This store has never once buttered a bagel when I have asked for it buttered. They always just take the laziest possible route and toss a dry bagel, packets of butter, and a knife in the bag. Doesn't matter how busy or dead the line is, it happens every time. I only ever come through the drive thru, so you'd think that would make someone pause and say hmmm... perhaps this person doesn't have the time to stop, or the ability to butter a bagel while they drive... but either they don't notice, or they don't care! I have to do an update on this dunkins; they have been working hard to improve there customer service and have replaced a ton of there bad workers. and I give a big shout out to the store manager, she was making sure the store was super clean (climbing up on a ladder cleaning the walls) and also making sure the service was fast and on point. read more

AN ALL-TIME LOW AT THE DRIVE-THRU!!! I ordered on their mobile app, around dinner time. 2 sandwiches, 2 hash browns, 2 sides bacon, and a coffee. Got there (not busy) and they gave me just the coffee. "Where's the rest of my order?" I asked. "Sorry, but we threw away the ticket." So I showed them my receipt, still active on my phone. "Sorry, but we're out of croissants." "A bagel is fine." "Sorry, but we're out of bagels." "How about just toast?" (Blank stares). After a LONG wait, I was handed a bag that contained only HALF my order, but was absolutely stuffed with wadded up dirty napkins to make the bag look full (see picture). Seems they were hoping that I would just drive away without checking. While I've been shorted at the drive thru at other restaurants before, I've never seen a SCAM like that! Shame on you, Dunkin. This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts experience ever. We had a big order of bagels, egg& cheese on croissants, hash browns. They said to walk into the store to order instead of drive through. Come home to see, the bagels with just a teaspoon of cream cheese on them. I have never seen such a bagel with cream cheese ever.... Why don't you have a look at it??? Previously on another occasion, we were looking at the menu at drive through. The lady was soo rude, she said she doesn't have all day and can't take the order. there were no other cars behind us nor anyone in the store. I had to go into the store with a week old and toddler to get her favorite bagel & hashbrowns. I have never come across such bad service. Not a great experience. Went through the drive thru today with no one in front or behind me. My toddler son decided last minute he wanted a donut (approx an additional $0.75 or so) When I got to the window I asked to add one onto my order. The worker told me she couldn't do it. When I asked why she said her manager told her "that morning" she couldn't add anything on at the window and that we must either go back through the drive thru, or park and go in. So we will never go to this location again. Mopey Margaret on the speaker asks our order, (a coffee with skim milk, that's it, one coffee) takes 7 minutes to get the person in front of us their (very small it appeared) order, then in the rudest most obnoxious time I've EVER heard in service, asks us what our order is again like she's so bothered by us, I repeated it, then she turns with a harrumph to START building my coffee. After my nightmarish experience at the Rainbow Motel the night before, I woke up, without showering, I rushed to this place to console my broken spirit; also to immediately write a review for the awful motel to ward anybody else away from repeating my mistake. After walking in, when the scent of donuts and coffee wafted into my brain, my fright began to wash away. The soft hue of colors in the place added to the pleasant erasure of the dreadful stay in the motel the evening before. Dunkin Donuts are absolutely wonderful. You can go in and simply ask for a cup of coffee. You can even ask for that cup of coffee using the standard language that everybody is taught as they are growing up. You don't need to learn a whole new stinkin-upity language in order to ask them for 'a cup of coffee'. "I'd like a large coffee' will get you a large cup of coffee. The largest cup they have. Just like that. I'd been to several Dunkin Donuts over the course of my vacation, and they were all really really great. This one was the most comforting. I ordered a large cup of raspberry coffee, with the standard cream and sugar. I also decided upon a pumpkin pie donut and a strawberry frosted donut. They were both out momentarily, I was handed a large cup of coffee, and bag. I retreated to a corner to work on my review. They've got a wi-fi bubble, so you can sit and work as long as you'd like. I was there for about an hour and a half hammering out my angry review for the offending hotel. People came in, and people went out. Each and every time the people were greeted with a smile and a warm hello each time. It's a nice place. Dunkin Donuts has expanded their menu over the past few years while I was away. Now in addition to their wonderfully delicious and freshly made donuts, they've now got breakfast sandwiches, wraps, and other assorted hot items to offer their customers. I stuck with the donuts, as they are wonderfully delicious. The pumpkin pie donut has a delicious pumpkin filling, and the strawberry frosted was light and fluffy and wonderful. I really wish I had Dunkin Donuts in my own state. After their magical examples of the donut, I have forsaken all other donuts. Unfortunately, I also now have to return to my habit of saying 'large-large' and pointing to the cup I want in order to get the large sized coffee I want. Bummer. Just awful staff, disorganized and very rude. Ordered ahead for a coffee, bagel and 2 donuts. Go to drive thru window and mention pickup order. Pull up to window and handed wrong order. No big deal, tell them it's a pick up and give person my name. Different person comes to window and tries to hand me the same wrong order. Again, no big deal. Third person comes to window and again, tries to give me wrong order. I tell the guy he's the 3rd person to give me wrong order. He doesn't say sorry, but I get a little attitude. Couple mins later I get the coffee. Couple mins later, informed out of the donut I wanted. No problem, order a different one. Window closes, and I hear someone say, oh yeah, bagel with this order too. Five minutes go by, cars stacking up behind me. I hear laughing inside, then everyone disappears from view for a couple minutes. Now cars behind me are honking. I wait a little then knock on the window to get someone's attention. Guy who gave me attitude before looks at me, shrugs, and says your order is coming. I tell him to not give me attitude, that I've been sitting here for 10 mins, and that cars are honking. Girl inside then tells me, "you don't do that here". Ummmm, huh?? Then she tells me to not come back here and get my Dunkin' Donuts elsewhere. I handed the new manager a $20 bill for a $4.86 charge. He gave me 9 $1.00 bills and a $5. I asked him to put the change in the tip cup which is my usual practice. I go there every day. I didn't count the bills until I was out of line. I immediately counted and recounted. Went back through the drive through and spoke with him. He insisted he game me $10 in ones. I handed him the change he gave me and he said he would have to look at the camera and to pull out of the drive through. After 5 mins he came out and said the camera showed him giving me $10. I said no, it was $9. He told me I must have dropped it. I told him that I would be calling the franchise owner at which time he pulled a $1 bill out of his pocket. I refused. I don't care about the $1. What I do care about is honesty. I have been a regular customer here for years. No longer will I be a customer at this location. read more

I want to, but I just can't quit you. The coffee and donuts aren't the best, but living in New England, Dunks is soooooooo convenient. The hot coffee and breakfast sandwiches are serviceable in the morning, but the real winner is the cold brew. I'm addicted to the stuff now and just can't tolerate iced coffee anymore. Fortunately, even if wherever I am is lacking a fancy coffeeshop or even a Starbucks, if they have a gas station with attached Dunkin, I'm all set. The window does say open until 10p, but how is that useful for anyone not directly standing in front and staring at the window? Be more responsible DD! Update, 6 months later, 9/11/16: I drive up at 9:50 pm for a cup of coffee and they've already locked the doors and cleared out all the donuts. It seems like no one is anywhere to be found. Perplexed I stand outside for few minutes, then grab my phone to take a picture of the POSTED times: open till 10pm daily. Dear DD employees, I would appreciate it if you washed your hands after reaching into that dog biscuit box before you proceed to make my coffee. Also I know it's not very fashionable but hair restraints are required by law when handling food so wear it right please. If you look up at 12pm and see a line of customers waiting at the counter it is not an excuse to keep working on your paperwork in the dining room or for the cashier to opt out of refilling the receipt paper. Not impressed... My co-workers and myself go to this dunkin donuts every day Monday-Friday around lunch time. We have had a few times that they have messed up the order but by the time we get back to work our lunch break is over and we are unable to drive back there to have them fix it. Well today they messed up everyone's order, so one of my co-workers called them to let them know and was told to come back in and she would give us new coffees. So my co-worker snuck out (because the lunch break was over) to go and grab them but once getting there the manager Jessica told her that she was not giving her free coffees. My co-worker returned empty handed. So I called and spoke with Jessica who told me to bring the receipt and she would refund my money. I feel that their should have been more done for the inconvenience to myself and my co-workers. We will not go back to this dunkin donuts again. read more
