl with cream and sugar. We were excited to try the new DD a few days ago. Drove up around 10 am and they were out of most varieties of donuts and sold out of the munchkin (donut holes). Tried them a second time today and the same thing, little to no selection available. I would understand if it were an hour until closing time. You would expect them to have most if not all options available to customers but they are poorly managed currently and are not capable of serving the customers at this point. I just ordered a vanilla latte and avocado toast. Normally, they ask you if you want bacon and/or tomatoes. I had to ask them to add it when I got to the window and it's like they just put a pinch of bacon. Normally, it's toasted, this time it was not. The vanilla latte was only half full.
